Just had All Clear come in to fix a clogged kitchen drain. Nothing major, but a nuisance none the less. Calvin came out within an hour of my call on a Saturday, snaked the line and then hydro jetted the line to clear out 20 years worth of grease and food. He was great, took his time, did an excellent job, and I would welcome him into my home any time I needed a plumber. Great find and a reasonable price for the work done.

Got a reasonable estimate for clearing downspouts and landscaping drains. But more important - when we noticed that one of the drains was not clear they came back to clear it without any hassles! Love a company that stands by its work! I would use them again without hesitation.

This was the best plumbing experience I ever had, and frankly maybe the best contractor experience period. These guys came and recommended I try something myself first before trying to do the work right away. Very consultative and gave me several options to solve my problem. When the 'free' option didn't work for me, they were at my house 20 minutes after my follow up call to them. They were competent and extremely professional. They use technology to stay in contact with you. A++++

I contacted All Clear based on their reviews on Yelp and I absolutely couldn't be happier with my experience with them. Prompt communication, courtesy texts when they were on the way and as you can see in the photo, the work performed was absolutely top tier. George de Jesus performed the work and he was courteous, professional and just a nice guy in addition to being an artist with copper. He completely replumbed the four zone heating system from scratch in three days and reduced it from a 12' mess to fit in a 4' closet while fixing numerous problems. Just fantastic work and great people. HIGHLY recommended!

Had to have someone out to assist with a few joints leading up to my new vacuum pressure breaker valve and Alfred from All Clear was on-time, he worked quick, super nice and was super professional. Price was fair and he did a fantastic job. I will use them again and will definitely recommend their services to others.

Have used All Clear many times and I have always found them to be great! Al and his crew are the best. They always explain all options and never try to talk you into something you don't need. Their work is outstanding, they get it done right. Best of all, they are available for same day service. Call them, you won't be disappointed!

They only get a 2 stars for solid reasons. First, they picked up the phone. Two, the plumber who came to our house valiantly tried to fix our clog. Finally, I was not charged. But Mike, they did not charge you! Why are you upset?!
I started off with a slow drain in two bathrooms that shared a wall and pipe (obviously). It was clear to all that the problem was further ""down the line"". Out came the equipment!
Long story short: When the plumber left, both sinks were FULLY clogged. I now had a slow leak in a sink that DID NOT DRAIN. When I called the next day. I explained to the nice woman who answered the phone what the issue was worse and asked what were the next steps ( I was giving them a chance to send out a more experienced team member ). I was told they first needed to speak to the initial plumber. I called six hours later to follow-up, but the plumber was on a big project. But she would get back to me. Still no call back! I was forced to contact another contractor.
What really grinds my gears? If it is above the employee's pay grade, send out a more experienced member. If after consultation it is determined that they cannot help me with my issue, inform me that you can't help and possibly make a recommendation as to somebody who can. Any person who has integrity might not be happy with that answer, but they would respect the honesty.

My husband and I had a monster drain clog on our house and Al has worked so incredible hard to fix it, he has been so polite, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't give up until he got it done. Thank you Al, you saved us! Call them, they are the absolute best! Hats down for Al!!

First time I called was when we got home from an extended vacation, turned the water on and had water cascading down our family room ceiling. Called them as they popped up on Google and it said 24 hour service. Indeed. Came within three hours, ripped enough of the ceiling apart to diagnose and replaced a small hose in an upstairs bathroom. Then they recommended a remediation service that was wonderful.

Today was simpler - needed an instant hot repaired and the washer valve fixed or replaced - plus an estimate to replace the toilet in the basement. Called last night, came around 10 AM this morning and EVERYTHING done - including the toilet. George is the most competent and friendly person imaginable and as the previous poster wrote, make this company your first call. Many thanks.
