He responded to me super quickly, and was able to visit the house within an hour, identified the problem, and fixed it. Our toilet was clogged along with our sink and shower and I panicked because this is the first time I experienced plumbing issues.

We called All Pro Plumbing, we were provided an estimated time of arrival within one hour.

Ifran was professional he explained in-depth the work prior to performing it and I love that he provided an estimated quote to ensure we were clear on what it would cost us prior to any work starting.

What I didn't know is the issue he claimed to fix would re occur four months later.

He did not only omit to fix the original plumbing issue we had but due to his careless and lack of knowledge he cause a bigger issue with the main sewage line.

I called Bell plumbing who not only provided photos of the problem but advised I get a contractor to come fix the issue he created


I called and texted but no reply back. So the work guaranteed didn't mean anything.



AVOID AT ALL costs.
I now believe the claims of him being a scammer and using a false business license.

Jacob Martinez and his assistant arrived right on time, neatly groomed and wearing masks. Jacob informed me exactly what the job would entail and asked if I had any questions. These two young men got right to work--NO loud rock music--NO inappropriate language, what a blessing. They performed strenuous, difficult labor under/in my home in 98 degree heat; yet treated my daughter and myself with extreme courtesy and answered all of our inquiries very politely. They kept their work area very neat and when the job was completed, they cleaned everything up and even went the extra mile to ensure that the area with no flooring was extra secure. I give All Pro 5 Stars ***** and my highest rating. They train their workers to be complete professionals and their work is outstanding. I absolutelyrecommend them!

Called Cabrillo plumbing on a Friday afternoon and was politely told it was late in the day and all the guys were already scheduled for jobs for the day so they wouldn't be able to get someone out till Mon. morning.
No harm no foul. Just my stupidity in calling at 3;30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Couldn't use the dishwasher or sink and couldn't wash clothes and my wife is going ballistic so on a hunch I decided to call someone else. My next call was to All Pro Plumbing. Ifran answered the phone and I told him what i had and he said he could come by after finishing his current job.
When he arrived he said it was a simple clog and he cleaned out the
12' drain in the basement coming from the upstairs sink. He also said he cleared out the 10' drain from the washer sink . He was there for 20/ 25 minutes.
I thanked him for coming out before the weekend & taking care of business since I had COPD and couldn't do it myself. he also gave me a slight discount since I was a senior and on a fixed income which I appreciated and he left.
Fast forward to about 7PM on same night . My wife goes to do a load of laundry and it turns out the drain tub next to the washing machine was filling up with water. ARGHHHHH! It is still plugged and won't drain. I called him and left a message about the one pipe still being plugged
and I understood it was the weekend , go ahead and enjoy family time and give me a call on Monday to see about finishing it. He didn't call me on Monday. I thought that was kind of weird. I called 2 more times on successive days also offering to pay for an additional service call and never got a return call.
In the meantime I decided to look on the Home Depot website for something to clean drains. I ended up finding a very cool combination
25' auger with drill from Ryobi on sale for $69. I paid another $89 for 2- 4 amp batteries and had it shipped to my house . After charging the batteries and showing my wife how the unit worked she went downstairs and actually cleaned the drain out . What? Say it isn't so Leroy!

Bottom line. I really don't want to say anything negative about Ifran but I feel like he dropped the ball in this case. I do mobile electronics for a living and have charged $85/hr. People have said I'm expensive .My BMW mechanic charges $125/hr.The local BMW dealership charges $240/hr. Based on what i paid for 1/2 hr of Ifran's services he is is getting $300 /hr . I think I had a right to expect a lot more then I got .
Maybe next time will be a better experience.

We had a nagging problem with a sink drain clog. I contacted several plumbers and companies. Most responded with atrocious charges on the phone without even looking at the scope. Some did not even return a phone call.
I contacted All Pro Plumbing and Ifran, the owner, came out inspected the situation, gave us his approach and a reasonable service charge. He is professional, good at what he does and solved our problem the same day. He also came and fixed a minor leak on the p trap the next day when I called him.
