Toan is the man! Called him in the morning after he told me he was booked all day and week but could come out at the end of the day to take a look at my water hammer issue inside the house. After testing the psi at the hose bib it was determined a PRV valve would remedy the problem and protect the house from damage. He had it installed less then 10 mins and very affordable. Will definitely use Toan for any other plumbing needs that arises.

Toan came recommended by another plumber who was booked out. We had a leak from the pipe connected to the washer. Toan was responsive, explained the problem in easy to understand terms, and gave me an initial quote prior to clearing the drain. I approved. When he finished, he told me he didn't need to replace the pipe after all, he was able to clear the obstruction, and charged me substantially less than the original quote. This kind of honesty is rare these days and so appreciated! He also gave me a recommendation on how to prevent future blockage. I highly recommend All Star Plumbing. Had a leaky faucet and rather than buying the parts and charging me, Toan directed me to Kohler to get the parts which they sent for free. Great customer service! Toan was professional, showed up when he said he would, explained all that needed to be done, and did a fantastic job.

After my go-to plumber would not answer his phone or return my calls, I went online and got quotes from Home Depot and Lowes for a new hot water heater. Ridiculous!
