Ifran (the owner) and team provided exceptional, professional service. There were a few hiccups with the scheduling process but he was communicative, honest, and accountable. All Pro replaced two 10-20 year old toilets and fixed two problematic faucets. One of the faucets were installed by contractors who failed to acknowledge and fix their installation mistakes. Ifran was kind enough to not charge me to fix someone else's mistake. Talk about a true professional. I've found my plumbing go to company for life! Those 5 stars on Google and Yelp are as authentic as they come. He is a trusted advisor. Even my dog approved his workmanship - 5 stars and 5 paws!

Ifran from All Pro Plumbing saved us when my wife and I were trapped in an awful situation and going on two weeks without hot water. He's an exceptional plumber with the heart of a saint. I wholly trust this man for all my future plumbing problems.

I called Ifran at All Pro Plumbing when the pilot light of my water heater went out. Over the phone, Ifran walked me through the steps to test my water heater and verified that something was wrong. He stopped by early the next morning and confirmed his suspicions that the water heater's burner became defective. He was friendly, clear, quick and efficient. This was all at no cost.

Ifran informed me that because my water heater was still under warranty, the manufacturer could replace the parts without us having to spend a few hundred dollars on parts and labor. Ifran even volunteered to call them on my behalf. He quickly got back to me with instructions from the manufacturer and their list of approved contractors that I had to go through in order to replace the parts under the warranty's requirements.

I then arranged to have one of the manufacturer-approved plumbers come in to replace the burner, and in short... that other plumber f*ed us. The other plumber came over, attempted to charge extra fees for unnecessary labor and even made my wife cry in the process. He left once we asked him about the extra fees. At this point, my wife and I were on our second week with no hot water.

We called Ifran back to get advice on what we should do. He immediately told us that he would make sure we had hot water as soon as possible. He also said he'd take care of it at no charge. Ifran called the water heater manufacturer again on our behalf to describe what happened and was able to secure the parts under warranty. When the parts arrived, he came, installed the new part and relit the pilot light. An hour later, my wife and I had hot water again.

Water heaters all generally suck. However, the people working with them don't have to. No family should go through what we did! Ifram saved our butts. He helped us coordinate with the water heater manufacturer and came to our rescue when things went south. Throughout this whole ordeal, Ifram wasn't expecting any compensation from us... he just wanted us to get hot water back. This man is a saint.

We called for immediate service yesterday afternoon and they came out around 4pm and gave us an estimate. Our guy was name Ifran Ali, he was on point and knew what the problem was after looking at our leak from our kitchen sink. No questions ask. Ifran said he'll get us the part by tomorrow morning.

This morning Ifran gave us a call and said he can make it out later this afternoon and he was fast and very efficient and know his job well. Customer service is so essential these days and Ifran took his time to explain how it happened and what was involved. It took literally 5 minutes for completion. We are so happy! Excellent service. We know whom to recommend for future fixtures. Thank you so much Ifran!

Amazing service, would highly recommend. I contacted them over Skype Sunday night and they were at my house Monday am to fix a dishwasher connection. Jon ended up being a very easy fix and they adjusted my quote to reflect the service provided. Honest people and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a dripping shower/tub faucet, but couldn't identify the manufacturer since it had no markings. I didn't want to try to take the shower valve apart fearing that I wouldn't be able to put it back together again. I called All Pro Plumbing and Ifran came out and took a look and immediately knew what the problem was and what manufacturer and part (cartridge) was needed. He quickly replaced the part which fixed the drip. Ifran was prompt, did great work, and cleaned up. He even put on booties over his shoes to keep our hardwood and bathroom floor clean. Ifran also is very friendly and a great communicator in person and over email and text...always gets back to you right away. Definitely will use All Pro Plumbing again in the future!

Simply put, ""Amazing""--in every capacity of the word. From people skills, plumbing knowledge, pricing and ability to communicate effectively with customers, Ifran and All Pro Plumbing will be my go-to company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I had a backed up lateral (sewer line from house to city sewer main) and Ifran (All Pro Plumbing) not only cleared it out in a timely manner, he was able to show me the condition of my pipe leading to the street and explain the cause of the backup-which was Foster Cit's annual sewer line inspection, they blow high pressure water down their main sewer lines to clear out the pipes so they can then video the condition of said pipes. This high pressure water forces sewage up our pipes causing blockage each year.

Glad I did some research to find All Pro Plumbing, easy to see why they get 5 star ratings.

Oh my gosh - I wish I could give Ifran and team more than 5 stars! They were so awesome - professional, honest, and quick. We needed a new kitchen faucet replaced, and he completed the job and stayed true to the quote even though he had to run out and make a quick home depot run! I meant to do write a review for Ifran a couple months ago but forgot.

Long story short he replaced a part on our water heater and then came out 2 more times over the next couple weeks when it stopped working again. The water heater failed because of a manufacturer defect but Ifran still went above and beyond to fix it when the problem didn't have anything to do with his original work.

On the day of my appointment, he was on time, professional, and finished the job within the timeframe he quoted.
