Have a twenty year old home with two toilets, one was leaking and continued to run water. I called a 8am on a Sunday morning and requested a estimate to replaced both toilets and remove all the old stuff. I was surprised when I was able to set an appointment on a Sunday for 11am. Ken arrived looked at both toilets and provided the price. Ken made all trips to purchase both toilets with all parts and returned putting the toilets together in my driveway and completed the job in a professional manner. This is now my permanent plumbing company. This is the establishment to use for your plumbing needs.

On Monday, I requested bids from several different companies to clear my landscape drains. I received text bids from all but All Sacramento Emergency Plumbing Inc. That's because the owner, Ken took the time to call me to discuss my issue to gain a better understanding of the problem. He quoted me a price that was 1/3 of the other companies.

We were off to a good start, so I scheduled an appointment with him today. Ken arrived on time and went right to work. He worked for several hours and provided a level of service over and above what we discussed. When he was done, he charged me exactly what he had quoted.

Ken was great! He was very personable and a true professional---as he took the time to explain all the steps he took to address my problem. I would have no reservations in recommending Ken and his company for your plumbing needs! He was transparent and reasonably priced. Five stars !

Like many of you reading this review, any major home repair sends shivers up and down my spine! What a pleasant surprise in dealing with the owner Ken and his staff member Levi on my sewer issue.

I had a home inspection done on my property and they discover some blockage in the sewage system. We contacted all Sacramento emergency plumbing to have them come out and re-scope it and give us an estimate on what the repair would be. They gave me a quote and proceeded to do the work.

They did find some additional issues with some roots and some of the connections from my property to the city. Levi contacted me and explain what was going on. He had mentioned that they are known for giving solid advice and not looking to rip people off. I told him go ahead and do what he needed to do because I trusted him and I trusted the people who referred Sacramento emergency plumbing.

They are a locally owned business not one of these big shops that advertises on the radio, television, billboards, and etc. Do yourself a favor and do business with local mom and pop types of businesses. In my experience they give you a fair shake and as a consumer I know they need to make money to stay in business! All I ask is to give me a fair shake.

Thank you Ken, Levi, and anyone else who worked on the project. You guys are number one in my books and I will use you and refer you to all of my friends and family.

Very happy with work done by Ken and team. Ken was very responsive provided a more affordable quote vs several other plumbing /handyman services. The work done was top notch in replacing old and corroded copper piping an valves. Picture is worth a thousand words..

Ladies, you know what I mean when I say I hate calling for stuff like this (home/car repairs) because I often get people trying to over sell me on stuff or giving me the run around... Totally not the case with All Sac Emergency Plumbing!

Ken got back to my inquiry ASAP, listened to what I needed, and the price range he quoted was fair and in line with my expectations. He was great to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and got our water heater fixed fast. And the cherry on top? The final actual cost was even lower than his original estimate!!

We will definitely have All Sac Emergency Plumbing on speed dial for our future plumbing needs. Thanks Ken!

amazing company. I'm in construction and these guys are really the best, no questions asked, they got you, just amazing people, doing great things, I had a donut shop and when the toilet went bad, Ken & his partnre came out so quick and guess what. cleared the drain and didn't charge me nothing, told me that this was my gift and keep doing good, I really didn't have the money to pay them and I was worried, but they can tell. today I also pay it forward like Mr. Ken did that day . Unfortunately I called this company by accident, (not currently having plumbing issues, was trying to call another business). However they called me back in under 5 minutes, asking if they missed my call and if I needed help. I just thought that responsiveness in such a short amount of time was amazing and wanted to say so! Good job!

I have nothing but good things to say about the skilled service and customer service of these two guys who came and replaced my broken gas pipe. First, Tim came out and gave me a free estimate. He was thorough when describing what needed to be done. What type of material he was going to use and even how long he estimated the work would take to complete. Him and Sam were very professional, showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. They were very respectful of my property, had great personalities, and even actually pretty funny. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed, which was very impressive and highly appreciated. If you're looking to have a gas pipe line replaced knowing that the work will be done properly and you don't have to worry about any future leaks I highly recommend this company.

The company came to install a water heater. After we paid them the water heater was left incomplete and the plumbers didn't return for weeks. They ignored our calls. Finally when they returned to finish the job we smelled gas. After many attempts at getting the company to fix the issue they found a leak and claimed to have fixed it. The smell continued. We called PG&E who discovered issues with the installation and another leak. The company now won't return our calls. We need to pay another company to complete their poor work.
