I would give these guys 100 stars if I could. I hired All Pro Water Heaters in 2019 after my 75 gallon tank started leaking. They gave me a very competitive price the the two gentlemen who installed the water heater were very professional. Fast forward to today, April 11, 2024 and what I thought failed was the hot water heater, water was everywhere. I called All Pro Water Heaters since they installed it and although they were fully booked today, they came over to assess the water heater. What actually failed was the expansion tank above the hot water heater, not the hot water heater itself. They quickly replaced it and my hot water heater is working perfectly. They literally saved the day as I also had out of town guests staying with us! I could not have hoped for a better outcome and professional service!

Reached out about getting our water heater strapped down and Parker was super responsive and gave a very reasonable price. We had agreed to a time window and he reached out to let me to let me know that they'd be a bit behind instead of leaving us hanging which was very much appreciated.

From the initial call in to get my water heater fixed to taking a hot shower again, All Pro Water Heaters Only was nothing but professional and pleasant. My call in to the representative (Parker) on the line was such a smooth process as he was immensely knowledgable about all types of water heaters, their pricing, and fixing process. You wouldn't think getting a water heater fix is a ""pleasant"" experience, but my technician, Sam, really did make it so. I called Parker that the needed parts of water heater arrived, even though were not in the schedule that day he make a point and arrange schedule for us to sent his technician to come by and fix it. After a few mins Parker called to let me know that in 15 mins his technician will be arriving. Sam was able to replace the parts quickly and efficiently all while courteously updating me on his progress and with any updates as the work was being done. As an aside, Sam is nice & courteous. All in all I would say Water Heaters Only has comparable if not even better pricing. Solid, reliable company with excellent service.

All Pros is truly the best out there. Parker is a friendly expert and answered all the questions I had around our Rheem water heater issue. The culprit was the chamber sensor, which was replaced in no time by Sam. He recommended tips for general self-maintenance and also provided advice around waterless heaters. We will be using All Pros from here on out. Thanks guys!

My 50 gallon water heater from Home Depot failed after 5 years. After doing research, I found that Bradford White water heaters have a very high reputation. I found All Pro Water Heaters on Yelp and found that they install Bradford White water heaters. Their price was the best value for this quality 50 gallon water heater compared to others on Yelp. They came out the next morning, installed the water heater in a few hours. They added safety features that the prior one did not have.Their installation was professional by high quality craftsman. Give them a call!

I called All Pro Water Heaters to replace a 40 gallon tank. Here is how it went:

- Parker communicated with me honestly and professionally. He was knowledgeable about the potential issues and the various replacement products and he did not give me a hard sell on anything.
- He quoted me the best price out of 6 other vendors.
- He sent a technician out the next morning who was friendly, competent, efficient and showed up on time.
-The assessment was that I needed a part replacement instead of a brand new water heater - saving me thousands of dollars.
-I will probably be able to squeeze another year or two out of my water heater.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service because it was quick and painless. I'm sure I will need a new water heater soon and when I do I will definitely be calling All Pro Water Heaters.

Let me finally add that I was not pressured or asked to write this review in exchange for the service. What started as a headache ended in relief.

I requested a quote for the replacement of my 50 gallon water heater yesterday at 3:30pm and All Pro had a crew at my home by 6:30pm that same day to replace the water heater. The guys were punctual and got straight to work finishing a clean install in about an hour. I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone based on pictures and the location of the unit. All Pro accepts various forms of payment which is a bonus and their bid was reasonable and very competitive with competing bids. The owner was responsive to all of my questions and even completed a courtesy call back the following morning to ensure that his crew completed the job in a satisfactory manor. My dad has some basic plumbing skills and took a look at the work this morning and gave his stamp of approval on the work. My dad wanted to install it himself but the price was reasonable enough to tip the scale to have All Pro complete the job instead. I definitely recommend and will use All Pro going forward for any of my water heater needs.

Parker and the team at All Pro Water Heaters were able to help out on short notice, and did the work to update my dead water heater that went out on Christmas! Solid work, great responsiveness from Parker, and our hot water is back working better than ever! I would highly recommend working with Parker and the team if you have a water heater need, they do solid work for a reasonable price!
