They are honestly some of the best guys to work with! They listen to what you want and never try to sell you anything you don't need! I had plenty of other companies trying to get me to replace my water heater or to get a bunch of upgrades. It was all just so much. Well All Pro Water Heaters heard me out when I just said I wanted hot water and I wanted it back on fast. They got me in the same night and their prices were great. If you're able to request Travis I would recommend so! He was awesome!

I came home from work and noticed my hot water heater stopped working. After doing some research I decided I could just relight on my own. I decided to go ahead and try it myself and to my luck I was able to get it working again. Well the next day it happened again. I relit the light once again and got it to work. Later that night after it stopped working again for the third time I knew I needed to find a permanent fix. I sent in a message thru Yelp and the owner actually answered me. He said he could have one of his plumbers out the following morning.

The repair guy came and was nice and seemed to know a hell of a lot more than I did about the hot water heater problem. He was able to replace the light and it worked again back to normal within minutes. He asked if I needed anything else before leaving and that the office could send me a receipt before the end of the day.

Their office sent me an invoice a few our later. I have to say that this prvocess was so easy and stress free. You call them, tell them what's wrong, they give you a quote, they fix the problem and they give you a receipt. There's no calling around or emailing back a hundred time before getting you an answer. It's nice to know that a business can keep it simple and hassle free when all you really need is hot water.

Best place and people to get work done from! I was originally worried about who to call but I asked around and heard great things about this company. They give you the quote for replacement over text message and give you a final price before they start doing any work so you know exactly what to expect. Another great thing is that they take away your old water heater after the new one is installed. I was very happy with the job they did for me!

This Wednesday I woke up only to find I had no hot water! I walked over to my water heater and after attempting to read the instructions and start the pilot, I decided to call All Pro Water Heaters. When I called in I was kindly greeted by a women who informed me they actually would be able to get a technician out to my house within the hour! 

In approximately 45 minutes Travis showed up and was able to diagnose the issue. He was able to fix my water heater with some spare parts that were in his truck. After a bit of tinkering he was able to get the hot water running again. I am very thankful for their prompt and professional service. I now have a company that I can rely on whenever there is an issue with my water heater. Thanks All Pro Water Heaters, you are true rockstars!

All Pro Water Heaters are the best! If your having water heater problems then you have to give them a call. When I called in I was telling Parker how I was super nervous to get my water heater repaired because I didn't know the first thing about them and didn't want to overpay. He said that he would be nothing but honest with me and said I should even call around to see if other companies prices were similar. I just felt so confident that he was being up front with me I just knew he would take care of me. Well after he came over and did the repair he said that it was actually more than the minimum price but he still just charged me the minimum. He said that when my water heater goes out finally to make sure to call him back. I will seriously not use anyone else after this amazing experiene Parker is the man so make sure to ask for him am very satisfied thank you!

I had a lot of questions before making this decision, but the staff at All Pro Water Heaters were knowledgable and very helpful! I kept going back and forth between getting a regular water heater or a tankless one. They provided me with a lot of information and really helped me make the best decision for my home.

The technician who came out was friendly and helpful too. He explained what he was doing and made sure that I was happy with the water heater during the process.

I'm a reluctant spender, but I did feel like All Pro cared about the customer (me!) and helped me make a good decision. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Travis was nothing short of accommodating. He really worked around my schedule and appointment time. It was kind of hard to get a time that both worked for us but he offered to just come super late at night and it helped me out so much! Because I'm a busy stay at home mom with no daytime available, and I really wasn't wanting to go days on ends without hot water and I explained that to him, and he really was sympathetic. I'm just so happy he was able to make it work on his end. When he came over he gave me a few options but the best option out of everything seemed like I should replace my water heater. He was really prepared and already had the type of water heater I needed on his truck so it was a really fast job. Because of Travis I have hot water again in a super timely manner! Which is necessary with young kids. This was a great experience and they are one of the best water heater companies in the area!

I really loved that I got to talk to and have the owner of the company! I just feel like when I get to talk to them they care about their business and their business is being ran with care.

The owner was really nice and said that he would make sure his technician would not only call back but would make sure to have my hot water working again before he left my house.

I was so impressed with their great communication! They were always in contact with me whenever I tried to get a hold of them by texting or calling. Right before their guy had come over he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way which is nice. He helped repair my water heater so I could finally take hot showers again. Bless the Lord, I could not handle another cold shower! Five out of five for the service and communication for sure!

I seriously love them! Great place to have a new water heater and installed! My electric water heater stopped working since it had tok much buildup. I needed a new water heater and All Pro Water Heaters came out the next day. Installation was quick! The water heater works great! Highly recommended! Quick and great service!
