ALL CLEAR PLUMBING: I am not typically the person to write negative reviews, however the experience I had with All Clear Plumbing was so disappointing, that I'd like to warn others before they commit to this company. We had $13,000 worth of equipment installed in our home from this company within the last 3 years (a new boiler system, hot water pressure tank, well pump, and well tank). When our hot water pressure tank failed, and was still under a manufacturers warranty, All Clear claimed they did not work on this system any longer and could not help us. Even though the boiler company (Energy Kinetics) confirms they are still actively in business with them. Fast forward a couple of weeks later when our well pump failed (when it rains it pours), we called All Clear, and again they claimed they ""no longer install well pumps or well tanks. That they have no information on the work they completed in our home and couldn't help us"". In addition to well pump services, All Clear also advertises on their website that they offer 24/7 availability and assistance, and this is not the case, as my family of four waited several days without water before receiving a phone call back from them (and had to repeatedly call to get in touch with the the owner). After finally speaking with the owner, Al, he acted as if nothing was faulty on their end. When I questioned him about the facts above, he became rude and unprofessional over the phone, and eventually hung up on me. Interestingly enough, they removed ""well pump services"" from their website after our conversation. (still have the photo of it listed) Thankfully, we found two new companies who professionally and happily assisted us through the warranty process on BOTH the hot water pressure tank (Regional Heating) and the well pump (RC Well Systems). They also gained a new customer! I would advise anyone who is thinking of using All Clear Plumbing to look in another direction. Though they may install equipment, getting in touch with them after the fact for any type of support or follow up information is impossible, and they will likely not offer assistance anyway. Look elsewhere!

Did a great job replacing our sewer line. They worked until dark in order to finish the job. I would highly recommend them.

We had a frozen pipe that burst, All Clear Plumbing staff from their secretary to their tech Joe were very courteous, helpful and gave us excellent service, they took care of us after discovering where the leak was, which is between the walls, he then called Jeff from Kraus Restoration to help us with remediation very thankful that there is still businesses out there that have great people who go above and beyond, to take care of people during emergencies, will definitely recommend and will use them again.

Poor response to my review. I was never given an estimate of the repair and it was 7"" of copper pipe and three elbows. Technician spent 40 min at my home including cutting the soffit open (since it was pouring down there was no effort needed to locate the leak) so accounting for about $40 worth of compression fittings I was charged approximately a rate of $800 an hour. Which is far in excess of any normal plumber.

I've had the opportunity to use these guys twice - once upon moving in to my new home and then again this week. Both times, the plumbers have been extremely kind and professional. They did a thorough and quick job and always responded quickly to calls. They were able to solve my first issue at a fair price. My second issue with my heating system they attempted to fix but the fix didn't ""fix"" what they thought the problem was. They offered to reimburse me for the initial ""fix"" and recommended a specialist for me to get in touch with. I'm very impressed with their business practice and their plumbers. I'd absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Plumbers are never inexpensive, that said All Clear responded quickly, arrived on time, and fixed my boiler issue. Work was done quickly and patiently explained my problem to me. Best of all, the heat issue was fixed with no further problems.

We found a small leak in our crawl space and called All Clear Plumbing and Drains. They immediately scheduled someone to evaluate the leak within hours of my call. The office even called back letting me know the technician would be coming earlier than expected and asked if I would be available. Finally, a company that appreciates my time too!!!
Drew, the technician, was very courteous as he explained what needed to be done. He was able to start work immediately and, once completed, Drew showed me what he did. In addition to the excellent service, I love this company for their professionalism and friendliness.
All Clear Plumbing and Drains is my go to plumbing company now!

I called to get a leaky pipe fixed. After the pipe was fixed, the shut off valve (located next to the repair) stopped working before the plumber even left the house. He said it was just a coincidence and charged me $250 to fixed the valve that worked fine prior to his work. DONT HIRE THEM!
