Despite the fact of the urgency of my repair at home , No one shown up on the time agreed upon neither called nor even informed of not being able to attend , just left me waiting.

Glad I didn't have a deal with such a work ethics company that might drive my project to a disaster!

Ken was on time and knowledgeable. We had something dripping under our house but didn't know where it was coming from. He took the time to not only inspect the crawl space by himself, but then also went back underneath with my husband to show him the problems and what should be done so that we can make an informed decision. He wasn't pushy or trying to up sell us on anything. He was also really easy to communicate with.

Owner, Ken, came to my house this morning to fix a drippy shower. He was on time and went straight to work. He determined that the shower needed a new part and went off to purchase the part. He quickly returned, installed the part, tested the work, and was done. No more drip. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I will definitely call this company again when I need a plumber.

If you have plumbing issues, Ken is your guy. I discovered my water heater was leaking all over the laundry area at Midnight. Called a few numbers that advertised emergency repairs, 24/7 service; they either didn't answer or didn't call back and I was running out of towels! I dialed A Better Plumbing Company; Ken, himself answered the phone and was at my house by 1:00 am. Got the water heater to stop leaking and we discussed my options for replacement and pricing. After leaving at 2:00 am, Ken came back at 10:00 am to install a tankless water heater. He fixed all the shoddy and potentially dangerous workmanship on piping and connections, installed the tankless, arranged for the electrician to install the necessary outlet, and charged a very reasonable price. He and his assistant were gracious and courteous. They cleaned everything up from the water heater leak and the new installation. I couldn't be happier!

Ken was phenomenal to say the least. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and then took the time to speak with me on the phone about the issue, just to get a feel of what was going on. I had previously had two other companies come out to work on my clogged bathtub drain, the snakes were not successful and both companies told me I needed to replace my pipes and then left, leaving the drain still clogged. :-/ Ken was confident that he could fix the problem and if not, there would be no charge. He contacted me at the promised time, he showed up as promised and proceeded to crawl under my house in 102 heat! He spent over 2 hours working on the issue and sure enough, the tub now drains!!! He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he resolved it. He did not try to upsell me for other services, however when I inquired he stated that he would gladly be available for other plumbing needs at a later date. He is quite friendly, knowledgeable and shoots from the hip. So if you're in need of a plumber, this is the guy to call! As a new home owner I feel better knowing I now have a go-to plumber. Should rename his business The Best Plumbing Co! :)

Friday night we had friends over and the kids were playing in the backyard. We noticed a sewage backflow where the kids were playing. A Better Plumbing Company showed up within the hour and solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I appreciated the prompt response time and quick service on a Friday night at 8p!

I just had bathrooms remodeled and a new flooring installed. Imagine my surprise as I'm walking down the hall and see water coming out of my bathroom and even seeping through into my closet and in my bedroom. After I shut my water off I grabbed my wet dry vacuum and got the water up as soon as I could then I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. Ken the owner of this company reached out to me and we set a time for him to come out. He had already given me a quote by text and even though it may have involved a little more work he just charged me the quoted price. Ken also showed me a problem with my sewer clean out and fully described what it would take for repair. I will definitely have him do the job once I have my budget under control from the remodel! His apprentice Jessie was very courteous and professional just like his boss. Ken did not try to upsell me or any of the other things that some plumbing companies do. As the owner of an older home (because it was affordable) I need to have honest and reliable service people to help me maintain it. Thanks again Ken!!

I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I had a rental with a completely backed up drainage issue and after contacting Ken at 8am, the problem was fixed by 11am. When everyone else said they couldn't fix my problem the same day, he fixed it within hours at a reasonable price. That's real customer service.
