All hours emergency plumbing LLC is by far the worst company I have ever done business with! I do not recommend anyone ever using them! I called them to repair a small leak in my water line supplying my house. They told me that I would have to pay half up front and the other half when they finished if I agreed to the price and the work that they would be doing, so I agreed to everything and paid them half of what I was quoted. When they got to my house to start the work I had full running water cold and hot water with a small leak in the garage. They told me they needed to pin point the leak and found it's location and said it would be within 3 feet of the spot they marked. So they then proceeded to bust up the concrete in my garage which lead them to finding nothing. The technician (who's name was Derek) then proceeded to start busting up the floor in my dining room which is where things went south. At roughly 3:00 pm he stopped working and began loading his tools up and left my house without saying anything at all to me or my wife. WHEN HE LEFT OUR HOUSE WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER WHAT SO EVER!! and we could not reach him again. We have two small children so we had to get a hotel room for the night. We then called the main office and the phone went straight to voicemail which I left a message. I tried calling every number they had listed and was finally able to get ahold of a guy named """"Jason"""" who told me that he would look into the situation and call me back shortly. I didn't hear back from him until the following morning when I called to find out what was going on! So at this point we still have no running water in our house and our floors are busted up in two spots and STILL have no idea why the technician left our house the way he did. On top of that I can't get ahold of anyone at their main office or an answer to if they're going to fix and repair what they have done to our house and finish what they were supposed to do!! Once again I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! They have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with and they're employees do not care at all about the quality of work or weather you have running water or not when they leave your house!!

Do not use this company. They are impossible to reach by phone or by email. I have been trying for over 3 days. They do not return calls. I cancelled my service call the same day I gave them $395.00 and they have not refunded my money. Do not use this company

This company is such a joke. They're called 'All Hours' but when you call they say the close at 4:30p. They took my money for an install, didn't show and now every time I call back they hang up on me. DO NOT do business with these people, they are crooks!

This company TOTALLY redeemed themselves!! After a not so great experience on Saturday, I was contacted by a company representative within 24 hours and they sent out another technician immediately. Bryan was superb!! Thank you for following up and going above and beyond to remedy the issue. I appreciate it and I would definitely recommend your company. Thanks again!!

American home Shield needs to pull this company off their list. When I found out they lied and never ordered the part after calling for the past 2 months. It's bad enough not one person returned any of my phone calls shows me they are incompetent.

Total failure! I paid them $495 for """"modifications"""" to install a new hot water heater. They didn't show up during their appointment time, never did any work and have kept my $495. It's been over a month now. Every time I call I'm told a supervisor will have to authorize the credit. Beware!!

This company is not to be trusted. They were sent to fix my water heater by American home shield. They did come and replace it but I was told that I had to pay more because of upgrades to meet code. They said it would be $395.00. When I looked at my charge card statement, they charged $495.00. After three calls and two weeks I finally received my $100.00 overcharge refund. Next I was told that they needed to add 3 items to meet code. When repairman was finished I asked him where the three additional items were. He was unaware that anything else needed to be changed and that he would come back later to fix things. 4 weeks and no return repairman. Complained to American Home shield three times with no resolution. I fill this company does this to make more money.. If they can replace a water heater and it works fine without needing what they said it need then give me my $395.00 back. American Home shield paid them to replace my water heater and paid them to replace it. Just corrupt practice from this company to make more money. Another thing is the name says """"All Hours Emergency Plumber"""". They do not work on weekends. Recommend you don't use this company.

I loved that the technician wore a mask. Brian was super polite and patient with my son who watched his every move and talked his head off. Service was super quick. Same day. Highly recommend.

Completely unprofessional company. Do not use them unless you want the technicians to behave unprofessional and rude. They didn't even finish the repair and left a big hole in my dinning room roof. The technician didn't even fix the issue, complaint about the work and left the job half done. I called management and reported the incident and basically said our guys is the best it's your issue. They did not take responsibility for the job and now I have to search for another contractor in the warranty to complete the job. So disappointed in management as well. I highly would recommend you DO NOT USE THEM.
