Hi everyone. Here to tell you about ""A Better Plumbing Company Inc."" We had our main water pipe burst and man was it is mess! We texted the company and in no less than 15 minutes, Ken replied and set an appointment for the every next morning. By the way, I shut the water off so, next day was not an issue. By Friday all was done. New main water line, concrete and valve. He even fixed the sprinkler valve. Great work and completed the work as promised. His guys were professional as he was. Sometimes words can't express enough. Would and will definitely call again if needed and refer. Thank you Ken

Main water line leaking without much warning. It was in late February. Ken, the owner, came on Saturday to check it out upon urgent request. Few companies would send people on weekends. Ken proposed to replace the whole line instead of testing and fixing leaking. By doing so, his company can guarantee the work for three years, which we prefer as nobody would warranty against future leaking by doing just repairing leaking spots. The cost is reasonable comparing to spending on testing, patching and yet no guaranty.
Ken stayed on top of the project and informed us every step to happen. His company has all the tools for the project without the need to break open the driveway for installing new line under it. He explained the excavation law to be followed. No other people would mention such law before digging.
His crew did a great job and did it right. We're very satisfied with this new copper line and would recommend Ken's company for similar jobs. It's really a better plumbing company!

Our washer drain was overflowing every time we did a load. Ken came out to assess the issue and quickly identified what was going on.

Ron worked on the repair and our washer is running like new! Both Ken and Ron were friendly, professional, and very competent in their work. Thank you guys!

This is the second time that I have hired this company to make repairs and/or replacements in my home. My house is just over 20 years old, so it has been time to replace some items that have just worn out. The first was my hot water heater this past spring and today was my garbage disposal. Both had just reached the end of their useful lives. Both Ken and Jessie did the work on the hot water heater replacement. All good, no issues at all. And today, Jessie replaced my garbage disposal. Again, the repair went great. I made the appointment on Saturday for today, since there was no urgency. Jessie showed up exactly on time and did the repairs quickly and expertly. He was in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly guy. Cleaned up everything when he was done. I will definitely hire them back again if I have need for plumbing work in the future.

I was referred to Ken by a friend. His guys have already been to our house twice. Once to install a new water heater and once for a backed up kitchen sink. Both times they were very prompt and highly communicative about the repair. We haven't met Ken yet in person just texts and phone conversations but that's ok. His team has been great. He'll be our first plumbing call for sure!

When it comes to toilets this guy is the shit! (Pun intended) Seriously though, we had a non-emergency situation, he was quick to respond to my email and made himself available within the day to come out and provide a quote (charged half of what was expected) and we were able to have it fixed that same day.

Ken is awesome! Probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! We had an emergency at 5 am. Our water heater started to spray water. Ken was one of the few companies I called to come check it out. He was the only one who was willing to come out early in the morning in less than an hour to check out the problem. After the evaluation, he replaced the water heater right away. He was a life saver!!! I don't know what I would have done if Ken didn't come out right away. If anyone has an emergency, Ken is the man to go too! Thanks a lot Ken!!!

We have hired Ken and his crew twice now, and once again, they are all top-notch. This time, our repair was much more extensive and costly than the first, however, we know for certain that other companies in the area would have taken a LOT longer to finish the job and they would have cost a lot more than Ken charged. We truly appreciate having a plumber that we can call anytime and feel secure knowing he will not try to nickel and dime us out of every penny, like other companies will. We had a recent issue with an odor detected in my sink and near out plumbing exit lines. Better plumbing came out quickly and gave us an appointment to clean the lines for the subsequent Thursday. The tech ran one of the branches but not the sink. Initially impressed but the sink backed up less than a week later. We weren't able to reach them immediately and paid another service to clear the block. We contacted Better Plumbing to follow up on the sink line. Unfortunately the tech did not call or show to the follow up appointment but the owner followed up and rescheduled. Both the tech and the owner came by the next day to check the line and ensure everything was clear and working.

I appreciate the follow up and service from Ken (owner), hence the four stars. The technician's communication skills do not reflect the ethic of the business.
