Freakin' C.H.U.D.s*.
Those monsters somehow crawled into my drainage pipes, causing my washing machine to back flow/overflow the adjacent bathroom sink.

And let me tell you that you ain't lived until you've tried plunging your bathroom sink while standing barefoot in stanky brown water.

This morning I called Les of All Drains Plumbing and he was able to make it out a few hours later (well within his promised arrival window). He could have easily said ""no"" and opted to take advantage of today's awesome beach weather, but this man takes his work seriously.

Upon arrival, he quickly assessed the situation and with the help of his magical ""Snake of Doom"", Les and his team managed to vanquish those wretched C.H.U.D.s from my drains-all within one hour.

Nice guy, very punctual, no visible plumber-crack. Les, you are my hero of the week.

*C.H.U.D.s were most likely years of build up from my wife's crazy horse hair along with the pup's fur...but dealing with C.H.U.D.s just sounds more awesome.

We just bought a house and a few weeks into the move our toilet, bathtub and sink were all completely clogged. We called All Drains and they were absolutely incredible. Les has some incredible state of the art equipment. He ran a tiny video camera through my pipe to see what the problem was (ended up being a baby wipe from the previous owner). My main problem is that I don't have a clean out for my plumbing...so Les went on the roof and cleaned out the drain through the air vent (or something like that ;-) I was even further impressed when he put a sensor probe down the drain and told me where my pipe was running underground on the property. So my next DIY project is installing a clean out drain...which Les told me exactly (down to the cm) where to put it. What a guy!

I was so impressed with the super quality service, amazing technological equipment, very friendly service and really really good price. My wife and I are going to start a hair salon and we definitely want to hire All Drains for the job.

I had Les come out a couple times and he did a great job. I had a root from a tree take out my main sprinkler line and he fixed that quickly and reasonably. Another time I had him out replacing a toilet and a couple valves in my shower. He did great there as well! I would use him again because I always know I will get more when I call Les! :)

We found All Drains Plumbing on yelp and chose to contact them because of the good reviews. Les and 2 of his guys (Mike and Jeff) came on time and checked out what was wrong with our plumbing. They worked effectively and took time to explain to us what was wrong and what they were gonna do to fix the problem. My wife and I thought that we only had a clogged drainage but it turned out that we had a bigger plumbing issue than just a clogged drain. Les and his guys had to come back the next day to continue the job. They came the following day, punctual as usual. They finished the job and resolved our problem by the end of the day. Les even offered to come back and pick up the big pieces of cut trees so he can dispose them himself (and he did just that).. Great guy, great service!
