Dominic and his team are the best plumbers I've found, having needed plumbing services in three cities. Pricing is fair. They're consistently on time and they stand behind their work. Professional, personable, and they leave the place spotless when they're finished. Found them through Yelp and they deserve every star they've received.

We have used this company a couple of times now. When our new countertop installation got pushed back until the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, All Service was so great to come out last minute on the eve of the holiday to install the faucets. Thank God, as we had guests coming for dinner! I called for their service again late yesterday afternoon for a faulty water heater. They were here today as scheduled and our problem is fixed. Matt and Ray have been outstanding representatives of the company on every level! Another added bonus?? Their prices are more than reasonable. No doubt this business will thrive ... they are doing everything right!

Based on the ratings, we chose to contact his plumber to repair a toliet at a rental. The toliet needed to be replaced. The charge was $435 and that was in April 2013. The tenant, a single older man, has mental health issues, was very incommunicative and didn't want us entering the house. We finally got the tenant out of the house in June only to find that the toliet rocks back and forth and leaks from underneath. I spoke with Dominic and realize that the installation was over a year ago. However, I don't think that it is normal for a toliet to come loose after such a short time. He was more than willing to go out and fix the issue, but there would be a service charge.
I see where he's coming from, given that it was a little over a year ago, but I still do not feel it is right. We obviously will not be using them again.

I've used All Service twice now after being recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier. Both times I called, they sent Matt to my house within an hour (non-emergency even!). He has a wonderful attitude and it is refreshing to have a company that is so customer service oriented. The first visit, he had to dig a huge hole to access our sewer outlet. The second time, he had absolutely no problems going under our house and checking to make sure we didn't have a leak in our wall. Both times he addressed our issues with a great attitude and the bill was totally reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Dominic for sending Matt! I've had these guys save me multiple times. Snaking drains, unclogging toilets... They even came back FREE to fix my sink again! I ALWAYS call these guys whenever I have something clogged! ;)
