Our technician Jesse Mahalo was excellent to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we requested (replacing our broken water heater with a tankless version), went above and beyond what we expected by providing a temporary tank while the work was completed, and stayed in touch with us to document the work all along the way. This company took care of all the installation, upgrading of certain out of date components, and handled the new city permit for us without any issues. Jesse also finished the work in a very short time period, especially considering a building permit was acquired in the installation. We would recommend All-City Plumbing to anyone we know.

Our drain wasn't cleared, still charged us a large sum. Promised to come back, had issues scheduling, and then when they said they were on their way (two different times) they ghosted us.

Not up front about costs, super expensive compared to other local plumbers, and didn't follow through with anything.

When our dishwasher stopped working I reached out to All City via yelp and their website. They responded immediately via both avenues and were able to make it out to our place next day. Jason C. made it to our house right on time as scheduled and fixed the problem quickly. Thankful for his help getting our dishwasher back up and running again. The only note I have is their online scheduler was glitching, so I did have up text them directly to schedule an appointment. We'll worth it. I will keep their number handy for future issues.
