Recommended Customer Reviews

I responded to a flyer I received in the mail- my experience was excellent beginning with the initial phone call, text confirmation reminder & the actual service call. Jacob helped me understand how to optimize my system & take the best care of it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Great price. I have already recommended them to multiple people. 10/10 would do business again!

I had a terrible experience with All Hours Air. We called them out for help because one of our furnaces would only run for about 3 1/2 minutes or so and then it would shut itself off,
After diagnosing the issue, they told us the furnace was too old (20-25 years) to fix and suggested we replace it instead of attempting any kind of repairs. I was shocked they didn't even try to fix it, especially since I found it was a easy repair. We decided to hold off on their advice and think things through
The report they left us mentioned a bad high limit switch, so I decided to do some research on YouTube to find out how to test high limit switches. After testing all five high limit switches on the unit, I found they were all fine and it only took me about 15 minutes to do. Then, I watched some more videos and discovered the pressure switch could be the issue. Ended up jumping the pressure switch wires using a paper clip and I got the furnace to run and stay on until the unit got up to temperature. Once this was found I went to Appliance Parts Company/PAC's and bought a $37 pressure switch, returned and installed it and now the furnace is working perfectly.
I'm extremely disappointed that All Hours Heating Air didn't even attempt to fix the problem, opting to recommend an expensive replacement instead. Everything I read on the Internet, said the only time you should need to replace your furnace would be if you have a cracked heat exchanger. Kind of feels like the technician didn't know how to troubleshoot properly and just wanted to push for a new furnace so he could get a higher commission on the job.. We will never call them again, nor would we ever recommend them to anyone. It's the same story with Sierra Air, which is why we won't be using them either. It's frustrating to deal with companies that don't seem interested in actually fixing issues.
Note: Our family owns 117 rental doors in town and All Hours Air missed out on having a good customer and they will never get our money ever again. $60 down the drain...

Our hot water heater went out yesterday and they sent someone out right away. Today he came out and put a new hot water heater in for us. Javier was the guy that came out and we were very happy with the service. We plan on calling them again when we need heating or plumbing, we were very impressed.

Outstanding service. Javier and Trent did a same day tankless water heater installation. Very prompt professional and courtious. Wouldn't leave until everything was perfect. Ask for Javier and Trent. You will be pleased.

My furnace decided to act up just after midnight on a sub-freezing Monday morning. I called All Hours Air (which advertises ""24-hour emergency service"") at 12:15 am and got a recorded message that they were online with another customer and would return my call. After a half-hour wait I called another company, which had a technician on site within an hour - friendly, competant and professional - who diagnosed the problem promptly and described my options and costs. By noon that same Monday (after supplirers opened) everything was back to normal.
""All Hours"" Air condescended to return my original call at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon to ""set up an appointment"". Stay away from this company!

Very skilled technicians and the work performed meets or exceed expectations. I'm not rating 5 stars as the work is quite pricey for the level of work to be performed.

UPDATE: The owner had responded to me on this format and asked me to call him. I called and left him a voice mail message as he requested. It has been almost a month and he has failed to return my call. So my review of All Hours Air stands ""AS IS"".

Purchased a new heater 3 years ago the heater is no longer working they came out said it needed two new parts. this happened on Sunday 11/9. We were told the parts would be here 11/10. That was not the case. When we called they said they would not be here till 11/15. The parts finally arrived and guess what the heater is still not fixed. they stated another part is needed. They said that they would be back 11/18. They did not come back. Our heater is still not working. and from what we are being told they may not be able to fix it till 11/22. This is ridiculous. It's a new heater should not have issues like this and the service has been less then par. It's freezing temps have ranged from 18-50 out side. Worst company to work with. Extremely disappointing!!! Having to run space heaters to keep from freezing so the power bill will be very expensive. They should be paying for all this extra expense. On top of it we had to purchase the space heaters to just get by. What a joke.

I had such good service that I felt compelled to get a review out. I run a sales agency so I can appreciate when someone thoughtfully makes suggestions for preventative measures including ideas for part upgrades to avoid major issues, and also educates. Our tech, Jacob, did just that. He said he is newer to the industry, but it's clear he knows his stuff. We'll be bringing our business back to All Hours and requesting Jacob as our tech. Great experience and I would recommend. FYI, we had called them for basic winter prep and maintenance on some items.

I'd like to start with the tech, Chance, was great!
Last week, I received same day service to unclog a kitchen drain. I didn't receive my receipt until I requested it today. I reviewed it and compared it to an invoice from when I had the same drain unclogged a year ago by a different plumber. Same day service, same process, and about the same amount of time spent on clearing it. I was shocked to realize the difference in prices.
All Hours Air charged $89 for dispatch, and $544 for clearing the drain with a snake. The other plumbing company charged $198, total. I understand inflation etc. but $633 vs $198?????
As I told AHA, Respectfully, I will not be using them again.
