Unfortunately I called this company by accident, (not currently having plumbing issues, was trying to call another business). However they called me back in under 5 minutes, asking if they missed my call and if I needed help. I just thought that responsiveness in such a short amount of time was amazing and wanted to say so! I have nothing but good things to say about the skilled service and customer service of these two guys who came and replaced my broken gas pipe. First, Tim came out and gave me a free estimate. He was thorough when describing what needed to be done. What type of material he was going to use and even how long he estimated the work would take to complete. Him and Sam were very professional, showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. They were very respectful of my property, had great personalities, and even actually pretty funny. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed, which was very impressive and highly appreciated. If you're looking to have a gas pipe line replaced knowing that the work will be done properly and you don't have to worry about any future leaks I highly recommend this company.

The company came to install a water heater. After we paid them the water heater was left incomplete and the plumbers didn't return for weeks. They ignored our calls. Finally when they returned to finish the job we smelled gas. After many attempts at getting the company to fix the issue they found a leak and claimed to have fixed it. The smell continued. We called PG&E who discovered issues with the installation and another leak. The company now won't return our calls. We need to pay another company to complete their poor work.

Ken, the owner, is a great guy and a ethical and fantastic plumber. He did a great job on my kitchen sink, helped out one of my social service patients for an affordable price and today helped us trouble shoot a water leak. I highly recommend him!

They did our water main line and did an outstanding job didn't have to demolish our driveway and went around it and avoid tearing it up ... I recommend this guys for and plumbing needs I sure will pass them along to my clients ... Ken was so professional and understanding and his employees did an awesome job for cleaning up when job was done !

How about a horrible plumbing company. Don't show up when they are supposed to and a small job ends up taking months because no one knows what they are doing.

Our toilet was backing up into the clean out in the back yard. Yuck! P.J. came out, pulled the toilet and had us flushing again inside of 3 hours. If you need plumbing services, this is your company!!!!!! Thank you P.J. and A Better Plumbing!!!!!!

I sent out a number of solicitations for a plumber to come out and provide us an estimate on some plumbing work in our master bath room. My wife and I were extremely impressed when ""Jason"" not only showed up on time but gave us a thorough explanation of our plumbing issue and what we needed to do to get it repaired. This would definitely be a company that I would use again.

My toilet was running, so Frank came over to fix it. He said he rebuilt it, so there wouldn't be any further issues. I was at the time impressed by his efficiency and professionalism.

Two weeks later the same toilet started running again. So I called Frank. He picked up and told me that that shouldn't happen, but he would call me back the next day to schedule a time to fix it. He then ignored my calls and text messages and never called me back.

The next plumber I called came out and identified that Frank had rebuilt the wrong part of the toilet (the tank lever and fill valve and not the flush valve), so the work he did was not sufficient to actually solve the problem I had.
