I'll make it short, if want to pay equivalent to $1000/hour for a two man service to replace approximately Sixty feet of two inch drain line plus other ABS fittings that probably cost no more than $75, then think again before you retain this company. Make sure you get competitive bids first rather than committing to a ridiculous absurd price. This one later got a price from a along established plumbing company after the fact that would have been less than half the price. Further, as a senior and was supposed to get a senior discount, the price was inflated first and then discounted leading one to believe a senior discount was given. Also, a two year warranty was verbally given however not reflected in writing on any final documentation.
If your a senior especially, beware. Shame on me for retaining All Star Plumbing.

Let me expand a little further, All Star did respond to my comments and I might add their was three employees involved in the project is not totally accurate. Only two workers where involved in the actual work and the third was merely the foreman, Anthony that only submitted the bid price and was not present during the actual work performed,and later only collected payment. Too put this in perspective, there was a total man hours of six for two actual workers.
All Star justification for work performed and price charged is in no way convincing and one must be cautious before retaining this company.

I called Sunday (07/30/17)and spoke to Maria( Sunday call service) and informed her that i needed a leaky kitchen faucet repaired. After speaking with Maria three times that afternoon she assured me someone would call me back Monday morning to schedule a plumber to visit the home and so I could coordinate a time with the tenant. It is now Wednesday(08/02/17) and no call.

This review is long overdue but I can't forget the awesome service this gentlemen provided us. We were totally lost and had no idea as it was our first experience with water flooding in our house due to some broken pipe in restroom. He looked at our situation and figured out the problem with in 5 minutes and didn't charge a penny as it was only pipe that was coming from toilet. We are so thankful to All star for coming in super fast and fixing our issue. I am looking forward doing more business for all plumbing needs. Please do not hesitate to give them call if you have leak or plumbing issue guy is real smart

I called out all star for a estimate for a water leak in my front yard, tech told me he had to dig to see what the cost would be for the repair. I was given a estimate which was much higher than their competitor, tech said I can pay him for the hole he had dug or have him do the repair. After going back and fourth they matched the other quote, that was awesome since it was Friday and they were already here. After the pipe gets cut I'm told they don't have the right part so it's going to be another 100 dollars. I don't like that kind of business practice, the tech had seen the pipe before he quoted me and waits until pipe was cut to tack on more money. Repair was done all star got paid they just lost me as a repeat customer.

My go-to plumber hands down! At my grandma's house she was having issues with her bath tub faucet leaking. I called and they came out, replaced the whole set in less than an hour and gave me a great price. I called on them again when a friend's water heater went out and after a couple hours or so he was back up and running with hot water. I plan on calling them soon for another issue I am having. A big thanks to the staff in the office, the guys in the field and an even bigger thanks to the owner Lance who has ensured me this is a family business and is here to help out all that live in the central Valley.

I am so happy with this wonderful company they have done plumbing at my home several times and fixed a leak under my sink that 3 other companies could not fix!! They have come to my aid in more than one plumbing emergency and they are so helpful and reasonable and reliable (they came at a moments notice) I just can not say enough good things about these wonderful people and if you need help they are the only ones to call ever!

I just had to share the great service I just received from this Plumbing Company!
I had a problem with my guest room shower/tub. The water wouldn't change from the tub to the shower! Only half way... So....the water was flowing from the shower head as well as the tub spout.
I was told by a friend that this company does A good job, so I thought I would at least get an estimate..
I was quite impressed by the person who initially made the appointment and the fact that the technicians arrived when they said they would.
Two men, Anthony and John came to the door, and wouldn't come in until they both put slippers to protect my floor!! They even put a carpet down in fron of my door!
They looked professional and spoke that way. I thought....these guys are nice people so I was very comfortable for them to be inside my home, especially knowing they were highly recommended by my friend.
They went right to work. They identified the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate! I said, go ahead! They had The new part with them and the job was completed in just a few minutes!
I will call them again and I highly recommend this company for good work and reasonable pricing.

Anthony came out for an estimate on what we thought was a blockage that would probably result in an insurance claim. He recommended a product that would clear our greasy secondary lines for a fraction of the cost. In this competive field of service, it would have been easy to quote the high dollar job, but the honest & reputable thing to do was to recommend the less invasive solution. We were appreciative of his integrity in representing the business practice of the company. If you want honest work and professional service, we highly recommend All Star Plumbing.

My wife and I recently moved into a rental home and in a day or 2 had the plumbing back up into the bathtub and shower. It was a big mess, plumbing problems are the worst. My landlord promptly had a couple of guys come out and snake the line and then it did the same thing the next day and he had the same guys come out with the snake again. It was pretty obvious that with the large tree's in the front yard there was probably a sewer line full of roots and he needed to call a real plumber. These guys didn't have ANY other tools. Just the snake.

I strongly suggested he call All Star as I know the owners Lance and Marie because our kids went to school together.

Now, don't think that this is just a friend giving a good review. All Star did a great job. They came out on SUNDAY NIGHT at 8 pm and had all the tools to do their job. They didn't just have a snake in the truck. They had a fully stocked van with all the tools needed to do the job. Nathan the plumber sent a camera down the clean out, found where the roots were blocking the line, marked it and then they came out at their first opportunity and dug out the damaged pipe and replaced it.

It is a waste of money to hire someone who doesn't have the tools to fix the problem. These guys can fix any plumbing problem and fast!!!
