They deserve their 5 star rating. Incredibly helpful, taught me quite a bit, ended up not charging for 20 min visit and not doing the job I originally wanted to be done - they talked me out of paying them for something they didn't think was necessary (but I was totally willing to pay for)!

They were able to give me a detailed estimate on a future project right on the spot, clearly are real pro's at what they do. Of course these guys enjoy fixing what's wrong - they take pride in it - but unlike other plumbers, they were not at all eager to fix things that weren't necessarily broken or could be more cost effectively done at a later date, had no interest in doing work for the sake of pay. Very trustworthy, can't say anything about other local plumbers but it couldn't possibly be better than these guys, unless they were plumbing angels that would replumb my house for free.

If you're looking for professional immediate help, this is the company to contact. The main pipe broke while we were gone, & Kaleo helped us decide what we needed. It required an excavator & manual diggers but the work was done to our satisfaction. The new pipe will undoubtedly outlive us.

Bad customer service. Pushed back an appointment three days appointment due to them not calling early enough in the day to set up a time where we could be home for service. Then, finally came out and left the house because there were dogs at the house (we're busy and WORK!)- but no one, neither Office staff nor Plumber informed us at any time in the transaction that our dogs needed to be in a secure area; so they left again. All Pro then tried to reschedule, we'll find a different plumber, and at the very least AllPro, start informing people of your expectations before cancelling and rescheduling so much.

They were very quick. The young man came to my house was very courteous and professional. They told me that he was going to be at my place between 3pm and 5pm, and he showed up at 3:30pm. He got the job done in less than 10 minutes, and spend another 5 minutes to make sure that his service worked. I'd call this service again. The only complain I have about this company is that they are not very good at responding to emails, so give them a call rather than emailing them and expect a

Ethical plumbers! I called All Pro based on Yelp reviews to evaluate a water hammer problem from our toilets. Delton found out that it was loose pex pipe behind the shower, but we did not have to do anything, the pipes were not being damaged at all. Only charged $85 for the house visit. I would use them again (hopefully not for a long time!)

I was very impressed with All Pro. I called them up blind without a reference a thing I never like to do. Our job was running a water line from our basement to our third floor plus a drain for our washer / dryer. Dalton was the guy they sent over - he was hard working and did a nice clean job. Passed the inspection first try. All Pro is now my go to Plumber.

Awesome find. Based on yelp reviews, we called All Pro to help us replace a toliet - a simple job. Delton was prompt, efficient. While he was here, we asked him to take a look at our water heater problem - a ten-year-old tankless model that has NEVER provided hot water (only lukewarm) for the four years we've owned the house (despite multiple expensive service calls to the other guys). Delton gave us a very reasonable estimate, so we called back later and scheduled. He did an awesome job. We were worried we wouldn't be able to afford to replace the water heater, but All Pro came through for us.

Had a water heater spring a leak. Called for a repair. The soonest they could get me in was four days later for an estimate. Ok. I take the afternoon off work to be home for the plumber. Then the plumber never shows up--I call, and they say I'd have to wait another three days. That's just too long to go without hot showers or washing dishes. The woman said that they recently changed companies, so that their people and policies had not yet been vetted. I guess my water heater just had bad timing.
