ANOTHER fabulous job by Dave's guys...this time a split system placed in one room. You hear nothing. Great installation team. Great pricing.

AND no ducting needed!!! If you have a room that needs special heat/cool care..this is the unit to consider and don't have anyone touch it except All Seasons. They have worked on all my homes, referrrals and, of course, my current residence. I use them for plumbing and A/C and have them on a regular scheduled maintenance agreement.

I recently moved into my condo in Palm Springs and needed an A/C company to service my A/C unit and install a wireless thermostat, the A/C unit was working fine, but original unit. I contacted All Seasons 6/12/17 to provide the services. The tech ""Adam"" came out and did the job. Part of the servicing was to change the filter. He used my spare stating ""I don't have that size in the van"". He then handed me a written System Evaluation worksheet. He suggested I get the service agreement since it would reduce the prices of any work needed or part replacement. He then went on to inform me the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced$1090 which they would discount to $797 if I signed a service agreement for $150. He also recommended I have the evap coil cleaning done for $154 and top off the freon for $152. I declined all the recommendations, then did some research. It appears the prices quoted were marked up approximately 50%. Within the next week my A/C started shutting down daily between noon and 5pm, varying each day. I called All Seasons back and asked why this was happening. They sent Adam back out free of charge to look at the unit. He reported he could not figure out why it was doing that and suggested it was the Southern CA box attached to the unit might have something to do with it and should get it removed. I called them and they sent a contractor out to remove it within 2 days. The problem continued to occur. I called All Seasons back and they sent Adam back out, which he could not explain why that was happening. But insisted I get the fan motor replaced. I declined since it was working fine prior to them looking at it. He charged me $69 for the visit even though he did nothing. I wrote him a check. I called the office and spoke to Anthony the manager and explained my frustration, he seemed to understand my frustration and said he would not charge me for the last visit and tear the check up. I was good with that. In the meantime I contacted Priority One, they came out and within 5 minutes the tech diagnosed the problem and installed a 5-2-1 start assist for $200. That fixed the problem. I noticed a week later the check I wrote All Seasons had been cashed. I called and spoke to Anna explaining the situation 7/7, she said she would speak to Anthony and call me back. She never did. I called her back again and she informed me Anthony would call me back on Monday, this was Friday. I never heard back from Anthony. I called again today 7/17 and spoke to another girl who said Anna would be in at 9am and would call me. It is now 12:30 and I've heard from no one. In my humble opinion this company needs a major overhaul of the company's ethics, employees, and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My AC was not producing cold air, and called All Seasons on a Monday morning, and All Seasons was very responsive, and had a technician contact me . Since I was out for day, my wife took the call, and the technician, Adam, came over and diagnosed the problem, and replaced the necessary parts. Being in Palm Springs with 100 degree weather, Proper working AC is a high priority.

I was very pleased that Adam explained the problem, the solution, and was a true professional, and pleasant to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting Adam when he was cleaning up the work, and wrapping up the job,. He also applied the discount as a result for using their home page via Yelp.

This company tried to sell me a whole hot water tank when I couldn't light the pilot for their deal of $2100.00!!! I called the plumber who installed my hot water tank 7 years ago to check if it was under warranty. When I told him the All Seasons price he was shocked. He came out and reset the heat sensor. It works fine now. He charged me $90 for the service call & fixed a couple of hose bins for no extra charge. I believe All Seasons sakes people may work for commission. BEWARE!

We have used All Seasons for over 12 years. They have consistently given us prompt professional service. Adam was at the house today to solve a problem with a shower that wasn't giving us hot enough water. Considering I phoned them only yesterday afternoon, I was impressed I got such an appointment so quickly. Adam solved the problem and we have nice hot water running in our shower again! He also took both shower heads off and soaked them in CLR to get rid of the mineral deposits. Bonus.
