I am writing another review for All Pro Plumbing because we had to have more work done. In fact, we had the whole water pipe system replaced in our old house. Kaleo gave his all and then some to get the job done quickly and professionally. He was always keeping us posted on the work he was doing. He even gave me a Mother's day present, a new laundry sink! And a nice one too! The price was reasonable and fair and we were without water for only one of a two day job. We are so glad we took Yelper's recommendations and found our plumbing service.

It is now 24 hours after discovering water streaming out my yard into the sidewalk and street. I now have fresh running water from my replaced water line from the meter to the house. The only evidence that any work was done is a little dirt around a small patch of grass they neatly put back into place when they were done.

They worked in the rain and completed the work for the quoted price and scheduled time. Very pleased!

When my basement started flooding I immediately called my engineer Father in California. After trying some suggestions, He told me to call a plumber, as he wouldn't be up to visit for three more weeks. Turning to Yelp was great,as I quickly was able to see who to call. They came out the same day, looked into the problem, and said that he'd need the bigger machine. He arrived promptly at 9am the next day, and the problems was solved by noon; excellent work.

Our office building started flooding this morning. We weren't sure why so started by calling a plumber. All Pro sent someone within an hour, and even though it's not a plumbing issue he has checked everything in the building where any pipes and leaks might be, conferred with our handyman who also came out to help, and gave us the name and number for a place to help clean up the water damage. He went way beyond what I would have expected, has been pleasant and helpful and made a bad situation just a little bit easier to deal with.

John was at my home within 1.5 hours of first contact, giving us a quote on a tankless water heater. With a family of seven, we really needed hot water for all those showers! Not only did his quote beat the other we had gotten, but he completed the install the next day. All of his drilling work was very professional, and the piping he had to run through the garage is barely noticeable. Love the extra space in the garage without a huge, constantly running tank. Not only did he do the work we had agreed upon, but he also helped with my questions as I replaced a broken kitchen faucet, which--ironically--had broken right after his first visit. Also he turned up the temperature control inside the kids' shower faucet so they can access all that nice toasty water. (I couldn't even figure out how to get that tricky handle off!)

I love their warranty and that they are a local business, which translates to fast, excellent service. In my eleven-year-old's words, ""That was the best shower of my entire life!""

All Pro came out, diagnosed, explained, resolved the immediate issue and followed up right away obtaining the services of someone who had the equipment needed. Meanwhile, we have full use of all of our plumbing - a great relief (and a great pun.....). Thanks, Kaleo!

Not a plumbing incident, but these guys found my wallet lying in the middle of the road. (I had accidentally put in on the roof of my car, and then drove off. Arrgh!). They not only picked it up, but took 15 minutes out of their day to call around to the numbers in my wallet to see if they could find a way to get a hold of me. Realizing that I had lost my wallet, I came back and -- there they were, ready to give it to me! I call that exceptional in this day and age -- They didn't need to do anything, but they went the extra mile. I'ld hire them to do my plumbing in a moment!

Our very large water heater broke late on a Friday night. We called various plumbers Saturday morning and All Pro was awesome! They were not only less expensive than the others, but came out very quickly. Even modified the setup (apparently it wasn't to code when the house was built), and had everything up and running in a couple hours. I highly recommend them!!
