Our original clay sewer pipe had finally called it quits. (And after only 100 years at that. Guess they just didn't make pipe like they, uh, used to.) Anyway, the whole line needed to be replaced. Rod and his crew couldn't have more informative, professional, or highly skilled: the permitted job was done on time (in just the three days we'd been told it would take), on budget, and beautifully. To top it off, Rod et al are just real pleasant human beings. Major kudos to all. We are hugely relieved and feel quite lucky to have had you perform this critical work for us. Thank you so much!

We replaced our 15+ year old gas heater, after obtaining multiple quotes we selected All Phase to complete the work. The main reason was they work exclusively with Bradford White Heaters, the quote was thorough and we had read several good reviews online.

Brandon was knowledgeable about the current codes, he spent time explaining what was needed and what the install would entail. Brandon's quote was the only that was detailed with each item and their cost. Unlike other quotes that stated""water heater install"" All Phase listed what was involved which important especially if there are any unexpected surprises. In addition we did not feel pressured to hire them to perform the work.

The work was all done in less than a day. The install was neat (clean plumbing lines, braced and even) job site left clean, passed permit inspection on the first round, and most importantly the heater works like a dream.

I called all phase to clear out a drain in my sideyard. They quoted me 350 dollars to blast water through it. I am a busy person and work nights so I scheduled them to come out at 8am to do the job. I get a call at 730 the morning of the job saying they lost the hose to blast the water. I sincerely doubt this is what happened, probably found a bigger job. Don't waste your time with this company because they will waste yours. Good thing my house was not actively in danger of flooding otherwise they could have seriously caused my home to flood.

My partner and I decided to take advantage of the mPower program (avail in Placer County) to install solar, HVAC and a new electric water heater. We decided the best way to go about this would be to interview 5 companies for each segment....yes, that is 15 interviews! Whew....that was an undertaking, but so well worth it!

We found All Phase Plumbing on Yelp, they're a local company and we prefer to support small businesses (as opposed to the Big Box Stores, etc.). Brandon came out and gave us a quote. We liked him, we liked the info, we liked the price.

It took us a little time to get completely on board with the mPower program. No worries though....they were ready when we were ready! They even recommended a great electrician (thanks Dave Ethridge of Ethridge Electric!) because we were converting our water heater from gas to electric (to take advantage of our new solar system!). We had a couple minor challenges, but they were easily resolved and within a week we had a beautiful new state-of-the-art 50 gallon GE hybrid electric water heater (which also qualifies for a PG&E rebate....yay!).

These folks are all professionals; quick, prompt, courteous and very pleasant. Ami Sanchez has been great to work with, as was Brandon. I understand Rod Sanchez was out here helping too! We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Rod and Ami are excellent to work with. You send and email, you get a quick response, and they schedule your work to fit your schedule. Once they arrive to do the work, they are professional and cheerful, keep a clean workspace, and always do a little more than you expected with no extra cost. We are done with all of the plumbing in the house now, but I will definitely call them for future homes and recommend them to anyone who asks. They replaced all of our water pipes and drains in an old house, and we were never left without water or a bathroom overnight! Thanks Rod and Ami !!!

I contacted All Phase Plumbing when I discovered a lake raw sewage under my home. Rod quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested repair options to consider. Rod's crew was extremely courteous and professional. Overall, Rod, Ami, and his crew made a really crappy situation easier to deal with. I would certainly recommend All Phase for your plumbing needs and plan to call Rod when I am ready to replace my standard water heater with a tankless heater.

I'm extremely satisfied with Rod Sanchez...All Phase Plumbing! Rod de-installed my old hot water dispenser and kitchen faucets and replaced with all new (this job was not an easy job of removing the old faucets, rust, etc.). Rod also did other repairs to a bathroom. I shopped around and got three bids before choosing All Phase. The other two plumbers did not know how to solve a problem in one of the bathrooms and said that they would have to research and it would be costly!! Rod solved the problem in about five minutes and the cost was minimal. Very important to me is being careful and respectful of my home...my floor tiles, kitchen surfaces and white carpeting. I won't hesitate to use Rod again. In fact, we had a discussion about a tankless water heater that I'm thinking of installing. I might also add that Rod gave me a senior discount! Rod, you are appreciated and thank you for a perfect job and reasonably priced as well.
