We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years, from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation, Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service, most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. That is great service!

Carlos was a breath of fresh air in the house service business. He was able to come to my house on very short notice. He did a very thorough job of trouble shooting my plumbing issues and determined that it would be better to take care of the sink trouble when I did my soon to happen faucet replacement. He was very considerate and professional, so much so he didn't even charge for his service call despite the fact he spent nearly an hour checking on my house.

Carlos was so polite. He was also spot on with his diagnosis of my plumbing issue. He had to access the outside spigot through my bathroom wall. You really cannot get any more professional than this. I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day. Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day. He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced. He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty. I would highly recommend him.

Just had All Metroplex Plumbing fix my water heater ignition \ Gas control valve. I called him this morning after calling 3 other plumbers that were booked. He said he'd be here between noon and 2 pm. He kept to his schedule and was promptly here around 1:45pm. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote. He thought he would need to go and get the parts from a supply house but had them on his truck. He checked with the mfg. and my unit was still under the 6 year warranty. So the parts were free. This was much appreciated. He was thorough with his work, checking for leaks after he was finished. He also vacuumed around the bottom of the water heater stating that it needs to breathe from the bottom. His price seemed fair even though I didn't get any other quotes. He was very professional and I'd use him again for any plumbing problem.
