I strongly caution anyone considering using All Pro Services for HVAC installation or service. My mother purchased a brand-new AC unit from them in August 2024, and it has had constant issues ever since installation. She has had to call the company out for service multiple times throughout the year.

Most recently, we discovered water leaking into her basement, damaging her storage area and adjoining gym. All Pro sent someone out who claimed it was a simple clog and said it was fixed--but the same day, water was still leaking. She called again, and they said they'd send someone else to reassess. At the same time, we brought in another HVAC company for a second opinion.

That company found that All Pro did not install the unit correctly, causing serious issues including compressor strain and a setup that promotes water leaks. Despite informing All Pro of this assessment and reminding them that my mother purchased a warranty, they have made no effort to fix or take responsibility for the faulty installation.

To make matters worse, the technician who came Tuesday turned off the AC without telling us, and my mother has been without air conditioning all week in the middle of summer. No follow-up. No manager has called us back, despite multiple promises. We've been ghosted.

This level of negligence is unacceptable--especially from a company that should be standing by its work and honoring its warranty. If you value proper installation, customer service, and accountability, please think twice before using All Pro Services. We are now exploring other remedies due to their refusal to address their mistakes.

I have never used All-Pro, however, I have called on a number of occasions for assistance with making a decision about the need for a visit. They have helped me numerous times and I did not follow through with an appointment only because my home warranty contractors diagnosed the issue and I did not need to have another visit. I have referred All-Pro on a number of occasions and my colleagues have shared good experiences. Their customer service has always been great as well.

I like All -Pro but am giving a one star review because emergency services are not offered. My water heater started leaking after 6 pm. I started calling the office at 7:48 pm for a tech since they Re 24 hours and 5 hours later no one has called me back now I'm trying to suck up water with a Wet Vac while a pipe is still leaking.

Can anyone tell us who actually owns this company and how many satellite offices has in the United States?

The A/C water condensation drainage pipe was leaking in the wall of my townhouse in Montgomery county. Maintenance was made by AllPro for several years. I requested them to come over to fix it (they made the diagnostic earlier on), in April 2024. They told me they could not come over before May 19 (one month later), then, they cancelled the appointment twice without an acceptable reason (no technician available (???)). Last cancellation was last week May 24 and they did not propose an alternative date. I am switching to another contractor for all my A/C maintenance and repair jobs. Used to be a good contractor, but clearly, something has changed over there. Avoid them.

Avoid them at all costs; it's a complete waste of money. When we hired for the dryer vent, they refused to even clean the basics and demanded payment in full for 5 mins spend.No useful equipment as well .Nothing but a zero

The value of the service was excellent - great pricing options. They showed up on time and performed a high quality job at our home in Capitol Hill. I would hire them again for a project.

I've been with All Pro Service Inc for 25 years. They are professional and quick. My heating/AC installation services were great and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend All Pro for their services. The price for a new installation was even great. I expected more, but instead I received a deal.

All Pro has been my go to for years for maintenance and repairs on the HVAC systems in the several condos and buildings I own or manage, so when the old system in my house became troubled, they were my first and only choice to call. As usual, their response was immediate. Bill Royston came out the same day I called, confirmed what I thought: I needed to replace a system that was well beyond its ""sell by"" date. Jerry installed it the next day. It not only works beautifully but its efficiency has significantly reduced my electric bill throughout the summer. I expect no less for heat during the coming winter.
