Had a plumbing issue that a few other companies couldn't troubleshoot or commit to a recommendation. Mike busted his tail to eventually properly diagnose the main issue and complete repairs that would actually finally fix our problem. Very knowledgeable from the jump, he laid out best case to worst case scenarios. We were closer to worst case scenario when all said and done but there was never a time that progress was not properly communicated or explained. Always prompt and reasonably priced for the level of professional you get from these guys.

I used All-Star Plumbing for a problem, they sent out Mike. By the way, he is a remarkable young man and very professional. Well on Sunday while my wife was taking a shower, it backed up. On Monday I called All-Star and they were slammed, when you do great work you are. Well, the first appointment was today, Wednesday. Again Mike came out, when we explained it all, he did what he always does, listens to us. We had water under our new flooring that was less than a year old. He started checking the floor and the walls, he helped me pull the fridge out and measured the amount of moisture in the walls. Then he let us know that it probably was not a slab leak, awesome, but pressure from the drain line is plugged up and it blew out the wax ring. Since the water had seeped out under the new flooring and spread out into the dining room, and into the edge of the living room, plus up the walls about a foot. He called a restoration company and they are coming out to start the repairs. Dam, I will definitely share this company with who ever asks. Nothing but professionals, start to finish.

Mike and his team were great! I called in the morning to grab a quote to snake our shower drain. They were not only super friendly and competitively priced, but they also got us on the schedule immediately! Mike and his partner literally arrived like a hour later.. I bought a new fridge and wanted to reactivate an old water line in the wall. All-Star responded quickly to my request on a Friday and had someone come out to assess Monday morning. Another company came to the house that Friday evening, but wanted to charge me to check if there was any water in the pinched copper line behind the fridge, then cap it. That diagnosis quote was the same amount All-Star ended up charging to run a completely new line from scratch. They also completed the work in a single morning. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of the work. Thank you.
