Same story as others. Called to take advantage of the $55 power rodding but when they arrived the price was $250 because a 6"" cutter was needed - apparently the $55 special is only a 3"" cutter that wouldn't clean the line adequately. I was also offered hydrojetting for $500 and a main line replacement for $2,400. I declined both of those but given the circumstances I did just pay the $250 for the rodding. Without question it felt like a bait and switch.

Further, Matt did not attempt to clean or remove his shoes as he was coming in and out of the house to check the drainage. I had to clean up a bunch of mud throughout my living room and hallway. I will not be using All Clear again.

1st time out the $60.00 coupon became a $350.00 bill. A month later they had to come back because the line was still clogged. The ""warranty"" was going to cost another $150.00, then they said I now needed $2,200.00 in additional work. I had another company in the next day and they found the blockage farther down the line not requiring the pipes to be dug up.

Scammers!! I called this company because I got a coupon in the mall for $55 rodding. the man was very nice and confirmed the coupon and sent two guys out later that afternoon.
When they arrived they immediately quoted me $75, I explained about the coupon and that I had already talked to the dispatcher about it and they looked at me like I was lying. They called Simone and got the ok to charge me the$55 as printed on the coupon but were noticeably irritated.
They then hung out in my basement for about 5 minutes before coming up and telling me they won't be able to complete the work and I'll need to have all of my pipes replaced, which would cost me ""only about 850"".
I was told they could call some other guy to come do this by calling a different number ....Not associated with the company anywhere I can find.
I declined as I do not have that kind of money just lying around. but they still charged me the$55.
I was going to call the number when my husband suggested we get another estimate even if we have to pay another two charge.
To no surprise, we had a different company come out and complete the work in about 2 hours for $150.
I've called every other day for two weeks to get my money back only to be told a supervisor will call me back. without any response I have to assume they are too busy scamming other customers to return my call.

I thought this was the company I had used before, but no. The smell of old alcohol and an angry attitude first thing in the morning was revolting. He told me I needed a whole new sewer line, then came back and said I needed the whole line cleaned out. He showed me about a quart of roots. I paid him and sent him on his way. No way would I trust one word he said.

SCAM! BEWARE! DO NOT USE ALL CLEAR SEWER DRAINAGE AND PLUMBING INC. CLOGGED SEWER OR DRAIN ""$50.00 coupon for power rodding with free camera inspection. In most cases guaranteed up to three years."" I get my line rodded every spring. I did a complete rodding last year. They came out, put a 6 inch rodder down my clean out ( Which we have had maintained for 15 years) and 5 min later told me that I had roots and needed a $350.00 rod done. Total time here 5 min. Anyone with a clean out knows that when you put a rodder down you get roots. I asked them to put rodder down again. They went half way to sewer and pulled out a lot less roots. Did not clear line like coupon guarantees. They offered to put camera down. 2nd part of SCAM. If you have done this you know what a clean out looks like . It always has roots after a year. I declined. Total time 10 min. I told them that this was deceptive advertising and that they merely do this for the up sell. I was speaking with the OWNER at the time! UNBELIEVABLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WASTE OF $50.00!

They actually came out on 12/23/16 first to rod out my sewer line from the laundry to the main cutout. At that time, they told me that the pipe was extremely built up and they recommended an aqua-jet flush to clear everything out. At 2-days before Christmas, I decided that since the water was flowing ok now, we would be okay. Boy were they RIGHT! A few weeks after their visit we started to backup again. I waited until it was so bad I had to do something or we couldn't wash our clothes! I called them this morning looking to get them in before the end of the month. The lead plummer, Chris, remembered me and within an hour after my call they were at my front door!!!! I was there watching the whole time and clearly saw 2 MAJOR points where there were clogs. They took their time and worked the aqua-jet in and was able to get by each clog. They were extremely patient and professional, and cleaned up after the job. The water flow now looks like there are new drain pipes! Chris recommended an annual cleaning and I will take them up on their recommendation! I would HIGHLY recommend this business.

I called and the young men were close by. They came one hour later and unclogged our two drains within twenty min. Polite, professional and a reasonable price. Will call again

they will quote you a low price, then when they start the work the price goes up. I had to pay $1500 for 3 hours of drain rodding!!! that's ridiculous pricing and I have an open inquiry with the attorney general's office.

I own a multi family building with a clogged sewer line and they knew they had me in a corner. So they took advantage of me because of the situation.

I spoke directly with the owner Tom Patton. He is rude, called me a liar, yelled at me like he was speaking to a child and hung up on me.

This is the most unprofessional business I had ever dealt with.

steer clear of all clear!!!!

Called from an ad we saw for $50 to rod out a clogged drain. We needed one pipe rodded out. They came out (with an attitude) and said it would be $175!! My husband showed him the ad and he said, well that is for an easy job. The guy said oh well and drove off. Never calling them again!

Got very bad service from All Clear. Service tech power rodded my sewer with a three inch blade and said we needed to have it done with a six inch blade which would cost $225. Coupon for $50 does not say what size rod they use. The coupon also stated that they would use a camera. Phone man,who was very rude, loud, and aggressive, told me the coupon states they will use the camera only in certain circumstances(not exact words). My Clipper coupon does not say this. He accused me of being a liar, so I accused him of being a liar. Turns out there are different coupons. Mine was in the Clipper for $50.
