Called Carlos to come out and change two spigots and install a new tankless system.

He shows up, we have a conversation and he saves me $4000 by going over the economics of a tankless system, its complexity and the changes we'll need to make. However, if I want to do it, he'll have it done at his next free appt... 2 days later.

Understand that I was ready to just spend 5500 on the system. Home depot gave me the run-around, etc. If you are hear reading reviews, you already have your scars.

He talks me into the tank. 2 hours later, calls me and says he can come over on Saturday. Installs the tank and spigots in 3 hours. So Carlos is out there working on the spigots, and then needs to check on Mario's work on the tank. My garage is a workshop, filled with sawdust, carpentry tools. Not a clean place. Carlos washes his shoes because he **might** bring in something on his soles.

All in, 2 days later, 1500. The only clean spot in my garage is where Carlos cleaned the floor.

I know you are looking for a plumber. I am telling you. This is THE guy. Humble, knowledgeable, has all the right tools, parts.. .no crazy trips halfway through the job.

Oh. One more thing. The tank was full of sediment, rust, broken dreams, etc. So he and his guy made 10 trips with 5 gallon bucket to dump the water he drained from the tank from the top because the drain valve was jammed.

I asked him to come back and raise my kids.
No dice there.

I was having plumbing (sewer line) issues and everything was backing up from the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the back bathroom. I got a quote from 3 plumbers and all but one was pretty iffy at best. One was very low ($12,000) and one was very high ($27,000). Carlos was very helpful in helping me understand the issue and options for addressing it. Unfortunately, the best option was tunneling under the foundation and replacing the sewer lines all the way to the street ($22,000). In my case, my house is on 'white rock' so the tunneling was extensive and laboring. His quote seemed to be the most reasonable. He started on a Sunday and finished mid-week. He took pictures of his work and explained everything he had done. He completed the work on time and within his estimate. I had used him previously to unclog the bathroom drains multiple times and hence identifying issues with the main sewer line. I recommend All Metroplex.

All Metroplex Plumbing replaced an outside faucet this morning. Did a wonderful job. This is the third time I have used them. Carlos is a master plumber who does an exceptional job, on time and very professional. Wears covers on his shoes so not to get any dirt on your floors. I have also used him to replace two toilets in my home. Will 100 percent use for any plumbing need in the future. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the quality of the company. Called them this morning because the other plumber bailed on me. Carlos is very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Called me to let me know he can come earlier, and both he and his partner unplugged the drain pipes.

Thanks to Carlos another plumbing issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Leaky tub faucet- Carlos scheduled my appt. within 24 hours - replaced faucet and removed screw which was lodged up in valve. Plan to continue to use All Metroplex for all plumbing issues in the future.

Wednesday night about 10:15 at night water starting coming up through my shower, toilets and guest bathtub. Wow, not good. After using every towel in the house to soak up the water I thought this isn't good. The next morning I called All Metroplex Plumbing and was able to come within a couple hours. There was stoppage between my house and the main sewer system. Carlos did what every he does and was fixed within 30 minutes..Thank you for the great service.

Bad customer service skills, he initially refused to quote how much they charge for a clogged kitchen sink drain until I pressed him for a ballpark figure and he said $165.00.

I have been contacted by the owner and also received an apology from Carlos. So they are at least responsive to bad yelp reviews. So I increased to 3 stars.

We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES! Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation. We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment! Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing! Won't ever use another plumber!
