Company repaired our AC unit, wore shoe covers indoors to respect our house. They were fine with our dog & cat. Not sure their website text feature is working though.

All Star Plumbing came out quickly when my sink disposal stopped working and we needed a new one. Andrew was great and very friendly, yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nicole in the office was very pleasant and helpful, too! We had a great experience and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Price was reasonable and Andrew was able to fix my faucet so the water flow was restored and it works beautifully!!

We had some issues with our 3-year-old AC unit and had a tech come out to see what was wrong. Long story short, we got ahold of a supervisor named Preston who was nothing but professional AND kind. He restored my faith in honest work and answered all of my questions. His mannerism and the way he communicated with my husband, and I was extremely professional. We appreciate transparent work!

All Star Plumbing is a Rip Off and my own experience with Arron was unlike any plumber / AC company. I called them to install a tall toilet because I broke my femur and have a metal knee and have trouble getting off chairs. Moving into a new condo. I told his wife who takes the phone calls over the phone this. I also told her I want him to check a drain line of the washing machine that was here when I moved in. I had Painters at the house painting walls and he arrived before I did. He started on my drain line and I was not present so I had no idea how much it would cost I arrived and he had a young guy on the floor with copper piping. I said to him what is he doing, and he said he's fixing your drain line. I was shocked because I didn't have an estimate yet. And he's cutting a hole in my drywall behind my washer and dryer. He said he fixed whatever the problem was, but I have no proof of that he removed the toilet from my bathroom and charged me $680 to remove it $680 to remove a toilet? That is criminally outrageous and I could not get over how he expected me to pay him $2200 for the service that he performed which was putting in a toilet off his truck in my bathroom and removing that toilet. warning to all future customers be careful he records your phone calls and does not tell you that. His wife will play them back to you if you question his service. He did this to me and it looked like he added something on that I never said. This company is not reputable, someone should take them to court.

I wish I had read the ratings before calling them. The serviceman was polite BUT Wanted $649 to snake a tub drain with no other drain issues in the house. In other words, no blockage in the main line. When asked why it was such a high price it was explained it was because they might run into trouble doing the job and that price would cover that cost. Of course I asked what the price would be if they didn't run into trouble and it was the same price. Charged me a $67 trip charge (that would have been applied to the bill) and I sent the guy packing. Think Twice before ever calling them for plumbing needs. just unbelievable flimflam.

I'm so impressed with my plumber John. I knew the job would be expensive and there was a risk of my 85 year old galvanized pipes breaking under the house as he attempted to repair the one gallon/minute leak, but he did a fabulous job!!! He thought it would take 8 hours, but he fixed it in about 6. He had to dig a 50 foot trench and when the job was complete, you could hardly tell the grass was dug up. And he was just a nice guy...well mannered and patient with me while I was asking questions. All Star Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor. I called and John was here within 30 minutes. He gave me a few options with pricing, capped the leak and returned the next day at 8:30 like he said he would. If you're lucky to get him, congratulate him. He's a brand new dad!!!

Called for repair for leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. The plumber replaced a pipe and the garbage disposal. Three days later when I ran the dishwasher, water poured out onto the kitchen floor. Needless to say, I thought that I needed a new dishwasher. When the dishwasher was installed the tech ran it to make sure everything worked........wrong. The dishwasher did not drain. He then proceeded to knock out the slug that was still in the disposal ...........so there was no problem with the dishwasher. I called the company and the repairman stated that he was sorry, but it was an honest mistake. It was a costly mistake and very poor training on the company's part ! I give this company a """"0"""" rating. KAV

I employed their Stuart/Jensen Beach location to replace a kitchen faucet. Good work nice plumber. $367.00 !!!! Wow! I had been a customer of Premier plumbing but they were bought out by that's guys. We had to have work done but I will find a more reasonable plumber in the future.

I contacted Allstar Plumbing on Friday morning, 12/2, because I had water on my kitchen floor. I was told there would be a $67 charge to assess the leak and that fee would be waived if I hired them to correct it (which I did). When the repairman arrived, I informed him that the leak appeared right after I had taken a shower. He checked the dishwasher and under the kitchen sink, but had not yet checked the water heater under the kitchen cabinet right next to the sink, but believed that it was a slab leak. He contacted a restoration company, Entrusted, to come out who quoted me over $3k for water damage restoration/repair; I did not hire them...this sounded like some kind of a scam! Finally, he checked under the cabinet and discovered it was the water heater (which should have been obvious and resulted in additional water damage). I had him replace the water heater. The final bill included a charge of $289.56 for a """"minor leak detection"""" (what detection??? It was right under the cabinet!) The bill totaled $2,714.73 to replace a water heater with a retail value less than $900. I requested a refund for the leak detection charge but was told that it couldn't be refunded because the work was (unnecessarily) performed and was refused. Bottomline: It should have been obvious that the leak was from the water heater because I had just taken a shower and feel that the water heater should have been checked IMMEDIATELY and a """"minor leak detection"""" was completely UNNECESSARY.
