We had a shower handle leak and needed to have it addressed. I sent pictures to the owner who advised accordingly based on images. He let us know that a tech coming out would be 99.00 plus tax and this amount would go towards the final total for whatever the job would be. We scheduled the same day appointment and the technician Q arrived on time and with face mask. He assessed the situation and all was remedied in minutes! The entire visit was about 15 minutes and we could not have been more pleased. We were concerned that the matter might prove costly and were so happy to have the mechanic inform us that it was a very minor fix covered by the service call fee of $99. We know that there are times when industries can inflate costs because the consumer is not knowledgeable....so it felt great to experience integrity and superb customer service from this company I chose simply based a few Yelp reviews and kind chats with the owner (I think) via text. He reached out the day after our first chat to follow up and see if we still needed assistance...so responsive and on point. The entire experience was seamless and pleasant and I highly recommend this company and will definitely reach out to them when we look to update our shower hardware in the near future. We moved into a new home in Nassau County a few months ago, and the other night our hot water stopped working, so we went down to the basement and saw a big puddle of water in front of our hot water tank. Uh oh! We called a couple plumbers in our neighborhood but they were not very responsive or said they couldn't get in for a couple days, but All Day Plumbing said they could get someone there at 8am the next day, and their prices were competitive with what the other guys were quoting, so we said okay. They gave us three quotes for different models of hot water tanks and we chose the one we liked the best (AO Smith 50 gallon).

The next day Ozzie (the tech) showed up right on time and got to work. He was super professional the whole time and had a mask and was careful to keep a good social distance at all times, which we appreciated. He also really took the time to make sure he got everything right, replacing the hot water tank, getting all the lines connected right, replacing the expansion tank and making sure it was properly pressurized, he even fixed a couple things that the last plumber left behind, and confirmed that we were getting good and hot water coming out of all our taps and faucets before he left. Really an A+ job.

He also said we should get our boiler looked at to make sure it didn't have any issues, and the next day Kenny came to look at our boiler. He noted a couple things we could do in terms of routine maintenance but said the boiler was operating fine and didn't need to be replaced. What a relief! Whenever you start a new vendor relationship there's always a worry about whether they're going to recommend what's most profitable for them (and most expensive for you), but that totally wasn't the case with Kenny, we felt like he just wanted to do the best job. Super professional all around.

My sense is that the guys at All Day Plumbing are eager to earn business and get repeat customers, and they've definitely got that with us. If we have any issues in the future we know we can count on them.

This is not the review on the job mechanic performed. This review on the pricing. The owner told certain price to the mechanic. I asked for the breakdown. After asking for the breakdown, price went up by 10.7%. I was exercising my basic right as a customer. I asked the owner why price went up after asking for the break down, his obvious response, ""I made a mistake."" It shows the unprofessionalism of this business.

All Day Plumbing & Heating have become my go to plumbing company. As a landlord it's important to have people you can rely on when issues come up. They're professional, take the time to explain whats wrong and what needs to be done, and are fairly priced.

On Saturday, I reported leakage with my old water heater and ran a bunch of tests with Rheem Technical Support. Finally, they sent me a replacement email and told me that I would have a credit when I returned the water heater back to Home Depot where the previous homeowner purchased it.

I called the Home Depot where it was originally purchased to find out the amount of the credit. The sales associate also provided me a phone number (1800-466-3337) where I can call to hire a pro-contractor near me.

I created an account with the Home Depot representative for a Water Heater Installation Project. The only plumbing company near me was All Day Plumbing & Heating Corp. The representative called on behalf of me but he wasn't able to get a hold of anyone. I also tried calling on my own until Jay called me and I told him that I am pressed for time because my old water heater's warranty will be expiring on December 20, 2019. He gave me an estimate but I had to discuss it with my parents before making this decision.

My parents decided to go with Jay so I gave him a call to set up an appointment. I told him that I am only home on Monday and Tuesday to get it done. Wow, he was able to squeeze me in on Monday #woohoo

A little before 1 pm today, Edwin Mendez (Field Technician) and his colleague Azim stopped by my house. First, they drained out the water tank then remove it from the water pipes. I wasn't able to accompany them because we don't have a car anymore. They ended up going to the Home Depot to return my old water heater then buy a brand new water heater.

At 2 pm, I get a call from Brandon that Home Depot wanted to speak with the previous owner about the warranty. I explained that we are the current owner then I emailed him additional info from Rheem about the replacement for my old water heater.

A little before 3 pm, Brandon gave me another call to let me know that Home Depot was able to give me credit so I can buy a brand new water heater and I just have to pay the difference...omg what a relief

Edwin and Azim came back with my brand new water heater. Wow, this new one was skinner and taller. They installed the new water heater then we tested the flow of the water so it was running smoothly. Edwin told me to wait an hour for hot water!

Azim filled out the paperwork via Home Depot's app. I signed all the electronic documents, paid for the installation, and received copies in my inbox of everything. I was pretty happy with this entire process.

I would highly recommend them!

Worst plumbing company ever!!! Unless you want to give away money and not get fix your issue, don't call this company. I contacted them for a tankless water heater issue and after they sent me 3 different plumbers, they still couldn't fix my heater and they charged me. Worst part, they are still contacting me claiming I didn't pay them and I'm so tired of sending them the proof of payment.

I was referred to Popular Plumbing from my Home Depot project manager. Home Depot is installing a new bathroom liner in my apartment in NYC, but first I need a plumber to fix the main shut off valves which are not holding.
To do the repair, first my building has to schedule a water shut down for the whole line. After some back and forth, Shanel from popular plumbing set up an appointment this morning and the plumber arrived. However, he left without doing any work, and I talked to his manager and he promised to send someone called Jay tomorrow morning to sort it out. It is a lot of trouble to have the building hold a water shut off and today nothing was done and it takes a week's notice to schedule another shut off.
I reserve my final judgement until Popular Plumbing send another person tomorrow, but judging from the other reviews I read here, things does not look good so far.

Stay away from this company. Way over price. They were supposed to show up and they didn't. They never called. I was the one who called themm and when i did they told me their plumber had called out sick. I made a big mistake calling this company. Their proces are reap off. Do not call them.
