We had a big sewer problem where roots caused a hole in our sewer line; under our master bedroom. Casey was the first person to assess the damage and he was very professional throughout the whole process. By the time the found the problem I had them out a week later to repair. They expected the repair to take 2-3 days and they actually came in at 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. They did a good job cleaning the room as much as they could. Whenever I called the office I spoke to Janine and she was AMAZING! When I was getting quotes from other companies most people that answered the phone were rude or in a hurry; not Janine. She was always professional, polite and seemed to remember me by name. When you are spending a lot of money for a large repair you want to make sure you have have a team that will get the job done quickly and with great customer service; both of which you get at All Service Plumbing.

Won't use them again. Very unsanitary when working in the kitchen. Brought drop cloths that were soiled with feces and used those on my kitchen floor. The worker didn't even reconnect the pipes back under the sink correctly so water was dripping and causing water damage under the cabinet. I have experienced much better plumbing professionals and know what a 5 star plumber is like and this company falls short of that by many aspects. Yes, they are prompt at getting out to your location but they are not clean and bringing in equipment that is dripping sewage through your home just isn't up to par in my opinion. We have since found a much better plumber that was very clean, provided sanitary drop clothes and using unsoiled booties on their shoes and was able to clear the drain line without any problems at all.

I had called mr rooter for a home inspection and mr rooter said the repairs would cost 2000 dollars I called all service and to fix the same issues it was 375 and he did the work that day I love all service and would never call mr rooter again

I contacted All Service Plumbing because they had high reviews on Yelp. Their service was prompt and the plumber was friendly. My sewer line had stopped up. He arrived at 4pm and finished at 4:15pm. The cost was $132. Although I am pleased with swift response and friendly plumber, I was unpleasantly surprised by the high cost.

Called All Service to have a leak repaired. It turned out to be the supply line to my refrigerator. They were on time and did a great job. It was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Highly recommend them.
