You know when everything you touch breaks? I had that kind of day. A small drip in the hot water heater closet turned into a major spurt when the old brittle copper gave up. The valve that shuts off the hot water supply system spun freely and without effect. I knew I needed to call someone who I could rely on to be fast and to get the job done. All City Plumbing was approved on Angie's List and that was good enough for me. Michael showed up on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He gave the pitch to replace the whole system even though today we just needed the leak to stop. Now I know what Im up against and can make plans to fix the system down the road. Jesse came by our home to help us figure out why our water was taking so long to get warm/hot. We had already done some research to resolve the issue, but needed another evaluation to feel comfortable before making costly upgrades. Jesse was very knowledgeable, and explained a couple of options to resolve the issue. He was very patient and answered our questions about recirculating pumps, comfort pumps, etc. After talking about the timeline as to when the issue started, Jesse was able to pinpoint one of the reasons we were experiencing lack of hot water. He did not pressure us into doing anything right away like he could have, but rather respected our decision to get through our construction project, which involves new plumbing, and is part of our issue. It all made sense after having Jesse evaluate our current circumstances. Thank you Jesse for your patience, knowledge and kindness. We look forward to doing business with All City Plumbing (again) and hope Jesse is the one coming back.

Dylan Alee from All City Plumbing was fantastic! He installed my new water heater and reconnected my stove and dryer that had been installed incorrectly by a different plumber. Not only is he a skilled and efficient plumber, he's a really nice guy. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

My underground pipe decided to went bananas a day before Christmas eve. After an extensive Google research, I did call All City Plumbing for estimate and repair. Customer service was very informative on how the whole process going to be (confirmation email/text, and they also text me the picture of the tech for inspection day. Lucky that they are able to send Taylor on the next morning after I call. Taylor was super professional, he made sure that my HOA was on board and called 811 dig-alert before he start digging my pipe. Taylor came back the a couple days after the first visit to do the job along with Mike. Taylor and Mike were able to get everything lay down and get my water running on the same day. They even throw a new regulators for my unit and adjust my water pressure as well. Both are very detail oriented and able to answer all my questions regarding the job. Thanks again Taylor, Mike , and AllCity Plumbing.

Sam came out to my home earlier this week to check a tub that wasn't running hot water. He ended up diagnosing the problem in minutes. My cartridge was bad on the tub handle. Whew, was not ready to pay for a new water heater right around Christmas especially being a single dad. He replaced the cartridge and wallah, problem fixed. My experience with All City Plumbing was fast and honest and they didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommend these fine folks.
