Nothing like cold showers to motivate you to call someone. John at All-Point came out to my house at 9 PM to fix my Navien tankless water heater. When he realized he didn't have the part to get it fixed he said he would be back at 9 AM the following morning. At 9:50 AM the following morning I was taking hot showers again. Thanks John!

He and an assistant promptly drove an hour one way on a SATURDAY to fix my Navien tankless hot water heater that was 1) not producing hot water and then 2) leaking water into the house after my husband tried to fix it himself. John Lee of All Point Solutions is the best! We hired him to repair a leaking tankless water heater in our new house. He was professional, did quality work, and was reasonably priced. We were so happy with his service that we hired him to install a whole-house water filtration system. Again - he was professional, did quality work, and was reasonably priced. We have not had any issues with the water filtration system. We are very happy with it. On the other hand, in February 2012, our tankless water heater started leaking again. We called John and he was very responsive. He came by and fixed it the next day (it wasn't a bad leak so there was no need for him to come sooner). We are very happy with All Point Solutions' service. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. P.S. I also appreciated how John clearly explained everything he did. Oh - and he even took off his shoes so he didn't track dirt into the house. Very considerate!
