Recommended Customer Reviews
this company came in when required and install our new HVAC system, one of the staff was friendly that he made my wife comfortable monitoring what they were doing with ease. Even though we did not hire them directly, i would recommend them. They know their stuff
Recommend a hard pass on these guys.
Quoted $500 on a repair that would take less than an hour for an $80-$100 part, no idea if it would be successful or not. Shameful. I wasn't going to pay the showup fee, but having agreed, I eventually did. Though undeserved, I guess I hold myself to higher standards than they hold themselves.
This is a company I would characterize as a ""rip off the housewives"" operation. If it's easy, I bet they could fix it, and you won't notice the $220 they'd likely charge to clean a thermocouple. You'll just be glad it wasn't worse. Get it?
As is, their tech was mediocre and provided no insight into the problem, though quoted the price, which was absurd. Appliance techs top out at around $160/hour in the DC area, though that guy should be an honest-to-god wizard of appliance repair.
A tip for the public, if a company cannot tell you their hourly rate, but that they charge by job, then cant tell you what the price is for a job, you've found a sh*t operation. Pass.
Donna F.It would have been 0 stars if that was an option. First - I know how important reviews are to small businesses, and I have never left a one-star rating, but this is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. To replace the motor on an A/C that they installed and was under warranty, they charged me $1200 for 2 hours of labor and shipping the motor. The technician who came out originally complained and cursed the whole time he was there because it was hot in the attic. When I called and asked for an itemized bill or explanation of why it cost so much, they refused to talk to me. After receiving such poor customer service, I left 3 voicemails for the president (Bill Royston) and two for the vice-president; neither returned my calls. Donna and Louise who answer the phone for the company were exceptionally rude, unprofessional and patronizing.
This company is unprofessional. I would never,Is ever recommend them unless you like rude people, inflated prices and a COMPLETE and TOTAL lack of customer service.
I contacted All-Pro because they installed my heating and air unit along with a new hot water heater in 2014. My air was not cooling the house so they came out, stayed 5 minutes, said the conductor had ice on it so they will come back tomorrow and charged me 98.00. Came back the next day, ice had melted, said my Freon was low which costs 110.00 and another 135.00 .No explanation on why a practically new system is leaking. I don't mind the first charge, but the additional charge of 135.00 is ridiculous. While they did a great job of installing the system, don't bother calling them for maintenance because it will cost you a lot of money. $345 out the door. I will not refer them to anyone.
i contacted this company on Lowe's advice.
Bill came quickly for quote.
i received the quote the day after, but as it was really incomplete and highest of all received.
i asked for additional information that i never receive.
Same with my contact in Lowe's, Philipp, he never gives me any explanations.
Conclusion: if you have time and money to loose, its a good address.
I called All-Pro to service my furnace, the technician Rick was thorough and neat about his work. Before he left he adjusted the hydraulic thingy on my glass door so it would not slam shut! Thanks Rick! :)
All Pro Services came to my home to fix a leak from an appliance. The repair person did not notice that the shut off valve to the applicance was not working. The repair person left my home without shutting off the water to the leak. The leak soaked my carpet all night. I had to shut off the water to my home before the leak stopped. All Pro Services does poor service and then over-charges for their replacement parts and appliances.
Raymond M.I originally purchased a Lennox Air Conditioner and Furnace from All Pro Services in 2012, at the advice of the company's service advisor. The total cost of the system was 8K. The unit received regular and routine service as required by the warranty. Last week I received a Code 411 from the unit and called All Pro for service.
Jerry, the service technician advised that the unit was leaking refrigerant and recommended using a ""sealant"" to correct the problem. I didn't feel comfortable with this option because the unit is ONLY 5 YEARS old. As a result, I did some research and found that Lennox has a known issue with refrigerant coil leaks for my model and was involved in a class action lawsuit in 2014. All Pro Services did not inform me about the known coil leak issues. After following up with All Pro the next day, I was told that I would receive a return phone call about follow-up service to identify the leak. The call was never returned, as a result I've been in the house suffering all weekend in 85+ degree temperatures with no air conditioning. Overall, All Pro Services does not stand behind the products sold and is only interested in making a quick sale!
Anthony C.Bill and his team did an amazing job. They were able to work around my schedule. Further, despite running into some unexpected structural problems in our basement requiring a major change to the job on the fly, they were able to come in both on-time and on-budget. I was impressed with their timeliness, knowledge, attention to detail and their professionalism.
I just had a terrible experience with All-Pro. Our upstairs Carrier system is malfunctioning, so I called All-Pro. The very pleasant woman who answered the phone said I would get a call back from a supervisor to schedule an appointment, and one did indeed call two hours later. However, he was almost immediately extremely rude. First he said that he wouldn't be able to send someone out for two days. Since it's currently 95 degrees in Washington, I asked him if he could possibly recommend someone else who could help us out. He said, ""Why would I do that?"" I responded, ""To be helpful."" He said, ""Anyway, we can be there sometime Monday."" The truth is, I didn't have much choice, so I said, ""Okay, what time?"" He answered, ""Before noon."" Since we have kids and a busy schedule, I asked, ""How early could it be?"" I was simply trying to figure out when I had to be home. He answered, ""I said, 'Before noon.'"" I said, ""Yes, I understand that, but how much before noon could it conceivably be?"" He answered, with real agitation in his voice, ""Before noon!"" This was not a language issue, by the way -- he was a fluent speaker of English. I tried once more. I said, ""What I'm asking is, 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m.?"" He responded again, ""I said, 'Before noon.'"" At this point, I gave up and said that I would rather not give All-Pro my money, and I hung up. Too bad for me, because I need this air conditioning system fixed, but too bad for All-Pro, because I have to replace the whole HVAC upstairs system soon, and they won't be getting my business.
