Amazing work and a pleasure to work with. I called Ifran on a Saturday night for a clogged toilet. He was more than happy to come over immediately, but let me know that I could also wait till the next morning so I didn't have to pay the emergency rate (which I did!). He came promptly the next morning and quickly fixed the problem. He was extremely pleasant to work with -- super kind and considerate. And, very affordable. I highly recommend him.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue I call Ifran at All Pro Plumbing.
He always makes an effort to come as soon as he can to fix my plumbing issues. He is very professional and knowledgable and always lets me know what is the problem and the easiest way to fix it. I could not recommend Ifran more highly and he will always be my first phone call when I am need of a plumber. I recommend him to all my friends.

I'm pretty disappointed with my overall experience with All Pro Plumbing.

The situation:
We saw discoloration on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms, and there is a bathroom above that room, so we called All Pro Plumbing. They answered quickly and came out quickly, and based on their assessment, Ifran believed it was most likely the wax ring on the upstairs toilet. He got the parts and did the work quickly, cost wasn't too high, which was great. We were happy at that point. about 2 weeks later, we noticed that the ceiling sheetrock seemed wet again, so we called All Pro Plumbing back, and Ifran honored the warranty and came out. He cut a hole in the ceiling and determined that there was in fact no plumbing in that area, and he told us because they ""misdiagnosed"" the issue, they would provide us a full refund for the amount that we paid 2 weeks ago. At that point, I'm still happy because that is very fair and honorable of the business. He told us to call his dispatch team in 1 week if we didn't hear back from them.

1 week passes by, we didn't hear anything, waited another day and then decided to call All Pro Plumbing to ask about the refund. I get no answer, so figured they were busy, so I hung up. Called again later in the day, still no answer, and left a voicemail for the dispatch team about the situation and the promised refund. I didn't get any reply back to the voicemail so i tried again the next day. Still no reply and still waiting for our promised refund.

I'm giving this a 2 star instead of 1 because Ifran was professional when he was onsite ... I'm just not sure why I can't get ahold of anybody anymore to get my promised refund on a misdiagnosed project. I'll continue to try, but for now, this is my review

I highly recommend all pro plumbing. I called to get my main line snaked, and it was a Saturday and the guy came out the same day. The charge was also a reasonable flat rate. The guy was very helpful and suggested that we use a root killer due to the root's encroaching on the main line's pipe, After I used the root killer, the shower drain right next to the toilet foamed up and I was concerned that the main line might need to be snaked again. I called and they came and checked to make sure things were ok. It was and the foaming was normal due to the proximity of the shower to the toilet. I was very relieved. They offer a 90 day warranty for the work they did.

We contacted Ifran for a second opinion after receiving a shocking quote from one of those big plumbing companies in the Bay. Actually, it turned out that they incorrectly diagnosed our drain pipe issue to turn it into a big project. Ifran carefully checked it out and confirmed that there's no broken pipe, but just a clogging issue. He was nice and super professional all the way through for cleaning up the clog, and additionally fixed a minor p-trap issue for free.

We strongly recommend Ifran and All Pro Plumbing!

Had a few questions about some murkiness in our water, so we called up Ifran. He came over and quickly and succinctly explained the importance of flushing our water heater. He showed me how to do it, and flushed it once to boot. He also snaked two sinks and one tub. He was incredibly efficient, and didnt leave a single wet spot in the house, despite coming on a rainy day. Didnt try to sell me on anything, and made some recommendations, that I could address myself.

Epitome of what you look for in a business man. Integrity.

Also, he's also a fun conversationalist.
