I called All Metroplex Plumbing because I thought one of the vent stacks might be plugged, causing odors from our sink/garbage disposal unit. Carlos came over the same day, took a look at the unit, the speed at which water drained, etc., and explained why it was not likely a problem with the vent stack. He thought it was the garbage disposal unit, despite the fact that I thought I had cleaned it thoroughly, and he suggested a couple of additional things I could do to stop the odor. I wanted to pay for the service call, because he definitely used his expertise, and that should be paid for, but he said no charge. (By the way, his first suggestion worked and the odor is gone.)
Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are great, and the next time I need plumbing work, I'm definitely calling them.

This is a bit late, since I had this service done about a month ago. During the hard freeze of winter, my outside spigot had frozen and broke somewhere behind the wall. I called and made an appointment--based on Yelp reviews. The next day Carlos came, exactly on time. It took about an hour, and when he left, the spigot looked better than the one my builder had installed, and the cement around it was a better job. It cost eighty-five dollars, which was a high penalty for leaving the hose hooked up in the winter. (I'm blaming the dog, for getting poo stuck in his fur and needing an emergency hose down.) I looked online, and it's a tad on the high side for the repair. But considering it was done right the first time, and there was ZERO stress, it was worth it.

I wanted to make sure the repair worked when the hose was being used, so I waited for the review. I also feel weird when I'm asked to post a review on Yelp. I planned to, but that's also part of the reason I waited. I'm sure folks do what they need to do for their business.

Very happy with the service we received from All Metroplex Plumbing! Not only did Carlos call me back promptly on a Friday evening (unlike the other half dozen plumbers I called), he was able to schedule an appointment quickly (for which he arrived early), was super professional, and was able to fix the problem quickly at fair price. We will definitely use him again for our future plumbing needs!

Could not take information and provide me at least a general idea of the cost. Here is the response I got. "Hi, thank you for contact me about your plumbing problem, unfortunately i would have to come and take a look in order to provide a proper estimate and i don't have any appointments available until the end of the month, please let me know if that works for you to set an appointment, thank you again and have a great day!!!" Yeah, I am gonna wait till the end of the month...So the Quote response is GREAT, but actual information and the service, well that's gonna have to wait. This business is too busy for any new customers, in my view.

I just called because we are having issues with the plumbing companies our home warranty keeps assigning us and he talked me through my issues and the approximate ballpark cost, so I could make a decision on whether or not to go outside our home warranty. We haven't used their services (yet), but his patience and willingness to help on what I imagine is a busy Saturday deserves a review!!

I was very pleased with the work done to repair (replacement of) an outside faucet. Carlos' communication on arrival time was great. His explanation of what he recommended to be done and how it would go ahead of time was clear. I felt his prices were fair. I'll call Call Metroplex Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Carlos is a phenomenal plumber and more so an honest person. I thought I needed major work done at my house due to what another plumber had said. He came in and was completely honest and told me that whatever was going on wasn't a problem. Thank you for your help and honesty!

We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years, from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation, Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service, most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. That is great service!

Carlos was a breath of fresh air in the house service business. He was able to come to my house on very short notice. He did a very thorough job of trouble shooting my plumbing issues and determined that it would be better to take care of the sink trouble when I did my soon to happen faucet replacement. He was very considerate and professional, so much so he didn't even charge for his service call despite the fact he spent nearly an hour checking on my house.

I highly recommend this honest and very professional plumber!!
