RUN AWAY FAST ! First American Home Warranty uses this plumber they need to remove them from the list. They are 100% horrible they came out DID absolutely nothing but unscrew a clamp and leave it that way. Then they tried to tell me the Warranty would not cover it and they would need to install a cleanout to fix the clog. MY HOUSE HAS A CLEANOUT i went down and saw it. Fraud is when you try and sell someone something they already have. I crawled down and looked they did not expect that I am sure. When i tried to call them no answer 2 times tisk tisk. They were trying to scam me. RUN AWAY and if you have the Home Warranty tell them to send someone else. Then they told me I had a septic problem when they stepped on round gopher tunnels they said the ground was squishy. YOU ARE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER YOU WILL BE SORRY!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company and their buddies over at Drimaxx are running an insurance scam. What was a semi small leak in my kitchen drain pipe turned into my kitchen being ripped apart and a $3200 bill. If your warranty company sends them out ask for another company.

I had to use All Hours Emergency Plumber due to my Home Warranty, 2-10 on Friday, Feb 22. My main sewage pipe was stopped up. James showed up and said nothing could be done because a previous plumber had not installed a clean-out valve. Not sure what that had to do with anything. After much discussion and contacting the warranty company, he dug a hole and attempted to snake the drain. He said it was collapsed (old house, cast iron pipe). We agreed on the terms of him returning in a couple of days, cost of $1300 to replace 70' of pipe and install clean-out and I paid the $100 deductible. On Monday I called for an update and he said he miscalculated and now the cost is $7500. That's right, a """"mistake"""" of $6200. As of right now, I have a hole in my front yard with an open sewage drain. Do not use this company. It seems they exist solely on the premise of trying to get the claim denied. The warranty company 2-10 and All Hours are all a bunch of scam artists and I wish I could go more public than this and warn people.

This company deserves a minus review but had to give it 1 star. We too use American Home Shield (AHS) who contracted with this plumber on 11/2 to replace our garbage disposer. AHS charges a $100 service fee before the work is completed. Anyway All Hours called and gave us a timeframe for them to come out (8am-12). Waited until 1:30 without anyone contacting me. Called All Hours and put on hold before i could say anything. Waited 15 minutes on hold. Hung up and called again. Again put on hold before being able to speak. Hung up after 5 minutes and contacted AHS to cancel the request. I had a doctor appointment at 3pm the day All Hours was supposed to come out so i left the house at 2:30. At 3:15 i received a voice message from All Hours saying the service person was at the house but no one was home. When I returned home, I sent an email to ALL hours saying they never showed or called between 8-12 and i couldn't wait any longer so i canceled the request. I notified AHS and only today after numerous calls and letters to AHS waiting for the $100 refund, i was told they would make the refund in 7-10 days (we'll see because they told me the same thing on 11/12).

This company was sent thru 2-10 Home Buyers. Nothing was repaired. Collected deductible. When I called company to get a update on repairs, the rude chick told me my service order had been cancelled because I refused service and would not give them access to the gate. Kidding me?? I was out of town the week she claimed this happened. There was no appt made and no one spoke to me. WORTHLESS!! Don't use them. I called warranty company and got a new plumbing company.

Had the cold water pipe going into the water heater break. Trough my Home Warranty Service I was assigned All Hours Emergency Plumbing. Customer service was great. Plumber came out and determined that the water heater needed replacement, which thankfully was covered trough my home warranty. Plumber came in again 2 days later and installed swiftly and professionally the new one. After install and testing, showed me the basic functions. Very professional and attentive. The one, and only complaint I have, and hence the 4 star rating, is the additional non-covered charge of 495 I had to pay for """"install modifications"""" since the new tanks are a bit wider and taller. I feel this charge was extremely excessive and should be part of the actual install. My before and after pictures basically show no difference. Other than this, good company

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We HAD to use this company through my home warranty with American Home Shield because any other plumbers American Home Shield had contracted were 4 hours away. We had a leak in a garage wall. They sent someone out on a Monday who claimed to have fixed the leak (we had to pay home warranty deductible of $125) and found mold and pushed us to call their """"sister company"""" who does mold remediation. Called them, guy came out who quoted us $3500 to removed a 3'x3' area of mold. OUTRAGEOUS. He was trying to gouge us because we were out of state. We then used a different VERY well-recommended and REPUTABLE company for the mold remediation at a cost of $600 who found the leak still present! Called All Hours Emergency Plumber back on Thursday to tell them they HAD NOT fixed the leak. Everyone there was very rude and claimed this must be """"a new leak"""" and that we would have to go through American Home Shield again. They also called both my husband and I trying to find out who we hired for the mold remediation. NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! Got an appointment for All Hours Emergency Plumber to come out on Saturday (5 days after leak should've already been fixed). Then they called the next day and cancelled for Saturday and rescheduled for the following Monday. NOPE NOPE NOPE. I cancelled them altogether and found a well-recommended plumber who came out IMMEDIATELY and charged MUCH less (not through American Home Shield), found the leak immediately and fixed it for $105 which we just paid on our own. This company has no listing with the Better Business Bureau. Not surprising as I've read a lot of poor reviews about them here and on other sites.

This is the best plumbing company in the Jacksonville area they have great service and are fast Eddie came out and did a phenomenal job I recommend that you ask for him if you call these guys I will definitely be contacting this company and specifically Eddie when I have any future plumbing work done

Had two simple fixes, sink leaking and toilet continue to run. Took close to 4 hours for sink, two days for running toilet, which by the way , after a week it still runs continuously. They refuse to come back out

Through my warranty, they came out to replace a leaking disposal. Now it leaks the other side. Called at 430, they refused to send a tech back out to fix it. So I'm going to replace the piping myself that connects to the disposal. But this company gave my information to another company, Drimaxx who called me the day before my appointment to offer a mold inspection. He came out, used a FLIR cam, told me I have mold under my vinyl flooring, under the sink, and the wall behind the sink. The guy had alcohol on his breath, no ID, no uniform, no ID on his trunk. Said if I went through him, I basically would have all my cabinets and counters replaced. When I asked for it in writing, he balked, stepped around it for 5 minutes. Kicked his ass out, and googled the guy. As bad as this place. Insurance scammer. I reported this to my warranty company and agreed its a scam. Avoid this company.
