Daniel Dennin came over to fix my broken underground pipes; he explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a cost estimate, which turned out to be accurate. Fast service, friendly and efficient employees. I have now become a ""member"" and will be having my swamp cooler repaired next week. Good job.

My experience with All Seasons was disappointing. My water heater pilot kept going out. I called on a Wednesday. They came on Thursday, which I did appreciate. The plumber came and proceeded to light my pilot and said, well, it worked for me. It should be fine. I said, what if it goes out again? He said, you will have to order the parts for either A or B yourself and call us when you get it and we will charge you the labor to fix it. I said, oh, okay. Well, no hot water for dishes or the showers that afternoon. I called Friday morning and told the receptionist. She said, let me talk to the plumber and I'll call you right back. She never called me back. I called at 4pm and she said she was sorry for forgetting to call me back but that I should order the parts - here's the number. I also asked for a quote on a new water heater and that was also frustrating because that took 3 more calls on Saturday to get. BTW, the grammer on all the correspondence was bad so it was completely confusing. There was no follow-up on Monday. Needless to say, I went with a different company - KCs 23 1/2 hour. My 5 review is on their yelp!

Was referred by garbage disposal manufacturer to All Seasons to replace a disposal in warranty. I told them to come prepared to replace the unit - Model X, size, etc.
They came and wanted $309 labor only to replace, including $75 to go pick up unit which they should have carried with them to begin with.

KMAC Plumbing labor to install originally was $142, including getting the parts. Why is All Seasons more than double the labor??

I do not recommend All Seasons.

I selected this place just to get a routine tune up. I just had a new AC & FURNACE put in about 16 month and the person that installed it were available to do it. Tune ups are recommended between 1-3 years and with the extreme heat I decided sooner than later. They advertise online $55 32 point inspection. Sound good but there intention is to tell you that something needs fixed or something is going bad and should be replaced. That was the case with the tech that came to my home. Once I told him that unit was just a year old and it's under warranty he started with trying to sale me a service contract. He told me that my breaker fuses were too big for the unit and the cost to replace them would be $230 but if I signed up for service contract for $198 he could replace them. I declined the service contract and he said he would email me the inspection report and the receipt. Well I never got the emailed report or the receipt and 2 weeks later during a heat advisory warning of 122 ° my AC goes out. I call them to complaine about the service and tell them that their service tech was a actually a sales shark who did something to my unit when he came cause it was running before he came and since I didn't by the contract he sabotaged my unit. They said you didn't get the emailed report cause we spelled your email address wrong. Unbelievable they could have called to get the correct spelling

Requested a quote on over $20,000 of work. Technician came out, took notes, promised to provide a quote within 24 hours and I never heard back. If they are too busy to provide additional work they should just say so. Very unprofessional.

I had an appointment on Friday and the gal told me that he is just finishing another job and I'm next. No one came and no one called. Around 6 a very harsh man called and stated that I would have to pay double and more cost because it was after hours. No I'm sorry we couldn't make it. I was so upset I hung up. Phyllis Wine

I though the individual who came to complete my ac and heating tune up did a good job. Nice young man who took his time to check our units. My main complain is that the price given to us and advertised turned out to be per AC unit. Our home has 2 AC Units so we ended up paying twice as much as quoted. It would of been nice of them to inform us about the price when we called to make the appointment. I did ask them the price when I made the appointment and they told me the cost for one Unit. Not knowing much about this works I didn't ask for clarification. Now I know.
