Toan is an amazing plumber! He is quick to respond to inquiry, provided fee phone estimate , and was punctual to appointment, & offered affordable pricing. He installed 2 toilets within 1.5 hours! He also gave us honest advice on how to maintain toilet, which toilets to buy, & next steps if any parts of toilet eventually break later on. Would def recommend Toan & go back to him again for any plumber services!

We needed a leak fixed at our yoga studio. Turned out to be a cartridge. Toan (All Star) is our regular guy but he was not readily available because of the holiday and his much deserved break. Urgent to get our shower back in operation as we are a HOT yoga studio I called Oak. Long story short was adamantly quoted $1,800 and that a hole needed to be opened up in the wall.... Moved on, called Jovani, quoting $800-$1,600. Toan came out (during his time off), had the part (which he showed me was $67 on Amazon), replaced it and billed the landlord $180. Always, use a trusted source.

TOAN!! Toan is the BEST ever! My water heater started leaking, so I texted him. I've been calling Toan for all my plumbing issues, so I know what kind of guy he is. He is direct and to the point, no sugar coating, and tells you like it is. He texted me right away, asked a few basic questions, gave me a quote, and I texted YES, and he was here in 10 mins. Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!!! He came, looked at my poor water heater, hooked up a hose to drain, left and came back with a new water heater. I got to sit back and watch the artist do his thang...because that's exactly what it looked like after he installed it. I was really amazed how he can just look, and cut pipe without a measuring tape. In my mind, I was thinking, ""that ain't gonna fit"" and yup, it fit exactly. I should never have doubted his work, since he's always done an excellent job. He installed the pressure relief valve pipe to drain outside the garage by going thru the wall.....my old water heater didn't have that. My old water heater had a pipe to drain into the garage...that's so dangerous!!! His work is over and beyond what you think any plumber would do. His work always looks good, and he leaves you feeling confident that everything would be ok. He explained everything and showed me the shut-off valves for the gas and water in case I needed to shut it down. By the time it was over, I swear, my water heater looked like a piece of art, I had to post pictures of his final work. Thank you again Toan, your work is always on point and deserves more stars than Yelp can give.
