This place SUCKS!!! Fidelity sent them out to see what the issue was to an over flowing toilet. The work order said Replaced wax ring and cleared main line ""Job Done"". After Cleaning up the main I went to the other bathroom in the house as it had over flowed too. Which my daughter failed to mention. I called back as soon as I realized that toilet. I called Fidelity and they said they would put a work order in for me to call also.
The next day I spoke with Mary and she said she had to call Fidelity to have something authorized. I asked if my work order says ""job complete"" and the back toilet flushes fine but does not fill up properly.
Sunday I called Fidelity only to find out Mary NEVER Called.
Omar came back out on Monday (UGH) Said he had to get Authorized to remove my toilet and snake it. Well why did he not have to call to lift the main toilet and put a wax ring in. Now Fidelity is saying it a separate claim. I have to pay 120$ more to have this incompetent company come back out.

This place sucks. My warranty company sent them out & the guy just looks at you when you speak to him. I don't know if he can understand English or what, but either way it doesn't work when trying to explain a problem. They are dirty and disrespectful to your place too. If warranty says they are sending them out again I'm requesting a change or just canceling outright.

Along with some other people's comments on leaving no stars for this company, I would leave them no stars as well. They are the most horrible plumbing company I've ever had. We also got them through our home warranty company and now no other plumbers want to come look at the things that were ""fixed"" by All Express because they don't want to be liable. We had a bad back up and they came out and ""fixed it"". Had to call 2 days later to schedule them to come back out and didn't hear from them for a week. Then he comes out and says it's ""probably"" the tree next door roots. (The tree is full grown and the roots are not the issue). So he didn't know the problem and just took a wild guess. Mind you, when he initially came out I had numerous things that needed attention. Only one thing was ""fixed"". The leaky bathtub faucet he said he could not fix and the sink that was backing up, he also could not fix. Then what the hell can you guys fix. Fast forward to 2 days ago. He had to return to look at the faucet and sink AGAIN!! I told him to just snake it and that will take care of the problem. Nope. He just cleaned it with his screwdriver, leaving all the black stuff in there and said he was done. I HOPE TO GOD I DONT HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK. I will have my insurance just reimburse me to snake it. Just seems like they are lazy and don't really wanna do their job. LAME

Run away from this company as fast and far as you can. They are a mom-and-pop shop without enough manpower and expertise. Their customer service is terrible. I have no idea why my home warranty company picks them as a contractor. I was told someone would show around noon. Then it became 1pm, 2pm. Finally by 6:30pm some dude showed up which did the exact same tests that I did myself on the garbage disposal (he probably saw the same youtube clip). When I called them to see when their service guy shows up, some lady with broken English picked up. I could hear her walking in her slippers in her kitchen not giving a damn about my problem.

No show, no call during four hour repair window provided. Called the office for an update and they couldn't reach the technician either. Interestingly, the technician ended up showing up for the repair - 2.5 hours after the repair window expired. I had already left the house and reached out to another company, who resolved the issue promptly.

John evaluated an issue related to a sanitary-napkin plugged line which we had cleared. He was the third plumber to do so. John and one other plumber had cameras. He and another advised that one area of my toilet drain was bowed due to settling. He disagreed with another that an ABS into cast pipe joint had separated. He suggested doing nothing with the ABS until we had reason to remodel the bathroom. Snake out an occasional plug, because the cost to replace the pipe would exceed $7,000. He refused to take payment even though I insisted. I have multiple properties. He definitely made it on my good-provider contact list.

ZERO stars if I could. Went through our Fidelity Home Warranty; called on a Sunday unable to turn off my shower. (24-hour service; um yeah... NOT) so Monday they came out, had to order a part. Tuesday they come with the part, Wednesday my shower won't turn off. They said ""have to order a new part... ""two or three days for another part? It's just a shower knob.

Days without water now (I had to shut off the water to the whole house to stop the shower) and I'm going to call a different plumber and pay out of pocket.

I won't bother with my complaint that they left wet dirty footprints on my clean floor.

Update: turns out I have high end, German made fixtures. ""GROHE"" I'm getting the impression these people don't work with this brand often.

John, the owner is very unreliable. Do not depend on him if you have emergency. I called him and his office all day on a Friday to come because I had a gas leak in my house. finally his office connected me with him later in the afternoon. He said he would be there Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. I sent him a text message on Sunday after midnight saying I would be expecting him at 9:00 am. He responded that he would not be able to make at 9:00. I tried to call him and sent him message saying tell me what some you will be here and if you are not going to come at all let me know ASAP to get another plumber because I am traveling and not coming back until Friday night. He never responded. I called his office at 1:00 pm and told Mary I was very upset and she connected mt to him and he said he would not be able to be there and that I have to go and call someone else. Now I have to leave my household without gas until I come back.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This man is a complete crook who doesn't finish a job and then doesn't even have the decency to at least return multiple voicemails or text messages left for him asking for an update. John was referred to me by my home warranty company to fix a slab leak that I had. He outsourced the work to another company to do the complete hot water line re-route, but after the job was finished, we had another problem entirely. Our hot water pressure is so bad now that it takes one hour to fill the bathtub. After numerous attempts to get this problem fixed, still no luck. John said he finally had the part (after several weeks of chasing him about it, finally I called from a different number completely and he picked up!) and would be at the house to install it after 3pm last Saturday. Well he never showed up, no call or anything. And now, almost a week after the fact, we still can't get hold of him! This man does not deserve to be in business. If you are referred to this company, save yourself a huge headache and take your business elsewhere! Trust me. Disgusted at the work ethic of some people, especially business owners.

I'm glad I didn't read the other reviews before All Express came out to my house (on a home warranty call) They called first, arrived within the time I was told, got right down to business, checked the trap to make sure this wasn't a bigger problem, cleaned out the drain, replumbed under my sink with threaded pipes, cleaned up after themselves, and went on their merry way. They were extremely polite and competent. I think any company is only as good as the particular technician you get. I guess I got lucky!!
