We have been working with All Seasons for many Years, We just upgraded to a on Demand Hot Water System, Once again they did what they said they would do!
We have never had better customer service from start to finish with a valley vendor!
Glen did the install, and as always it went flawless!, He has maintained our HVAV and plumbing for our last two houses in Palm Springs and we always know the systems are going to perform !
David came to look over the last Job and as always makes sure that the customer is happy! and we are!
All Seasons is a Class Act from Start to Finish and we will continue to recommend them all our friends and anyone with HVAV needs!

My home in Cathedral City had a 50 year old furnace and a 25 year old AC. Time to update. Three contractors provided bids for similar systems. All Seasons was the only contractor who was willing to do the complete job, including repairs to the furnace room. Their pricing was comparable to the other bids. Most important, they spent the time to thoroughly discuss my needs and options. There was no sales pressure and the quality of the installation is impressive. Glenn, Ishmael, and David all worked together to get the installation done right! I highly recommend these folks.

They continue to do great work. Still pleased with the work they did last Sept, I had some other plumbing issues come up from my renters and All Seasons was there that day to resolve the issues. I just had All Seasons install a new furnace/ac/insulation in my house in Palm Springs. I must say in my over 40 years of working on houses, remodeling houses, and dealing with contractors, working with Dave Beale and his team was the best experience I've ever had. Dave answered every question and concern that I had. He did a thorough analysis, installed the proper sized unit for my house, corrected any duct/vent issues, and completed the job early. It is the most well spent money I 've ever put into a house. Please keep in mind cheaper and faster isn't the answer when it comes to air conditioning in the desert. Great job, great people, great service!

Let's just put it this way,
I had all seasons price service for me, it was 5,000.
I had another local company price service for me, under 1,500.

Don't use all seasons, there's plenty of places in the desert that can service your unit faster & cheaper.

I wanted to write a follow up to my original post. David asked to meet me in person to go over my complaint. I had a feeling at the time that it wasn't the company necessarily but more an issue with the individual service tech and my meeting with David supports that initial thought. I do think All Seasons as a company is trustworthy and worth dealing with still. They will still figure into my plans for the future next time I need servicing on my home. I know the service tech in question was fired by All Seasons. I know personally, after all my years in business, that an individual employee can undo in one day all the success you've spent years trying to achieve. David will be refunding me the money spent during the service call and I feel the slate is wiped clean and things can move forward.

I called All Seasons to get a second opinion on an AC problem - the sales person was excellent - very professional and took time to explain my alternatives. We own a house in Rancho Mirage that is currently being rented. All Seasons was very courteous to the tenants, made and kept the appiointment on time. Both I and the tenants are pleased with the work - the problem was fixed (had to replace a condensor). I would definitely use All Seasons again. Also - pricing was competitve with another well known company in the Coachella Valley.

As the weather warms up, I just have to give these folks a big, public THANK YOU!! They took the time to figure out that our problem was in the ductwork for air conditioning. It is so splendidly cool now that I have closed the vent in my office part way. And our bill went down 50% right away and has consistently been at least a third less than it was before we had their help. Cannot recommend All Seasons enthusiastically enough!!

Very professional staff and reliable service. Many other air conditioning companies tend to over charge and repair items that don't need repair. Trust is most important and the owner of this company tends to be hands on and cares about customer service.
