I called multiple plumbers and they had the best customer service. They were able to answer all my questions and tech came out right away, where as the others couldn't come out till weeks later and would have charged me $80 plus for an estimate. ALL STAR was out quick and free estimate!!!!

They broke our faucet last year, and the worker quickly called his manager to save himself. When I called the manager, he told me that our faucet was old and that's why it broke off when the plumber came to take a look. No sorry, can we do anything else for you, nothing. Manager started patronizing me over the phone with a mocking tone as well, felt super disrespected.

Excellent and fast service. Paul came out same day to fix my water heater. They are a very professional, friendly, family owned business. As a lady, I am always afraid that plumbers or contractors will be unfair but Paul explained thoroughly what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the outcome will be. We had a devastating leak coming from our kitchen sink. We called and they were able to see us that same day. Our plumber was Jerry and he was awesome! He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and fast! He explained everything he was doing and showed us where the leak was before and after. Wouldn't go to anyone else for future issues! He's definitely our guy!
