I've had issues with my shower not draining and my washer also having the same issue. I called for an appointment and they were at my house the following day. They were upfront with the cost(s) and worked in a timely manner. One of the gentleman's name was Jerry but I unfortunately didn't get the other name but they were professional, nice, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any issues in the future!

Review update, I had my water line replaced by All Star Plumbing 4 years ago. Unfortunately the water line burst with no warning. I called on Friday 5/10/24 at 4:51pm and was told the soonest they could come by was Monday (3 days later). I tried to explain it was a plumbing emergency and the guy on the phone acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and nobody answered. I ended up calling Lance, the owner, and the phone went to voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and 3 days later still no response. I ended up calling Professional Plumber and they immediately came over and took care of the situation. Not cool

Once again AllStar Plumbing has gone beyond expectations. They were quick to respond to my service needs, very friendly, got the job done in excellent time, and made a huge effort to work with me financially. Our issue escalated from our toilets and tubs backing up to needing a whole part of our clean out replaced due to roots. Jerry came and offered a free estimate and added a hydro jet service at no extra cost to keep our lines clear until the big service could happen. Every person who came out was very kind and professional. They left my property looking nearly the same as when they started with no extra clean up needed from me. They communicated their plan and execution thoroughly and emailed me a copy of the report. They were also very flexible with payment. The service was definitely worth the cost and I appreciate that they didn't nickel and dime me and push me for work that I didn't need. I highly recommend this business.
