He was able to come out on the same day and remove my old faucet and install the new one without damaging my Italian marble counters. He was very kind and professional. I had a very positive experience dealing with these guys. I was buying a home and they did a camera scope on the pipes to make sure everything was ok. Then they did a hydro jet cleaning of the pipes for me as a follow up. Les took the time to explain to me what was going on so I fully understand the work he was performing and answered all my questions. He is a very nice and easy to deal with. We discovered that our kitchen double sinks were disgustingly stopped up, and I knew I needed HELP, ASAP! I found a phone number for Les, a local Tustin plumber (All Drains Plumbing & Rooter) who knows his way around a clogged drain and a snake! I contact him and was delighted that he was willing to come by within a couple of hours to save me!
Les made quick work of the disgusting sink stoppage that included his use of a bailing bucket and a wet-vac! Then, moved on (at my request) to tackle our 100 foot exterior drain line that requires being cleared of roots on a regular basis. Once that task was completed, I suddenly remembered an irritating low-water pressure issue. He smiled and handled that in a flash...and was moving out the door and on to his next client! I have had Les as a plumber for 8 years after he was referred to me. He has always been fair, to the point, and professional. It is really funny when you think of your plumber as one of your dearest friends, but Les is that guy. My kids love him and my wife never complains about his work.
