Recommended Customer Reviews
Horrible service! Needed a garbage disposal fixed or replaced. The technician came out and said he would have to order a replacement and be back then left. I never heard back but charged anyway for a service call. When I finally checked with All Hours Emergency Plumber and they told me the work order was closed because there was an item stuck in disposal. First the technician did not tell me that and second I paid All Hours EP to fix or replace and it still doesn't work. I paid another plumber to come out and he told me there is nothing stuck, the garbage disposal's clutch is bad... This plumber was recommended by American Home Shield and AHS refuses to help as well since the plumber closed the order as complete. Terrible horrible service and as far as I am concerned are thieves for charging me and doing nothing!!!!!
Terrible Company. If AHS dispatches you to them immediately ask to be transferred. This company is dishonest and they have low work ethic. They never and the telephone line and falsify information for the sake of keeping their reputation with AHS.
Stay away from ALL HOURS EMERGENCY PLUMBING, Jacksonville, Fl. They are liars and thieves with a plumber license. They went to check the water heater, and Derek, their plumber, advised me to replace it with a new water heater that he carried in his truck and pay $1,175 directly to All Hours Emergency Plumbing, instead of going through the regular process of getting it replaced by AHS, because supposedly our water heater had wires burned inside. On top of that, he said that they also needed to replace the pipes to be able to install the new one, even though our home was built in 2010 by a well-known builder. The funniest thing was that we went for a second opinion and found out that the problem was the breaker of the water heater. We got the breaker replaced by a licensed electrician and the water heater is perfectly fine. Working as if it was new. Again, They are liars and thieves with a plumbing license.
Terrible company. After reading some of the reviews I don't understand why AHS still have them on contract. Horrible company!!!!
We used Derek with this company through AHS. Derek, was professional, efficient and very nice to deal with. He got the jobs done quickly and correctly, we were pleased with his service.
TERRIBLE! They do not follow up or call back. 3 weeks later we still have a water leak. $100 service fee through AHS for a 5 minute visit with no repair.
Steve Y.Would leave a zero star if I could. Never showed up for appointment. Wouldn't answer phone. Absolutely unprofessional.
Ann W.They left my daughters house (2nd time) telling me they would have the boss call me back with an estimate in one hour. That was 7 days ago. They do not answer their phone and do not return calls. This is the WORST company EVER. American Home Shield used to be a good company. I've been in real estate since 1998 and used their warranty many times. They are only as good or bad as their vendors. Use a different warranty company who has a decent Plumber.
AHS sent them ti my home. Not the first time. He spends 5 minutes not fixed. For my faucet they stated they will order a part but goes to ahs and tell them that I broke my own faucet because they did not want to do the job. When placing a work order with ahs, call, don't do it online and make sure they do not select this contractor. Terrible contractors. Don't use them
This is the WORST !!!! Beware, they are RATS and Scammers, I have a American Home Shield Warranty and they did not swap my Sink Faucet because I use excesive Force to Open and close the faucet. I follow this many days over the internet, many customers are saying the same, the plumbers are getting this answer and know how to make 100.00 easy money Scamming people, they do not want to fix your issue, they are there for easy money.!!! They are scammers, This Plumbing company is horrible! STAY AWAY from them. ALL HRS EMERGENCY PLUMBERS should change their name, they do not answer calls and also their plumbers are scammers!
