So grateful to Ifran!! Our water heater let us know it was time to replace it by springing a leak and flooding our garage. Ifran was at our house and had given us an estimate and a plan of attack within 30 minutes of my Saturday morning call. He was fast, friendly, charged what he said it would cost, and enabled us to take hot showers as soon as we were done cleaning up the mess from the flood. ;)

Exceptional service. Definitely recommend. Our drainage clogged and water backed up in all bathrooms. Called a few plumbing companies at 9am. All-Pro plumbing picked up the call after 2 rings and said they could come same day between 11am - 1pm. Ifran showed up at 12pm and snaked for an hour, and concluded that the sewer line from our house to the street is blocked by tree roots and the whole 20ft sewer line needed to be replaced. Ifran didn't charge for the snake ($289) because the problem wasn't fixed. The amazing part was that they were able to do the replacement the next day! In addition, Ifran explained everything super clearly.

On the next day, Ifran and his crew showed up exactly at 9am as promised. After 3 hours, the drainage was working temporarily. The next day by noon, the trench-less replacement was done and everything was back to normal. Amazing speed! During the whole project, Ifran's crew kept our worksite super clean. We installed new artificial turf just months ago. They put plastic covers on top of the turf before they dig and washed off all the dirt on the turf and driveway afterwork. They recovered all the landscaping, re-pinned down the turf, and hauled away all the trash. My front yard was restored to exactly what it looked like before the messy work. It was like nothing happened, but I know my 60-year old bursted Orangeburg pipe has been replaced with brand new SDR 17 pipe that will last for 80 years (and they provide 25-year warranty)!

Not to mention that Ifran has kept good communication all the time during the whole process. Replied immediately to calls and text messages. Sent me tons of photos and did video calls with me as I requested. Digital invoice sent immediately after work with detailed documentation of works completed and photos. Supports online paying.

Our main water line (from meter to house) broke on NYE and Ifran was the only one to take our call on NY day! Was on site the same day to help assess the work and scope the project. Ifran was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. He and his crew were back first thing Monday morning and were able to restore water service that same day and finished the job within 2 days. Super impressed with his professionalism, communication, and respect shown to me and my property by his entire crew -- cleaned up after themselves and restored landscaping the best they could. Came through in the clutch, followed thru on his word and deserved every $ I spent on the job. Will be giving Ifran a call for my next plumbing job for sure.

We had a leak under kitchen sink over New Year's weekend. Ifran came out the same day we called, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had called other places and the earliest they could come out was four days later. Greatly appreciate All Pro's prompt and professional response, particularly on a holiday. I've called Ifran twice and both times he was very responsive over text, showed up on time, wore mask, and was very professional. First time, it was my kitchen drain pipe that was clogged. Ifran fixed the issue very quickly. He charged me regular rate even though initially I had agreed to a higher emergency rate (I ended up making just a regular appt, and didn't ask him for new price... he himself adjusted it). Second time, I called him for an outdoor drain clog. He spent quite some time trying to clear the drain but found that there were tree roots that had broken into the clay pipe. He said the only real fix would be to replace the pipe. He didn't charge me for this visit at all because he said he charges customers only when he fixes the problem! It's so refreshing to see an honest, straightforward professional with such great work ethic! Highly recommend

We had a problem with the sump pump at our recently bought house in San Bruno. We didn't know anything about this device and were looking for professional help. We hired Ifran to do a more labor intensive, complicated job. His price was the lowest among three bidders, together with the good experience we had before, we didn't hesitate to hire him.

This time was a big disappointment, he didn't finish the job. He left sewer pipes unconnected and piles of dirt in our garden. We had to do it ourselves to finish it hoping we won't have the clogging problems anymore.

Our sewer problems endured and we bought a camera finally. Yes you guessed it, he didn't work on the clay pipes that was way off at the connections. No wonder we still have to clean the sewer ourselves once in a while.
