They replaced my water heater today. It was a great job, top notch craftsmanship, very efficient and very professional. They contacted me ahead of time to explain the warranty exchange process that I was doing with Home Depot, as I have never done before. They made the whole job painless for me. Being extremely happy with this company, I am going to use All Express for all of my pluming/heating needs in the future, and would definitely recommend them to all that I know.

Was assigned All Express Plumbing by First American Home Warranty to fix a plumbing issue in my home. At first, they were prompt - John contacted me immediately and sent out Mel to come see the issue. Mel was courteous, patient, and informative. He stated that in order to find the root cause of the issue more had to be done (tear the walls and potentially the ceiling). He informed me that All Express would make sure this would be covered by my warranty before doing so. I thought that was a good sign. Except, he never followed up. I called and texted John for weeks after the initial appointment. He kept saying he would give me an update soon. Never did. Just gave me the run around and eventually dropped me as a customer after I complained to First American Home Warranty. He actually mentioned to the Warranty company at one point that he was waiting for a part to come in, which was sketchy because they hadn't even figured out the issue yet. Kind of seems like they pick up the claim, get paid through the insurer, and never actually do any work. Would not recommend.

We were hesitant to go with this company after our home warranty company referred us to them because of their bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our water heater went out and leaked all over the garage. This company was responsive to our calls, showed up in time for each appointment and got the job done quickly.

Our vanity sink got clogged. First American home shield sent this plumber over to repair after we paid $85. whenwe were with American home shield several years ago, the same thing happened and American home shield's plumber just came and fixed the problem right away. But this time when All express plumbing's guy came, they said they could not unclog it unless we let them install a ground level clean out and pay them almost $500 since it's not covered by first American home shield insurance. This complex includes more than 300 condos and was built more than 50 years old. None of the condos has ground level clean out. it's hard to believe nobody has never got their sinks clogged except us. Now after we paid them the service fee for a sink that is still clogged, but neither first American home shield nor all express plumbing would answer our phone calls or resubmitted service request. we will have to call another plumbing company instead. What a ripoff and terrible way of doing business. Wouldn't recommend either one of them

I have to say, This is my 1st bad review. I normally never write a bad review. Old Republic Home Protection referred me to this plumbing company. Without knowing my coverage, they insists nothing is covered except for the bare minimum. I have the premium plan and I read the service provider my coverage. But he disagreed with me and ask for payment in advance or he will not be able to perform the work that he is recommending. Even though his recommended work is covered under my contract with ORHP. So he just left and ask me to call the office to reschedule after insurance approval is obtained. The next day, I called All Express for a follow up. They continued the same line of logic and insist my stoppage is a none covered event. I highly doubt that they even followed up with my insurance. But I must say, following up with ORHP is very tiresome.

Old water heater cracked. Called home warranty and had all express come out within 1 hr of an 8am work ticket. I had hot water within 3 hrs. Unfortunately had some water damage too, and all express offered restoration as well. Restoration was out of pocket. Best deal? Probably not. But we have little ones, hot water is crucial. And all express did the job. Would recommend for water heater replacement.

These guys were assigned to me by First American Warranty. The plumber showed up late and then didn't do any work claiming a person who is skinny and short would have to come fix my leaky pipe in my crawl space. Since he arrived late I could not get another plumbing company to my house till the next day. The other plumbing company sent a plumber was thicker and taller and he was able to complete the work with no issue.

I've had them out twice and both times my problem was fixed. Today they were determined to get to the blockage in my pipe and after getting a 75ft cable, managed to do it. I'm very pleased with them. They also arrived quickly.
