I called HWA regarding our leaking angle stop and kitchen faucet. They filed my claim through Express and I got a call the same day to schedule next day service. They called 15 minutes before arrival, wore appropriate PPE and fixed the issues in a few hours(replaced kitchen faucet, put on new angle stop). They were respectfuland courteous. They answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. We were happy with how quickly it got fixed!

Sadly, they are not truthful nor is they work any good.
1. I had to wait a month for a part.
2. They don't answer their phone.
3. They don't show up on the day that they are scheduled
3. they lied to fidelity home warranty and said that I don't call them back.
4. They claimed that they replaced the igniter and they never did, they replaced the valve and still no hot water

My home warranty assigned All Express for our pipe leak. Our technician was Zino, who was a really cool dude. Came within the time window and called 15 mins before he arrived. Used his meter to determine where the moisture was behind the wall, cut into the dry wall, found the leaking pipe and fixed. Surprisingly a very quick process. Glad it went very smooth and our water can be turned back on.

Honestly, I was really stressed having read a lot of the other reviews but I scheduled with All Express through First American Home Warranty. They came close to the end of the window and but we were so relieved when they arrived it didn't matter. Took the very polite, masked plumber (no booties though) about 15-20 minutes to figure out what was happening and snake our main line. Clog was about 90 feet out and he snaked up to 110 feet. Overall satisfied with service.

Mehdi, the service tech, came out the same day. He was professional, very nice and he cleared our kitchen sink and was out in half an hour. He even had to move some stuff out from under the sink and he put it back and cleaned up before I could offer to help. I would definitely call them again!

DO NOT WORK with All Express Plumbing. The most unprofessional company. I called my home warranty to have my water heater fixed and was assigned to All Express Plumbing. Plumber came out for less than 5 minutes and had me order a part myself. After a few days my water heater went out again and started to smell like gas. I called and talked to Mary and she told me that they would send someone out when possible and that she couldn't ""snap her fingers"" to have someone come out sooner. Completely unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

Quick response, courteous, Water Heater replaced with a 2 day turnaround.

Contracted through First American Home Warranty on a Sunday, I was concerned since it said the company was closed, but John reached out within an hour of the job being sent to them. He sent his tech first thing next day.

Monday Zino arrived and confirmed the status of the existing water heater, within the next 3 hours, I had already spoken with First American and All Express followed up for the replacement to be delivered the following morning.

My house is on a hill, so it required 4 individuals to remove the old and lower the new unit into place, but Zino, Hamid, and the two other folks got it done expeditiously and safely.

In a little under 3 hours from the start today, the new unit is safely installed, looks good and should serve this house for many years.

So from contacting First American for a claim to new heater operating was a little over 48 hours. Granted our old unit was still operating sporadically but on it's way out.

Very pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by John, Zino and Hamid, I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

They were sent by a home warranty company to repair/replace a garbage disposal. After arriving 30 minutes late they spent 2 minutes looking at it, informed me nothing was wrong and there was no leak (despite rust damage from a leak and a disposal that is falling off of the sink) and said it didn't need to be replaced. Both the technician and the manager on the phone were rued and left without fixing the problem. I would never recommend this company and am very disappointed with the home warranty company as well.

Horrible company! They were third party co reacted to come fix my broken/leaking garbage disposal by our home owners insurance...they spent 3 hours at my home and my garbage disposal still leaks! If you want to wast your money and still have a broken sink...then I guess this place is for you. Now I am fighting with insurance to have another company come finish the job they couldn't. I've also called them numerous times with no response. There are numerous plumbing companies out there so don't waste your money with this horrible one.
