What an amazing experience!

Showed up for the estimate right on time. Then when I posed the issue of needing the job done in a week, they completely accommodated me and made me feel like a priority.

Full disclaimer, this is not a standard plumbing job, but rather running gas lines to 11 built in backyard heaters. We invested quite a bit in the yard and wanted the gas lines to obviously be functional, but inconspicuous. They did an amazing job! They even went as far as renting state of the art equipment to maximize efficiency and complete the job in one day.

This plumbing company, also DBA ""247 Leakmasters"", is THE
BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival
window, as well as the assigned plumber. The Master Plumber,
Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate
diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he
was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding
a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came
with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake. Not
many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such
warranty. This company will be our ""go to"" for future plumbing
needs.

SEPT 2019:

Much to my despair, we had a Slab leak from the water main coming to our house. Jake @ All-Star Plumbing was the first person called to verify the slab leak and provided a detailed estimate. He arrived on-time as scheduled for both the estimate and repair. The Re-route of the water main into our garage to the water heater was a tough 2 day job completed by Jake. The cost of repair was a tad bit higher than others, however, the quality and warranty of repair (15 yr) is worth it for the peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. Again, thank you Jake for your quality of workmanship as a Master Plumber.

Old house, built in 1925, shower valve in the shower/bath combo broke, couldn't get hot water. Asked for a quote from ALL STAR. Mike came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote, took a day to find the right valve but worked around my work schedule to come back out and finish it up. I will recommend ALL STAR PLUMBING to everyone I know who needs some plumbing help! Great customer service with a fair price!

I am not happy with the high price charge of $95 for the water faucet shut off valve and $75 for the hose bibb. Both of these can be easily changed within 10 - 20 minutes and they charged us a total of $170. In my opinion the company is very expensive for just part replacements.

Absolutely awesome job! We had the valves for our washing machine break and painters painting in our home that day. We were able to schedule someone to come out immediately and replace the valves. Their price was right and their worker was terrific. We would definitely use them again.

All-Star Plumbing delivered another great job. Needed a sink replaced in my thirty-year-old home. Last time required new wall fittings and my father and I botched the job. Mike took care of the whole thing and tightened the spigot in the back yard, too. More five-star work from All-Star Plumbing. Maybe they should change their name to Five-Star Plumbing. I'm just saying.

I called All-Star in the morning and had someone onsite at 3:30pm. The person I spoke to in the office was friendly and quick to get me scheduled for service. Mike was the plumber assigned to our job and although he was not running behind too much he had the courtesy to call to let me know. He was friendly, helpful and was quick to get our work done. Very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend All-Star Plumbing.
