I'll start off with the good. The gentleman who came out to help was very knowledgeable .. however they were very sloppy. They came to check on a gas leak, they ended up making holes in drywall. When they left , they left behind a huge mess, my attic access from hallway open, and my side gates open. Also, customer service is terrible.

This is a terrible company to work with and if your home warranty assigned them, request for a TRANSFER to another contractor immediately! This is exactly what I did with Fidelity National Home Warranty. They have a team member named John who promised me 4 different times that he will call me back and he never did. On the 4th time, I confirmed if he will be calling me back since he didn't on the previous 3, he confirmed that he will and still did not call me. Completely unprofessional. So all my communication had to go through the home warranty since this company would not call me back. They went to the home for a total of 3 times and each time all they did was snake the toilet and nothing more. After being transferred to another company, I learned that the toilet needed to be replaced and there was some water damage that came from the leak. Had I stayed with this company then my issue with the toilet would have simply happened over and over again, and the water damage would have gotten worse. And it is for all of these reasons that I say ask for a TRANSFER to another contractor immediately if your home warranty assigns them. And if you stumble upon this page looking for plumbers outside of a home warranty - keep looking.

Can you believe I had this company contracted through my home warranty for a plumbing leak, in my kitchen from the shower, in which the claim was started July 20, 2024 and a month later it's still not resolved its now August 23, 2024 Im now coming out of pocket to get the repairs done so we can use our master bedroom shower. I've learned a valuable lesson, if it walks like a duck , quacks like a duck then it's a duck. In other words be careful who you trust for work in your home as for reliable companies.

Wry slow and not responsive. My insurance placed an order and they came once for evaluation and gone more than a week with any update.

This is the company our home warranty contracts for plumbing repairs. It's very apparent that they do not like home warranty calls and take this out on the customer. The home warranty called them out to fix a pin hole leak coming our kitchen sink drain pipe. The plumber opened the ceiling and threw his hands up stating he could not find the leak. My wife suggested running the dishwasher which helped identify the leak.
They were called out a second time because the same day they worked in this pipe our bathroom faucet water pressure slowed down to a trickle. The same plumber was dispatched, looked at the faucet for 2 seconds, and suggested that the home warranty replace it because there ""might be dust inside.""
This may have been isolated to one plumber but not a good look for this company.

Do not use this company! We had a man come over to switch out our water heater. I greeted him with a friendly hello. He did not say hello back and instead told me to open the garage door. Later I asked him a plumbing related question and he told me in a rude tone that he was only here for the water heater. He left without letting us check the quail out of his work. It was very obvious that he was a misogynist. How can you hire someone who is so blatantly rude? Terrible employee. Please don't hire this company especially if you're a woman or a woman will be home to deal them by herself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First American assigned us to All Express for a simple toilet leak. 5 months later, the toilet has not been fixed! Mel said in April he'd order the part, he did not. Last week, Mel said the part would be here on July 8, and he would come and install it on July 8. I called John (presumably the owner) on July 8 to confirm they had the part and the time Mel would be here. John said he would have to call me back. After 3 calls to John with no answer, I called First American. The First American representative called John directly and was told Mel called in sick and he would be there on July 9. John did not have the decency to call me directly. Mel never showed up on July 9. The worst part is, I sent John & Mel pictures of a label on the toilet, that listed the part number they needed to order. All Express Plumbing is beyond INCOMPETENT! Additionally, they give you their cell phone numbers, but they do not respond to text messages, their mail boxes are full & you can't leave a message. Horrible customer service!

Mel came out on an emergency call since my hot water heater decided to flush its lines all by itself. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the fittings that had burst. He was very professional and got the work done so I could get my water turned back on. I would definitely use All Express Plumbing again!
