I was ?in the market to install a?n inside ?gas ?tankless water heater, ?and as everyone knows?, it isn't cheap so I started browsing Yelp to find the best plumbing company in order to be educated enough to make the right decision.

?I called a couple ?of plumbing companies to get quote?s ?f?or ?t?he tankless installation.? Each time I had to take pictures just for a quote to ?switch from a regular inside gas water heater to ?an inside gas tankless water heater.

When I called John nobody picked up, ?so I left a voicemail and John returned my call i?n less than an hour. John ??couldn't make it ?for over 3 weeks but ?he was the ONLY company willing to stop by ?to look at my project. ?A?fter giving him a view of the project, John was able to give me a clear ?strategy for the work.

Finally, John came over perfectly on time. He inspected my garage ?and he was willing to climb on my roof. After ?his inspection?, we talked about different brands ?that could installed and different way?s of plumbing?, and the final conversation was about permi?t?ting my project. ?I?n the end, I chose ?the Navian NPF-2404-2?.

Monday 9:00 am was the installation time?. ?I received a quick text about ?him running late, ?and John and his crew showed up at 9:03 am?, only 3 minutes late.

?That day John communicated to me ?that venting to the roof ?might be problematic not knowing the clearance?,? but everything went well.

The finished result was delivered at 6:00 pm ?with a clean garage as ?if nothing happened.? I ?consider myself to be a really ?particular? person?. I checked if everything ?was level, piping, etc., and overall, I was ?really impressed.

I chose to ?get a permit ?for my Navian tankless after the installation ?and John ?went through the process for me with no problem.? I received an email from All-Point Solution?s ?Plumbing for an inspection from the SF Building Department? and John managed to make it happen ?after I ?had relocated overseas?. I received the pass inspection? report in my ?email?.

All-Point Solution?s ?Plumbing was over 20% less expensive than its competitors. We had the job done professionally plus we passed the inspection with fly?i?ng colors in the end.

We wanted to reroute some of the pipes of our Navien water heater in the garage. We contacted a few plumbers listed on Navien's website, one of them referred us to John and All-Point Solutions Plumbing. John stood out from the start because he was very responsive in communications unlike many contractors we've talked to. We are not familiar with tankless water heaters but John is always happy to explain things. After a couple of back and forth communications with John and our city office, we finally came up with a plan. We were impressed that John was every patient in discussing and adjusting the plan throughout the process. After we finalized the plan, John and his helper came and finished the job in less than half a day. Our previous water heater pipeline placement was functional but messy and ugly, John not only did a good job adjusting the pipeline routing but also made it look more aesthetically pleasing. Overall, we really enjoyed working with John, he is responsive, patient, down to earth and of course great at his work. We highly recommend him!

I rarely write review on Yelp or any other sites, but what John has done is really impressive.

Our old Navien NR-240A tankless water heater starts malfunctioning and has cold water sandwich issues, but after suffering 1.5 month back and forth terrible service from First American Home Warranty and without any progress, we finally had enough.

My wife looked online and was recommended John as Navien specialist, after talking with us on the phone and understand what we have gone through (having a baby at home and does not have any hot water in the winter for 2 weeks plus), John offered to help fixing the existing unit to see if it can help mitigate, he came with all the components that are potentially needed

The plumbers from First American brought nothing), and immediately gained our trust with his expertise and deep understanding of the system. He tried to fixing components that could be problematic, we end up having to replace the unit (Thx First America for breaking it)

Our original replacement service were originally scheduled on Wed, but John helped accommodate and after two hours, he came back with an assistant and kicked off the replacement work, he is super efficient, knowledgable and shared details of the new unit, and after two more hours, we have our hot water back !!!!!!

Definitely will recommend to any one that I know, thx a lot for the help, John !

I highly recommend John and All-Point Solutions. John came out to fix our Navien water heater that provides hot water to our radiant heating system. Communication with John was good, and he showed patience and persistence in figuring out the problem and dealing with the awkward location where our boiler is installed. He was knowledgeable and had the replacement piece required on his truck so the repair required only one visit and his pricing was fair. We will definitely call on John again in the future.

I had a great experience with John, a recommended Navien water heater plumber. He's super nice and kept me informed of exactly when he'd come. He ended up arriving an hour early which is a great surprise when you need a plumber! He diagnosed our Navien tankless water heater and came up with ideas on where the problem was even though it didn't involve the actual heating unit. He kept on working until he found us a solution to get us hot water. It took him two hours to make the repair but it was a life-saver to get our water back again.

John just finished installing isolation valves and exhaust vent pipe to the attic to the side of the house on my tankless water heater. He did an excellent job. Highly recommended. I found the best honest plumber in town.
