We recently needed a plumbing repair, and because of the many positive reviews on Yelp we chose to contact All Phase Plumbing.  Upon our messaging via the company's website with a description of the leak, Ami called back in 15 minutes -- amazing! -- and set up an appointment for Eric to come and evaluate.  We were so impressed with such a quick response, especially when simply getting a call back from other companies can be hit-or-miss! 


Eric was professional, courteous, hard working, and really knew what he was doing in re-routing those copper pipes.  And he always wore shoe covers to keep our carpet clean, a small detail that we really appreciated. Thank you also to Sally, who helped coordinate the job.  



We would definitely use All Phase Plumbing again if we have another plumbing issue, and highly recommend this company.  Thank you to Ami, Eric, and Sally!

I had purchased a Rheem water heater about 3 years ago from Home Depot. My boyfriend Joe K installed it for me, because well, he knows all the ins and outs of being a super handyman! As expected, the installation went without a hitch, not knowing at the time, that we had apparently bought a lemon that showed it's issues a few years later. The thermostat started acting up, in which the heater failed at keeping our water hot. Joe called the Rheem company directly to report the problem. Fortunately, the water heater was just barely within the warranty time frame! They sent us a new replacement thermostat which worked for a while on and off. Then to our surprise, the company sent us a replacement Burner Assembly, which looked a little complicated to install, but because Joe was losing his battle with cancer, he just couldn't continue anymore, we lived with the struggling new thermostat for a little while longer until it failed once again.

It has become a difficult time in my life and I didn't have Joe to turn to anymore. Fortunately, I gathered some courage to investigate on my own. After searching the Rheem web site, they listed All Phase Plumbing as a recommended business to contact in my area. I scheduled an appointment to have my water heater serviced, even though they were very busy and booked up, the nice woman who answered the phone, managed to squeeze me in somehow because a technician would be in my area and agreed to stop by! I was very thankful!

Brandon arrived at my home on time and with a friendly disposition. I could sense right away, he was confident and experienced on repairing my water heater. He understood how things evolved and that I was able to supply him with a ready to install burner assembly fresh from it's box. Hopefully, I at least saved myself some wait time (and money) from having to order a new one! He immediately got to work, and before I knew it, my water heater was back in action! I truly appreciate how everything fell into place and All Phase Plumbers came to my rescue! I just don't do well at taking cold showers!

I've used All Phase for a few jobs, and have been pleased with the results of each. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my garage (see before and after pictures). Brandon completed the rough-in in a week. All checked out great with the inspection and he finished the rest of the job pretty quickly, with excellent results. I'd been trying to find a more affordable way to transform my garage, and this was a great solution. I coordinated separately with the electricians and pulled the permit for the work myself to save some money. Brandon is super easy to work with, professional, and seems to thrive on finding solutions to tough problems. The office staff are extremely helpful too -- Ami is the best.

Prior to this work, Brandon replaced the old, rusty copper pipes in the house with pex pipes. It was a dirty job and he was a champ! He's also helped clear several drains and sewer blockages over the past 6 years. I knew I could trust him with the bathroom install. So glad, it looks great and is now the best bathroom in the house

It was my recent privilege to engage professional assistance for the replacement of a sewer line for some elderly friends. I was fortunate to call All Phase Plumbing which is a family business dedicated to helping people at a reasonable cost and with meticulous quality of work.

From initial telephone contact to prompt completion of the job everything was done well. The young work crew was experienced, creative and energetic and made immediate adjustments to some unusual findings. Beyond that they accurately assessed and enjoyed interacting with the property owners who are both more than 90 years of age.

I can't say enough about this company and their service! We are selling our home (which is 2 1/2 years old). The inspection report came back with an ""active water heater leak""! Of course this was very alarming.
I called all phase and the gal I spoke with was a little shocked as well as the home is so new.
They were able to get someone out the next morning.
Turns out we have a condensing unit with a small release pipe outside that enables excess water to drain off. Soo..no leak! They did not charge us a dime. Not even for the visit and the report was done within 15 minutes of the tech leaving. I wish more companies were this responsive, professional and overall just kind! Will recommend to my friends and neighbors!

This morning Matt from All Phase Plumbing arrived to replace two leaking shut-off valves in my guest bath. He explained the process and functionality of the new valves and I also asked he clean the drain as well (draining slow). In all, the total cost was very very fair and reasonable and his work was impeccable and professional.

I had hired this company before in 2018, they never cease to impress me with their professional expertise and reasonable costs. They will be on my speed dial for future Plumbing needs. Good job Matt, Mahalo!
