When the thermostat acted up after the power blinked, it was a simple issue of restarting the system. Thankfully along the way before figuring that out I was prompted by the manufacturer to contact All Hours Air. To my surprise they called my right away and had an appointment the very next day as I had requested. Todd was very polite and professional, even though my puppies were not. I will be contacting them again for future work, was surprised to find they do more than just HVAC and glad to hear they are specialized in their field.

Third time is the charm? I think not. 2 different technician and still have random problems. According to first tech, nothing was wrong and he did a ""service."" Then house went cold for days. He comes out to ""check"" it out and it randomly started working again so according to him, nothing was wrong. Couple a days later, system shuts off and it's freezing on the weekend. Called the owner and he said , ""if I send someone out there, we're going to charge you extra because it's the weekend..."" I'm like really? Your tech said nothing is wrong and charged me for services and now it doesn't work and you're going to charge me extra to fix your tech's incompetence? Not wanting to give them more money because they apparently can't fix shit. They send a different tech out on Monday, now all of a sudden, the system is broken. Which is fine and dandy because I'm not delusional and someone finally confirmed it's messed up. He said he'll email me a quote on fixing the system... week later... still nothing. I finally got a quote, 10 days after the first service while freezing. This is garbage customer service. Thanks for wasting my time and thanks for the cold house. I'll find a company with competent techs and people that follow up on services and owners who actually cares.

Posting Pics for evidence since this owner is full of crap. He apparently can't find me in their system and he claims they don't do email quotes. So these emails I have must be from a copy cat company. These are sales people, not competent techs, find someone else.

Now that I provide evidence, he's claiming otherwise. Now he back tracks on his statements. He claimed I'm not in their database yet I have multiple emails and invoices. He claims they don't email quotes. I provide that too. Instead of attacking your customers, you should of follow up and fixed the problem in the first place. Now that I called you out and posted evidence, you want to play stupid? Do I want to deal with that kind of company? No thanks. You had months to fix this before I review your company. Goodluck. I'm sure there's plenty of people for you to take advantage of. Good owners admit mistakes and fix things. Saying I'm making shit up and I confused you with the wrong company? You realized I've reviewed over 500 businesses. I've been fair with every place I reviewed. Your attitude is an exact representation of your business.

My furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I called All Hours Air and talked with Ernie. He came out Saturday morning and checked out my furnace. As my furnace was over 14 years old and having issues I decided to get a new furnace. Ernie was able to have a new one installed on Monday morning. He gave us temporary heaters until Monday which was really nice.
On Monday Chris and Kevin showed up as promised in the morning. In a few short hours they had returned heat to my house. Both of these men were very professional, hard working, and friendly. I am very satisfied with their work.

After hearing mulitple ads on 106.9 FM for their winter furnace service I decided to contact them for an appointment. Setting the appointment went smooth and by the numbers, however, the service call left me feeling sorry I had called them. The service technician arrived and disputed where I said my furnance was located. I told him it was in the attic area with access in the utility room, and he was certain it was in the garage. He even went out in the garage to prove me wrong, but it wasn't out there, it was where I said it was. Then after he did, whatever it was he was doing in the attic, he came back down and presented me with a long list of everything that was wearing out or installed poorly with my furnance and venting, and then tried to sell me a maintenance agreement. When I explained that I had a home protection agreement that covered my furnace should it break, and was not interested, his entire demeanor changed and he became less than friendly. He then tried to charge me far and above the advertised price of $99. When I explained that was the price stated in the radio ad, he appeared surprised, said ""that rate"" was reserved for contractors. I paid him the $99 and sent him on his way. Hopefully my service technician was just having a ""bad"" day and this is not indicitive of the type of service provided by All Hours Air.
