I was recommended to this company by a neighbor. We had a clogged toilet, and needed to be remedied. The ""plumber"" arrived and spent 5-6 hours trying to diagnosis the problem. He informed me that it could be a clogged drainage system, or it might be the actual toilet. He wanted to return for a scoping with a camera the next day for $550. I chose to get a second option. The clog in the line was minimal, and easy to repair. Unfortunately, All Season's damaged our existing toilet, and it needed to be replaced. Almost $400 down the toilet (so to speak)!!!!

Please avoid this company. They don't diagnose plumbing correcting resulting in additional damages, they often times need to fix damages multiple times, they overcharge for their low quality services and they try to defraud the insurance companies.

All Seasons sent Robert, and he arrived within 2 hours of my calling. I was impressed with the same day service.
Robert was not only super knowledgeable, but he was very professional, communicated so well, and did the job expeditiously. We will only be using All Seasons from now on.

Our AC unit went out so we called all seasons. They told us of a 95 service fee which is the norm. When the tech came out he spent about 5 minutes looking at it and told me that it was an old unit we needed to replace the fan motor which would be 1500 dollars. This part is 150 online. But he suggested a new unit because if he fixed the fan it might not work because the compressor was also reading bad. He uses his multi meter. We declined the work. My husband looks at the unit goes on you tube and takes out the capacitor and finds this part is bad we ordered the part on Amazon for 20 dollars. This Tech Abraham did not start with this basic part. If we went with the repair he suggested on the report the ac unit would still not work leading us to believe we needed a new unit. To pay this fee and the tech to not do a thorough check is criminal.

David the owner talked us into a very expensive $21,000 A/C system on a tiny1150 sq ft house & then convinced us to use The Hero Program to finance it over 10 yrs by attaching it to our property taxes. I only called them because I saw there trucks across the street at a neighbors home so I assumed they were vetted & reliable. Turns out I found out the truth too late, because after signing up, that neighbor told me that she was also tricked and abused my All Seasons & that she would never EVER recommend the company.
He promised our work to be completed in a week. But as soon as we agreed to his promises & signed up, he boarded a plane the next day for a 3.5 week vacation in the UK-abandoning us with an inexperienced crew, who mis-judged the job, made disastrous mistakes including misjudging the old ducting removal from the attic access in the garage & ended up having to cut a huge gaping 4' X 4' hole in the side of our house which is still there today with nothing more then a piece of plywood slapped over the stucco above the kitchen door.
The crew made a myriad of costly mistakes & ended up taking over 3.5 weeks til I finally had to throw them off the property.
The AC vents in 2 rooms were damaged & bent in installation & do not open & close properly & one is actually still hanging down from the ceiling one full inch in the master bedroom. We have not been able to afford to hire somebody else to resolve it. David simply refused to address it, once he returned & he later tried to charge me for 2 new vents that were not bent by his inexperienced installers-one of which was only 19.
It was a nightmare from start to finish, and thus far, Hero has billed our property taxes on the house over $20,000.00 since 2016- but the kicker is, that they now ""estimate"" that we still owe over $12,000 remaining on the 8% loan.
They won't even give us an exact payoff w/o charging an additional $50 fee for the info & they have hundreds of lawsuits pending against them currently. Still David refuses to make this right.
After all this time, I am finally posting this nightmare experience to try & prevent & protect any innocent people considering a new A/C system with All Seasons.
I've called David for help & assistance several times but he flatly ignores us because he's already been paid in full & obviously doesn't care what he did to us. We're hard working honest people & we simply did not deserve this.
Beware of this unethical company.
My advice is- hire anybody in the Valley BUT All Seasons. They are the absolute worst. He seems nice at first but then watch out!!
Unreliable, dishonest, & generally horrible. Btw, the entire inexperienced crew that David employed & he left us at the mercy of, all quit within a few months of tearing up our home..
The system is still problematic for many reasons & there's still a gigantic hole in the side of our house & David's fine with it.
Never hire this company.

Really frustrating experience with this company. I've had to call 4 different times trying to get someone to come out to my house. Each time I was told I was next in the queue and would hear back from someone soon to set up the time. I was told they would be out the same day to fix the problem. They never called.

Go somewhere else. Don't rely on this company.

I called other a/c repair companies, after-hours on a Friday night during a holiday weekend when my unit suddenly stopped cooling. I'm a paying 'member' for priority service with another company whose answering service told me I would receive a call the next morning. This situation couldn't wait. I called AllSeasons for 24/7 service. They showed up within an hour, as promised. 'Frankie' (Francisco) diagnosed the problem with the unit and quickly repaired it, at night, in the dark. He was personable and friendly, professional, helped to explain 'why' as well as what, quoted costs and options so I could make informed decisions, then returned to double-check the system after a few days. In spite of already pre-paying another company to give me so-called 'priority' service that I did not receive, I signed up with AllSeasons who has my business from now on. This level of service in the desert when it is 110-degrees or more cannot be overstated or under-appreciated. Thank you, Frankie!!!

The service was fine. Problem was fixed efficiently. Only 15 minutes. My issue is the $170.00 service call fee. Absolutely disgusting. My mother should have shopped around. Wont use them again.

I'm so happy that I used All Seasons for my A/C replacement. Manny, Jonathan, Joel and Able are fantastic. I would positively recommend them for any of your A/C needs.
