I had an emergency situation at my home where my 17 year old water heater had to be replaced after it suddenly stopped working and it leaked throughout my basement. So, I called Home Depot and they told me its a Friday after 12 they would put in the request to see if I would get an install before Monday.
I am so happy to report that I received a call via the company that services my area via Home Depot - All Day Plumbing & Heating Company and thankfully the technicians Vish & Mohamed came to my home and installed my new Rheem Hot Water Heater.
Vish called me before coming answered my questions related to the type of heater, cost and installation time.
Vish & Mohamed arrived at my home on time and they were professional from the beginning to the end of the job.
Vish answered all my questions related to the water heater install, the importance of Maintenace and registering the water heater . Also, they ensure that I had hot water. I even had an additional question and Vish answered and that was appreciated.

I had a dishwasher installed yesterday. Bought it from Home Depot who contracted with All Day Plumbing to do the installation. I can't say enough about the great experience that I had with their guy - Kamran. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was very professional and respectful. He took as much care as if this was his own dishwasher. I definitely recommend Kamran.

these people came to replace my water heater charged me 1900 plus an extra 500 to replace my circulator pump . I have lived in my home 17 plus year and have had my heater replaced with a different contractor , sad to say he is no longer available, so I decided to call homedepot andcsent me these people who dont know what they are doing since feb of this year there has been gas leak . I have called them to take care of the issue and they dont find any gas leak but its obvious I'm smelling gas and is putting my health at risk. I have left numerous messages and they ignore my calls I'm very scared and decided to call home depot today to take over this issue please do your research before hiring anyone to do a job specially when it involves boiler, water heater I hope this people make it right . they made a mess in my house did not cover my floor , they left my white tiles black. I had to clean it. I had to complain to than put a dirty rag on my floor. horrible experience!!

My husband and I chose All Day Plumbing & Heating to repair some faucets and a drain pipe in our home. The company was quick and efficient to answer our call and provide a timely quote. Shortly after they got to work on our repairs, and finished all of the work in just a day. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I called them about installing a tankless Combi water heater system and the man who came whose name was Ken told me that it would cost me $10,000.00 +. Can you imagine such a ripoff. I guess he thought that because I was black and a woman that he could get away with such an outrageous quote. No tankless Combi cost that much so be careful of this company for trying to rip people off.

I honestly thought that I would have given this company a 4/5 star rating based off of the initial telephone conversation. We are trying to get a washer and dryer installed. I called this company and the person that answered sounded professional. But to my surprise, the day of the consultation, someone called me from this company and said they are coming to see where the installation needs to be, 3 hours early from the appointment time. I told the person that my appointment was for 4PM, he had an attitude. He comes to check out the area for the installation at 4 and gave us a price of $4,000 and leaves. I don't know what went wrong from the initial phone call to the actual person who showed up. It was like night and day. I would be cautious using this company. Use your discretion!!!

Our water heater needed to be replaced the day before Thanksgiving, and Home Depot assigned All Day as our service provider. Having no experience in water heater issues or replacements, All Day made it super easy to provide necessary details to understand the issue at hand, and Jason arrived shortly with a new water heater to replace. He was courteous, professional, meticulous, and did not leave until we had hot water coming out of all our taps and faucets. Not only did he ensure proper installation, he also took the surrounding aspects [its a very cramped space] into consideration and ensured we understood the pipes, on/off switches, and things to look out for. Overall a great experience - much appreciated!
