A very pleasant conversant, prompt, respectful not only to us but our property as well (he made sure he don on and don off his shoes getting in and out of our home), and awesomely honest but direct in answering our question. I've had All City Plumbing come out a couple of times for emergency plumbing situations. They have excellent phone customer service and very quick and responsive plumbing staff. My first time engaging All City was due to an outdoor slab leak. They unfortunately do not work on slab leaks due to the concrete work it entailed, but were able to come out immediately to install a shutoff valve so we can have running indoor water while outdoor water was stopped until I could get that fixed. This time, I had the classic dreaded toilet clog. Had another great experience with the customer service line and was able to schedule a same-day appointment due to cancellations. Jesse Diaz came out that same night and was a true treasure. Very kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and was able to quickly assess the potential issues. We couldn't replicate the clog so I was not charged a fee, but when (and I mean WHEN) it clogs again, I'll be reaching out to All City again (and hope I get Jesse D again!).

I had an estimate done by All City Plumbing and they did not charge me for the estimate like many others would have. i did not hire them because I can not afford the cost repair or all my cats would suffer. But they sent out the nicest plumber I ever came across. His name is Daniel and he was the nicest most respectful young man. I wish I could have afforded to hire him but I do not have that kind of money. But at least these people responded very quickly and are very nice.

I've had a plumbing issue for some time now and have had other plumbers come out and give me the run around and not fix the issue. But jose Pineda from all city was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with 10 mins and offer me multiple solutions! Awesome guy! Thank you Jose!

Absolutely excellent experience with all city plumbing. Communication was great and they came out and helped me with my issue. The plumber that came out Taylor was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I had a sifferebt plumber out previsouly who snaked my drain but this reclogged 2 days later but taylor from all city plumbing diagnosed the problem and opened a clogged drain permanently and explained to me the drainage system of my home.

I called at 8 pm on a week night with a plumbing emergency, and by 9pm Myron showed up! He was so friendly and down to Earth. I really appreciated his experience. He went straight to my problem and was able to detect almost instantly that my shower had been disconnected (broke) at the drain. He showed me pictures, and was NOT afraid to get dirty even though it was muddy from all the rain. By 10 pm I had a quote with every scenario possible from Myron and All City Plumbing in WRITING to my email! Myron talked to me, and didn't make me feel dumb because I am a female and don't know a whole lot about plumbing. I honestly really appreciate that more than words can express.

We decided to re-pipe, re-drain, tankless water heater, water softener AND new IN from street and spigets in front yard! Our entire house mostly had original plumbing from 1951 when the house was built. They were not more expensive than other quotes I received, but the company had much better reviews online, many more reviews too, which just made sense. I nearly fell out of my seat when Myron said he could have the work done in 5 days. I almost did not believe him. They have wonderful in house financing too! I was able to get the entire amount financed with terms that I chose.

Fast forward to just a few days later...I have a whole team working as promised and BOY ARE THEY FAST! The whole team was punctual, considerate, capable and very hard working. Dylan Allee, Parker, Russell, Myron and Floy...I cannot thank you enough. Do NOT let the younger ones fool you, they know what they are doing!

I am so impressed with every single one of them and how HARD they worked to get my job finished ON TIME!

Every single person that worked on this job went above and beyond honestly, so much so, I had to give them this review. I just moved, just got this money pit of a house, I know that the quality of work done will last for years to come with a nice guarantee from the company that did the work. Worth every penny.

Thanks Guys for doing exactly what you said you would, and more, and THANK YOU for finishing ON TIME! Honesty and transparency is what you get with them, and that is rare in todays business world. Do not hesitate to give them a call if you need a plumber. I will only ever use these guys for plumbing, and I have them on speed dial. Outstanding service, I cannot rant enough. Highly recommend! Seriously fantastically professional + knowledgeable from dispatch to monitoring of arrival time to work performed. Great problem solving because Jesse is incredibly knowledgeable. The only plumber I shall use going forward for my 100 year old hit's such a stress reliever to have this service to call upon if needed. He handled both cleanout/installing new toilet and fixing leaky outdoor faucet.

Requested a quote on a job for my water heater which was not working. Got multiple replies but All City Plumbing was the only firm which did not speculate on what the problem was. Jesse came over, a few minutes late, but really knew his stuff right from the start. Did a quick diagnostic and had the system running for now. This is an older water heater but I'll be making plans to go with All City Plumbing after we've reviewed the options they provided for sure. It's nice to know that there are firms, with experienced people on staff, who are all about their customers and building future business. Thank you to all the team at All City Plumbing!

Had a sudden valve leak in my upstairs laundry room that causes significant water damage and leaked to the first floor. Zack was able to help me at the time I needed to accommodate my work schedule and was super professional, Knowledgeable, and friendly! He even set me up with a restoration company to help me with the water damage. Was very impressed with Zack and will definitely be using this company again! Thanks Zack!

All City Plumbing sent Josh out to us. To say that Josh was just merely helpful is an understatement. He & All City Plumbing were kind enough to send Josh at their earliest convenience which was quite late in the evening - which we didn't mind anyway. We were so thankful that he was still willing to come out to assess & give multiple estimates to us AND our landlord.

Josh was patient, kind, understanding & extremely helpful - explaining all the options for our repair... which were many. He walked around the house showing us all the different scenarios for each aspect of the repair(s). He even found issues that the others didn't even find or point out.

To say the least, out of the various Plumbing companies that came out.. We are hoping that our landlord chooses to go with All City Plumbing & Josh.
