I called All City Plumbing for a pipe leak at my recirculating pump. I called at 2:40pm and the tech Alfonso was at my house by 4pm. All City Plumbing dispatch was friendly, professional, and offered an appointment the same day. Their tech, Alfonso Gonzalez, was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain the issue and shared some tips on what to do if I encounter another leak. I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Alfonso. I'm grateful for their quick response time and excellent service, especially the day after Thanksgiving.

We finally have a plumbing company to rely on! We were blown away by the professionalism throughout the entire process from orginal RFQ on Yelp to the plumber Kyle who came to help us out. We had someone call to consult over the phone, then I had someone call later in the day to update the plumber's status and then called back to let us know when he was on his way. Once Kyle arrived, he put on booties and handed me the nicest business card I'd ever received from a plumber. Then he unclogged our shower by just removing a piece we didn't know we could remove to clear out the daily gunk that accumulates. He also checked the kitchen sink and tested it and said nothing was wrong with it that he could detect. Didn't charge us anything!! We will have them back 100% when needed. Already told my mom and sister to put in their phones. Thanks!

Dylan and Parker were great. Parker came out to my home for a free estimate. He answered all my questions and was able to schedule a repair date the next day.

Parker and his partner Dylan arrived promptly as scheduled and both were friendly and courteous. After about 2 hours work, Parker got called away to another job leaving Dylan to finish the remaining repair work. Even though I had been talking to Parker about the repair job, Dylan was able to pickup what repairs needed to be done and was very eager to ensure my satisfaction in his work.

Dylan spent the next 6-7 hours on his own removing concrete and digging a trench for the new water pipe replacement. Dylan worked hard and took one short break the whole day. He worked into the night hour to finish the work to ensure water was returned to my house. Dylan came back the very next morning on his off day to clean up my front yard, cuz it got too dark the previous night to do a good clean up. Dylan showed a high level of dedication to his profession and a constant desire to meet my satisfaction. Best plumber that I had the pleasure to know.

Ruben S. is the bestest!!!!

I called All City on a Tuesday evening around 5 PM thinking I wasn't going to be able to have someone visit my home till the weekend (when I am available). Nope! They sent someone the next day and even waited for me as I was stuck in traffic! Bless your heart, Ruben!

My water bill had doubled, and my water usage had doubled, Ruben checked my water meter and explained how the spinning wheel meant that water was being used somewhere on my property. Prior to my call and Ruben's arrival, I was already worried and expecting the worst, thinking we were going to find a massive leak under my house (raised foundation) and honestly preparing for my first big home repair bill.

After about 15 minutes Ruben found the problem, a toilet that has never been used in the garage's bathroom.

Extremely grateful for Ruben, his attention to detail, and for explaining everything to me as a 1st-time homeowner with little knowledge of home maintenance. Thank you so so soooooo much!!!!
