Called All Service Plumbing in the late afternoon after growing tired of dealing with a backed up shower. Matt was at our house 15 minutes after I spoke with Dominic. Within 20 minutes he had our drain running well again. Matt was friendly and professional and the price was exactly what I expected. I saw all the good reviews on Yelp and thought ""This is too good to be true"" but it is not. Id recommend All Service Plumbing to anyone in Monterey/PG.

I initally hired Dominic from all service plumbing to do a job in my house but short befor he was supposed to come over another plumber gave us a quote to good to pass up so we cancelled on ""all service plumbing"" on very short notice. (Not very nice from us) Unfortunately the new plumber was completely unprofessional and unable to do the job he gave us the quote for. Even though I had cancelled on All service plumbing the first time they agreed to help me out after the bad experience with the other plumber and did a fantastic job in getting my plumbing installed. Very friendly and absolutely professional even though I had ditched them earlier. Thanks Dominic and the very nice plumber who did our kitchen. You guys are fantastic

Simply the best...most HONEST plumber we have in Monterey.
In my 25 years of living in Monterey I have had four other plumbers come to my
home or place of business. And all four quoted one price and tried to charge another.
Not Dominic.
And the plumber he sent out...Greg, was fantastic.
I thought I knew what my problem was and how it should be fixed but Greg, within 5 min, assured me exactly what the problem was and had a better, faster way of fixing it.
We'll definitely use them in the future and I will ask for Greg personally.

Dominic and sales staff have given us great service three times this year. The best compliment that I can give is they do what they and say what they do. Called late Friday night and they arrive on time at 7 am to repair a broken water line in the back yard. All quotes were reasonable and the final bill was less than our quote because they were able to use less parts to fix the pipe.. No worries they always go beyond

If there was a 10-star option, I would give it. This company rocks. We had a main line water leak on an old house in Monterey and needed help fast. Dominic responded to a Yelp instant message within 10 minutes and sent over Ray. The main line was dug up through careful excavation and the problem fixed within 6 hours of first calling them. Moreover, their price was 50% less than the other plumbing company that responded the same day. We'll definitely use them in the future!

Dominic was fantastic in terms of contacting me and scheduling. I really appreciate that he called me (as promised) before they came out to make sure I was there/not running behind schedule. Patrick (the plumber he sent out) was equally fantastic! He complete the work efficiently and was very polite/professional. I will most certainly keep All Service in mind next time I need help. This is my first plumber experience, and I'm glad chose All Service. I don't know what plumber rates are, but their $98/hour fee seemed reasonable, especially given it would have taken me much more time and effort and who knows if I could have done it in the end! It was worth it for the great customer service!

Greg came and not only repaired but replaced the worn out parts and got rid of unneeded parts. He was on time and friendly. The rates are competitive and they charge reasonable amounts for the materials used. We paid less than what we had budgeted for, are very pleased with the work done and the customer experience surpassed our expectations. We will definitely recommend them to any and every one.

The first thing I noticed was that Ray (the technician) was on time and covered his shoes to protect our floors. He was very courteous and professional, even when our project presented him with unexpected problems. He did a great job and had a wonderful attitude--even after crawling underneath the house! The next day, an issue came up which had nothing to do with All Service Plumbing. I was a little flustered because we have company coming this week, and called Dominic (the owner) for advice. He was at the house within the hour to assess the situation. Dominic did not hesitate to take care of the problem, even though it wasn't related to the previous service call.
