All Hours Emergency Plumber was assigned to me by the Home Warranty company when my hot water heater stopped working. the technician (Josh) was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, and got me fixed up in no time. I have saved their contact info in my phone in case anyone ever asks for a plumbing recommendation. I would DEFINITELY call them again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Good luck speaking to anyone by phone, and fingers crossed that anyone shows up after they TEXT you when they will be there for an appointment without discussing with you. I have cancelled all services with them after scheduling with them 2x in the last month to have a toilet replaced. I have found them to be non-responsive, and very unprofessional. I'm certain that they don't care.

Worst service ever. I would leave -5 stars if I could. Didn't fix my toilet the first time. Called and scheduled again. No show the second time. I called the emergency number. No call back. Called AHS who contacted with them. Finally a call back on a bad line that kept going in and out and finally disconnected but after I was told it would be another 2 days. No call back after disconnect. Just don't waste your time with this company.

Shotty Company. Put a propane water heater in my house 13 months ago. Water heater is now broke and this company will not help me get it replaced through Rheem. WTF?

Had hired them to do a cleaning of my drain from my roof. Ended up not showing up on the first day that they said. The next day I was told they would be there by 2 PM. No show. I called they said I was on the schedule that is 4 days away. Unacceptable!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything. Bad service all around,

This is the 2nd time I've needed a plumbing company. I knew I would use no one else. I called 5 different companies till I was able to locate Vinnie! All Hours Emergency Plumber got us scheduled immediately. Sent out the plumbing technician Vinnie, who we were comfortable with and the job was done. Vinnie not only found the issues but explained everything that needed to be repaired. He was 100% equipped with the items needed for the repairs which ended up being more than we thought it was. We we're not over charged and he steadily worked until the entire job was complete. I'll never need to call another company, if we need one again, than All Hours Emergency Plumber Is on speed dial!! Awful unprofessional company. Failed to fix stoppage, plumber said he didn't have right equipment and just left the house. I fixed it by myself. Don't work with this company!

Our underhung sink started to sag and was held up with 2X4s. All Hours Plumbing quoted a very fair price to re-hang the sink and fix some shoddy pipe work. The job was completed promptly. Robbie does great work, I'll be using All Hours for any plumbing issues in the future!!
