I had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called All Star Plumbing, & on the same day, they sent out a technician to give me a free estimate. Anthony found the problem, quoted me the price (that was a little too high - hence the 4 star rating), & fixed the problem. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I recommend All Star Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Good response time and availability; I've always gotten a next day appointment or sooner in the one emergency situation I had with my water heater. They always explain the problem really well for you and give free estimates and multiple options when applicable. They use really good quality parts and everything they've fixed has stayed that way.

I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking at the turn on valve. I had a recommendation for two guys that are handymen and they gave us a very high bid to cut into the wall and replace all the piping that had been sweated on saying that it was about to explode. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from All Star Plumbing. Anthony was on time, professional and resolved the issue quickly saving us hundreds of dollars. We have used All Star not too long ago to install toilets and had a great experience at that time as well. Highly recommended! Thank you All Star! Great service from making an appointment to having the issue resolved. Will definitely be calling this company anytime there is a plumbing issue.

Received a quote to repair a broken p trap in the bathroom. The nut on the wall tube was stuck when I tried to repair it myself. The repairman from AllStar quoted me $1000.00 to tear into the sheet rock behind the drain & couple it to ABS pipe. That gave me some sticker shock so I declined. Thankfully, the quote was free. A few days later, I squirted some WD40 on the nut & let it sit for a while. The nut came right off. I then picked up a new p trap assembly from the hardware store for $5. A little plumber's putty & Teflon tape put everything right again. Seriously, don't bother with these guys. A $1000 quote for a $5 repair is insane. Won't ever call these guys again.

We found ourselves in quite the emergency and was without most of our plumbing for a night and a half. We went with another company who did a walk around, charged us without doing anything, and said they would come back in the morning. Well, the morning came and instead of a morning appointment they said it would be an evening one. That's where All Star Plumbing and my man Jerry came into save the day. They were absolutely amazing, in and out in less then 1.5 hours. Jerry's energy was incredible, and his willingness to help with our problem was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and an absolute blessing.

Jerry came out ran the snake and camera down my homes sewer line to tell me I have a belly line when other plumbers have told me the line was blocked with roots or it was broken. He was able to explain what was wrong and how it could get fixed. I would recommend this company 100%.
