They gave such great service it was an easy 5 stars to give. The administrative assistant was very helpful. The plumber Parker was super helpful and friendly also. The price is very fair for everything you get. For one price, they gave me the new water heater, the service to get it installed, and they even took away my old water heater. They also got me on their schedule super fast which is another reason why I gave them 5 stars.

I'm so glad I went with these guys over anyone else! Travis was the best plumber ever! He fixed my hot water heater without skipping a beat! He didn't try to up charge me, he didnt take long and i felt comfortable with him inside my home which was important to me. He helped teach me a lot about my water heater that I didn't know which was awesome too! If you want a good tip make sure you figure out the gallon size, if your water heater is electric or gas and how old it is before calling these guys. It just helps the phone conversation go a lot faster. But mostly because it was me who had a hard time finding it at first . I would def recommend ALL PRO WATER HEATERS!

Fast service and really helpful guys. Travis gave me an in depth description of what was wrong with my water heater after I had sent him some photos. It was nice that he filled me in on with what was wrong and what was happening. He also gave me an estimated price and two different time options for him to come out for the following day.

He did an excellent job repairing the water heater. It works much better and he even turned up the thermostat for me so I could have it even hotter! Will definitely be using him and All Pro Water Heaters again if I ever need it in the future.

I was very happy to have found All Pro Water Heaters. We had an emergency with our water heater not working properly. A technician was able to come out the next day and repairs didn't take long at all. I don't know much about water heaters, but I learned a few new pieces of information that will be useful in the long term. We have been considering upgrading to a tankless water heater, and when that time comes we will be using All Pro Water Heaters for the installation.

Wow this place is amazingly quick and honest. I called saying I needed a new water heater for my place and I was freaking out. The fellow on the phone was super calming, told me how to turn off my water, and he gave me a quote and sent me pictures of what I was getting. The plumber came in time for our appointment and was super professional about installation. I am so happy there are honest people out there. This is such a random thing to need but I love my hot water. Thank you you guys are top notch!

Couldn't be happier with this place! Really good at repairing water heater's. I was first going to call a handy man but then i found this place that actually specializes in water heaters so i figured I'd give them a call. The technician was super helpful and friendly; especially considering i didn't know anything about water heaters and couldn't make sense of the stickers. Whats nice is that they also offer plumbing services, and after the great experience i had i am definitely keeping their contact information. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful service!

We were getting hot water into our cold water line, and we had no idea why it was happening. I specifically asked All Pro Water Heaters because they are experts on water heating issues. A general plumber may not have the experience and expertise to fix an unusual problem like ours.

Sam came on-time to our appointment, was courteous and friendly, and solved the mystery within minutes of inspecting our water heater system. It turned out that the hot water recirculation pump was pushing hot water into the cold water inlet, so hot water came out of the faucet throughout the house even when we turned the water all the way to cold.

Turning the pump off immediately solved the problem, as we tested the outcome of our experiment. Sam did not ask for any payment for the quick fix, despite me insisting on paying him for the trip and the repair to our problem. These guys are the best!

No muss no fuss. Cody was very professional and efficient. Our water heater cabinet was a unique size and he quickly found a water heater that would fit and had it installed within days. I wrote a check for the exact amount he quoted me (no shady add-on charges). He also communicated with me via text, which was a nice change - I'm in meetings all day so this was a big plus for me. I highly recommend this company!!

The absolute best of the best, there's a reason they have 5 stars. They do a 10/10 job. Helped me get my hot water back on super quick! The staff is nice and easy to work with too. Highly recommend this place to anyone , they will repair your hot water for fast and cheap can't get better than that !
