I bought a new fridge and wanted to reactivate an old water line in the wall. All-Star responded quickly to my request on a Friday and had someone come out to assess Monday morning. Another company came to the house that Friday evening, but wanted to charge me to check if there was any water in the pinched copper line behind the fridge, then cap it. That diagnosis quote was the same amount All-Star ended up charging to run a completely new line from scratch. They also completed the work in a single morning. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of the work. Thank you.

I called Canyon Hills Plumbing to help with a clog in my kitchen sink. I lease my house, but the lease says I have to pay for clogged sinks says there is no telling what some tenants may put down the drain. I saw many good reviews on Yelp, so I called Canyon Hills. A woman answered the phone and I set an appointment quickly. I then had to call back the next day and change the appointment to another time, no problem. On the scheduled day, I got a text when the plumber was on his way. The technician was Jorge Nunez and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He showed up wearing a mask and when he came inside he put booties on. Since the house is 30 years old, I had a feeling that there might be more going on than grease in the traps. Jorge told me that he felt some resistance while cleaning out the drain so I opted to have the line scoped so that next time I have a blockage I can show the landlord that it's the pipes not me. He scoped and we found issues! Overall, it was an excellent experience. The cleaning and scoping was extremely reasonably priced! Jorge was great and I now have a video to show my landlord that he has to pay next time the sink clogs!! I will call Canyon Hills for any plumbing issues in the future and will recommend them to my landlord if he wants to fix his 30 year old plumbing. Thanks Jorge!!!

Moved to our current home in Chino Hills and have used John and All-Star Plumbing often over the years. First of all great plumbers. But John has really good people like Mike working for him too. Not only have they fixed and replaced numerous toilets and faucets - John will come out for emergencies like water heaters flooding the garage. Did our water softener filtration systems too. Courteous and Professional. Highly recommend.

I had a very good service experience with Jared today. He listened intently to my drawn out explanation of what was going on with my drain pipe, and assured me it wasn't as complicated to fix as I thought. When he removed and cleaned the aerator on one of our sinks, he showed me what to do the next time it got clogged up. I appreciate all the maintenance tips he gave me and how he cleaned up after he was done. Great, friendly and reliable service. Pricing was good, and I felt like I truly got my money's worth!

I can't say enough. They responded immediately with my request for a quote to unclog my drain with a reasonable quote. Was put on the schedule the next day. Jared and his partner were on time as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. Jared clearly communicated what they planned to do and they went right to work.
