Carlos of All Metroplex Plumbing came to our rescue. We had guests coming in to stay on Monday and our upstairs water heater went out Sunday morning. I called 5 companies, none of which work on Sundays so I was shocked to get a call back in a matter of minutes from Carlos telling me he's closed on Sunday but would be at our house early Monday morning. No other company I called responded that day. Sure enough Carlos and another man arrived, got the new water heater installed at a fair price in four hours!!! His work is impeccable and attention to detail is amazing. Thanks to Carlos, our guests arrived and got to hear the amazing story of man that truly understands customer service above beyond expectations. Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are the best!!!

I am so glad to have found Carlos and Mario with JCM Metroplex Plumbing LLC through the neighborhood HOA recommendations page. Our water heater went out and we have had numerous previous issues with the plumbing in our 36 year old house - Carlos walked me through everything that was needed and gave great advice for how to address other trouble likely coming our way. Absolutely professional, fairly priced and reliable. As the water heater went out over the weekend we actually tried to contact a few places and though all said they are available on Saturdays, none (to this day) have returned our messages - except Carlos. So excellent basic customer service understanding as well! Even if you're booked, a simple response goes a long way! Just across the board great, can't recommend enough!

I had an issue with our natural gas firepit that I wasn't comfortable to address so my wife sent out a request to her network for a plumber recommendation. She got an immediate referral with high marks for Carlos .
Carlos called us back immediately (on a Sunday !) and said he would come out Monday morning. He would have been there immediately if it had been an emergency!
Bottom line not only did he fix the issue but he found several others that were serious gas connection problems. Yikes! Carlos got it all fixed up to code and was very professional in explaining what he needed to do and providing an upfront estimate. Carlos is reliable and will fix it right the first time.
Oh, btw it should be noted that not all plumbers will work on fire pits.

My wife liked his work so much she had him replace several faucets that had become out of fashion and had him drain our water heater that was making popcorn noises from our yucky Plano water.

He does great work and is now our go-to plumber guy extraordinaire. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you have.

Called Carlos to come out and change two spigots and install a new tankless system.

He shows up, we have a conversation and he saves me $4000 by going over the economics of a tankless system, its complexity and the changes we'll need to make. However, if I want to do it, he'll have it done at his next free appt... 2 days later.

Understand that I was ready to just spend 5500 on the system. Home depot gave me the run-around, etc. If you are hear reading reviews, you already have your scars.

He talks me into the tank. 2 hours later, calls me and says he can come over on Saturday. Installs the tank and spigots in 3 hours. So Carlos is out there working on the spigots, and then needs to check on Mario's work on the tank. My garage is a workshop, filled with sawdust, carpentry tools. Not a clean place. Carlos washes his shoes because he **might** bring in something on his soles.

All in, 2 days later, 1500. The only clean spot in my garage is where Carlos cleaned the floor.

I know you are looking for a plumber. I am telling you. This is THE guy. Humble, knowledgeable, has all the right tools, parts.. .no crazy trips halfway through the job.

Oh. One more thing. The tank was full of sediment, rust, broken dreams, etc. So he and his guy made 10 trips with 5 gallon bucket to dump the water he drained from the tank from the top because the drain valve was jammed.

I asked him to come back and raise my kids.
No dice there.
