Yesterday I called All Service Plumbing to clean some roots out of a couple of storm drain runs. Two gentleman came by today, Rey and Aaron, (if I remember the second professional's name correctly). Both were professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain exactly what they did with both drain runs and got the job done effectively and efficiently. They were courteous, friendly, competent and professional. These are all the right characteristics for a company that provides exceptional customer service. It is clear that the personnel that works for this company his highly skilled and very experienced. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

All Service Plumbing is my new go to plumber. I attempted a weekend warrior project to install a new water softener in my home. The home is plumbed with PEX piping and the inlet and outlet for the water softener is 1.25"". I bought a tool for PEX but it did not work. Decided to call in a professional. Called All Service and they came out the next day. They were on time and Rey and Aaron took all of about an hour or less and voila the water softener was connected. Thanks for the great service. I will certainly be using All Service in the future and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Five stars +. Hands down the best plumbing company in the Monterey Bay Area. I have used them several times and they are quick, honest, reliable and inexpensive for the service you get. Today I had a leak we discovered in the kitchen behind the refrigerator and it was flooding the kitchen. I turned off the water and called All Service around 3 PM. They were here within 20 minutes and fixed the problem in no time. 2 great young men, polite and efficient. Kudo's to Dominick the owner.

These guys were awesome!
We had a blocked pipe making our kitchen sink back up, and they were able to see us within 24 hours.
Casey came out to our house - and was polite, covered his shoes, and explained everything.
It turned out we had a rather difficult blockage to fix - and they were methodical and careful about clearing it.
We had a fantastic experience, and highly recommend them to others.

Dominic and his staff are great! They've done a bunch of work from big to small and they've always communicated easily with scheduling and advice. Plumbing in general is an expensive trade but I feel All Service is fair and do good work!

We had a big sewer problem where roots caused a hole in our sewer line; under our master bedroom. Casey was the first person to assess the damage and he was very professional throughout the whole process. By the time the found the problem I had them out a week later to repair. They expected the repair to take 2-3 days and they actually came in at 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. They did a good job cleaning the room as much as they could. Whenever I called the office I spoke to Janine and she was AMAZING! When I was getting quotes from other companies most people that answered the phone were rude or in a hurry; not Janine. She was always professional, polite and seemed to remember me by name. When you are spending a lot of money for a large repair you want to make sure you have have a team that will get the job done quickly and with great customer service; both of which you get at All Service Plumbing.
