All Seasons did a great job with my new 18 SEER air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater in Indian Wells. Other companies came in and gave detailed estimates without checking the return size inside the house, and quoted on a size of air conditioning unit that would have been choked with inadequate air flow. (Yes I did check, and it was clear that All Seasons was correct). All Seasons also found the return vent that had been blocked off years ago, and was able to structure its sheet metal venting connections to the furnace / blower such that both returns combined to work perfectly with the size of AC unit I wanted. All Seasons did a great looking job as well, per the photo attached. And all for a very competitive price. Smart, top quality and very pleasant to work with. Thanks David Beale and your staff!!

The 1 star review is NOT a reflection of the Technician Ray who's smart thinking was able to get my unit running after the wrong part showed up. Ray had finished his calls for the day but left the gym to grab the part and get to my house to get us cooling. Unfortunately by the time he got to my house to replace the part it was the wrong part and the supply house had just closed. With the speed that All Seasons and Goodman get parts in, that meant I would be without air for at least another two days. Ray apologized and removed the burned out part from my unit so he could take it to the supply house first thing and make sure the right part was ordered. First thing the next morning Ray contacted me saying he had a chance to think it over and was going to pick up some parts and would be over to get my unit running. Ray was true to his word and had my AC cooling within 20 minutes of arriving. I cannot say enough good things about Ray and how much I appreciate him for for putting himself in our shoes and understanding how stressful it is with children and animals in a house that is 95 degrees for 6 days.

As for All Seasons they used to be an incredible company but the new company doesn't take care of their customer like they should, they left a family without AC in over 100 degree weather for nearly a week. Kudos User Friendly Home Services, you sure sank that place.

I usually use another very well known AC service company here in town. However, I came home to realize that one of my units was not working properly. I contacted my regular AC service company and was told that they had no appointments available and when they did it was at a time that was not convenient.

I utilized both Google and Yelp reviews to help me gauge which company I would give a try. I ended up all making a decision on All Seasons AC and plumbing. I called early evening and asked if they did emergency services to which they replied they did. The representative told me she would contact a tech who would be able to help. I later received a call from Frankie (Service Tech) who was very polite and told me he could come at 11 p.m.
Though I wanted to proceed it was a bit late and figured tomorrow would be better. Frankie gave me the times he could be there the following day and we agreed on a time.

The next day he arrived about 15 minutes before our time. He was kind, professional and demonstrated a good work ethic. He quickly began to ask the history of my services and the issue I was having as to build a knowledge to work with. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options to proceed forward. In short he was fast and honest and fixed my issue. He left with left me with a fixed AC and knowledge on how to best avoid specific issues and what his company offered. Overall Frankie was at best a great example of a successful call. Moreover, he represented himself and his company to a high regard. Though, every experience, customer, and job is different, this was mine.

Paid them around $3,000 to complete some work after a home purchase. One of their fixes causes the noise level of the AC in my home to be unbearable. After calling to figure out if a work around existed to tamper the noise or just replace the entire AC and furnace, All Seasons sent Zach. He's professional and friendly and we discussed various paths forward and then he just disappeared and never sent through any pricing. So All Seasons lost out on the $20,000 being spent on a new system. Don't waste your valuable time, energy, and income with this business.

This company has done clean-up for us, fixing mistakes the original HVAC company made.

Definitely recommend them. Approved the estimate and work was scheduled the very next day.

I was recommended to this company by a neighbor. We had a clogged toilet, and needed to be remedied. The ""plumber"" arrived and spent 5-6 hours trying to diagnosis the problem. He informed me that it could be a clogged drainage system, or it might be the actual toilet. He wanted to return for a scoping with a camera the next day for $550. I chose to get a second option. The clog in the line was minimal, and easy to repair. Unfortunately, All Season's damaged our existing toilet, and it needed to be replaced. Almost $400 down the toilet (so to speak)!!!!

Please avoid this company. They don't diagnose plumbing correcting resulting in additional damages, they often times need to fix damages multiple times, they overcharge for their low quality services and they try to defraud the insurance companies.

All Seasons sent Robert, and he arrived within 2 hours of my calling. I was impressed with the same day service.
Robert was not only super knowledgeable, but he was very professional, communicated so well, and did the job expeditiously. We will only be using All Seasons from now on.
