We had a massive slab leak Christmas Eve 2020. My home insurance sent John from All Express Plumbing. This family run business exceed all expectations from service, fixing the problem to helping us deal with insurance claims. John is honest and knowledgeable about the issues we faced and went above and beyond when he rerouted my hot n cold lines instead of ripping the slab apart. This insured I won't have another slab leak ever. Excellent job by him and his team.

We had a few plumbing issues at our home and All express plumbing took care of them very nicely. Jim came in and was very professional with his work. He really knows a lot and was able to identify the problem and fixed all the issues. There were some problems remaining after the first fix but Jim was very nice to come and take care of it again. We really appreciate how it was handled and highly recommend Jim from All express plumbing for any plumbing issues.

This company is a joke. Don't waste your time. They will make the problem worse. 2 of my friends and I have suffered because our home warranty decided to use this 2 star company... I cant believe they are still in business.

My home warranty sent a plumber from here. Jonas the plumber was great, professional and friendly! He made sure to fix my kitchen faucet where hot water wasn't coming out. He found other problems regarding the connection of my dishwasher and my faucet itself. He was able to fix all of it.

Total rip-off company. Sent by Fidelity. Promised to fix my clogged drain so it would not keep getting clogged. Spent ten minutes snaking it and checked to make sure it drained. Wouldn't do anything more. Operates out of a residence in Escondido. Go there and see. 107 E. 7th Ave., Escondido. No one there, but wife put her husband on phone. Son who worked on my drain got a package from Fedex while I was there. Total useless company. Beware!

Our garbage disposal stopped working and my home warranty company got me with All Express Plumbing. They came out the next day and Mehdi was absolutely amazing ! He was so sweet and worked so fast and replaced our disposal. He helped me contact my home warranty to set up an electrician to install the plug we needed. If you need a plumber definitely give them a call and ask for Mehdi !

I called HWA regarding our leaking angle stop and kitchen faucet. They filed my claim through Express and I got a call the same day to schedule next day service. They called 15 minutes before arrival, wore appropriate PPE and fixed the issues in a few hours(replaced kitchen faucet, put on new angle stop). They were respectfuland courteous. They answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. We were happy with how quickly it got fixed!

Sadly, they are not truthful nor is they work any good.
1. I had to wait a month for a part.
2. They don't answer their phone.
3. They don't show up on the day that they are scheduled
3. they lied to fidelity home warranty and said that I don't call them back.
4. They claimed that they replaced the igniter and they never did, they replaced the valve and still no hot water

My home warranty assigned All Express for our pipe leak. Our technician was Zino, who was a really cool dude. Came within the time window and called 15 mins before he arrived. Used his meter to determine where the moisture was behind the wall, cut into the dry wall, found the leaking pipe and fixed. Surprisingly a very quick process. Glad it went very smooth and our water can be turned back on.
