Our back to back shower / tub ""Delta"" style faucets needed to be replaced. In the process of removing one, technician sheared off the mechanism, so enclosure needed to be opened up for access. so that entire system could be replaced. We opted to go for more traditional hot / cold / diverter system. Although company wanted to sell us new tub enclosure, we deferred, saying we wanted to shop for full remodel, perhaps Travertine stone surround. We asked for the faucet replacement, and we'd close up fiberglass surround temporarily with acrylic plate.

However, as pictures show, the faucets were not installed horizontally level, and out of alignment with tub faucet. See pictures

Lack of craftmanship, just ""crap""-manship for $1200.

additional remodel will require additional plumbing fix.

I had to ask help from them about the crazy mess that is happening on our sewer line in the house. I was so frustrated but when ken and red went here and finally fixed it. They are very cool and professional. Red is cool just tell him what you need they will get it done.
