horrible. they were 8 hours late and came in with attitude. didn't know how to fix it and left with giving us no answers. Now we have to call someone else. I feel like this is a scam and they are not real plumbers, who the heck just came to my house!!!! I'm locking all doors tonight!
George refused the job over the phone, and then lied to the insurance that the problem does not exist.
AVOID!!! Two guys showed up, collected the trade fee and said they would be back to fix the problem. Never heard from them again.
N. F.American Home Shield (AHS) assigned All & All Plumbing on 20 June 2022 to finish a job that has been open since 27 April 2022, telling me that All & All Plumbing would arrive on 21 June 2022. This was after Mr. George James had initially refused the job on 25 May 2022 because he didn't want to get involved in work that another plumber had started. When I spoke with George on 20 June 2022 he still didn't want to get involved and said that he couldn't come until 1000-1200h 25 June 2022 anyway. I got back on the phone with AHS who telephoned George and in the end I had to wait for All & All Plumbing until 25 June 2022 between 1000-1400h. George James rang me in the morning of 25 June 2022 to say that he will be by at noon. Mr. George James arrived at 1215h 25 June 2022. He didn't even step inside my house, he made an excuse that he had another job with a gas leak that had just happened which he needed to attend to and could he come back another day? I said no, I had already waited the whole week for a job that has been ongoing since April. He said ""I give you my word"" that he would call AHS to get another plumber assigned. I said let's do that now on the phone together, I don't want any miscommunication. George James said no, and left. When I looked on my AHS dashboard my job was marked as closed & completed. Now I'm waiting for the next plumber AHS assigned to make an appointment. My service request has been unfinished since 30 April 2022
Home warranty sent this company, I was told i'd get an early AM call, since it was an ""emergency"", took the day off work, George apologies when he called, said he didn't know.. that's fine, it happens. Then sent out a plumber, who was on time, and nice man, but literally, took a picture, and asked to see the wall behind the shower, says they may have to break through the wall, didn't look at anything, just the picture, then, left to call his boss, gave me an invoice that said, ""shower handle broken"" and told me to call his boss and left. I had no water, nothing. Called George, he asked, if I did some sort of home repair myself, (NO!), and said he would call me when Fidelity Home Warranty approved the repair, should be Thursday. Called All and All, left a message, no return call. Called Fidelity and they couldn't reach them, said that there was no issue with them repairing it. So, I can't say there work was good or bad, because, nothing was done at all. Hey, if they didn't want to do it, they just had to say... nah.. don't want this job. I could respect that. But to just never call back? Not, ok. I agree with the other review here by Larry A. has to be some sort of scam. and yes, 1 star is too many!
This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company, Fidelity. The usual people I get assigned are find and do good work, however this time they assign All in All Plumbing. Right out of the gate these people would not contact me to make an appointment. I called them everyday for several days and could never reach them. After a week, they text me asking me to call them to make a appointment, so I call again and they don't answer. Eventually, I got frustrated and decided to spam call them and was finally able to reach them. They made an appointment for a few days out which was fine, some work arrangements were made to be home for the repair. On the day of the appointment, I didn't receive any contact from them at all. None verifying the time window they set or anything. The day progresses and they still haven't shown up, nearing the end of the appointment window I decide to call and see if they are planning on showing up to their appointment. They don't answer. I can't get back in contact with them.
They no-call-no-show'ed their own appointment.
This is completely annoying and disrespectful to someone who is wanting to give you money for your service. There are SOOOO many better plumbers in sacramento, don't waste your time and money on this garbage plumber. Judging by the other reviews, they will leave your plumbing problem in worse shape then they found it.

My mother in law had a water leak under her house. Her home warranty company was contacted [American Home Shield] and All and All plumming was dispatched. They took a look at the floor where it was damaged and said there was no access under the house, and left. My mother in law has been living in a house with no hot water for showers, doing dishes or anyting else while also being in the early stages of dememtia. Because of this my wife was present to help communicate to All and All Plumbing about the problem. She indicated to me that All and All didn't even go outside to check for a crawl space opening on the side of the house. A helpful neighbor had to come over and open up a crawl space from the bathroom floor, which gives access to the leaking pipe. All and All Plumbing was contacted again and came out. Despite having an available crawl space they again did nothing. They told my wife to take a picture of the leak, which would have forced her to crawl underneath the house, take the picture and then contact them. Unbelieveable! At one point when she was talking to them on the phone, they were extremly rude, and then just hung up on her. The valve from the water heater had to be shut off, because the leak ruined her bathroom, hallway, and washroom floors. Finally my wife contacted the home warranty company and insisted on a different plumming company. When they arrived, they had no problem going down under the house, finding the leak and sending the necassary pictures to the home warranty company for approval. This whole process has taken over a month because of a company who obviously couldn't care less about it's customers. We are finally getting results from a company that does care. It is pretty obvious that the difference between the level of care and professionalism from All and All Plumbing to the one servicing her house now is like night and day. Anyone who takes advantage of an older woman and her daughter like this is not going to get a decent review from me or anyone else.
Karen G.Not at all dependable. Worst customer service. Run fast and run far. Apparently they only have one technician who has absolutely NO phone etiquette and does not care that my plumbing has been leaking since Saturday damaging under my home and possibly my sub floor and foundation. I took the entire day off work because he said he couldn't be out until Thursday...then calls after 5 to say he can't make it. Absolutely unprofessional.
Missed dates and time frames, did not wear shoe covers inside my home, and did not solve my issue. Skip these unhelpful people.
Joanna C.If your home warranty company assigns this company to you, immediately call and request a new one. The take away from my appointment today..leave the valve open/on so the problem gets worse and more obvious. You can already clearly hear water under the floorboards around the toilet when you step on them. But I suppose allowing more water to leak between my subfloor and laminate flooring makes sense (I'm being sarcastic..this is a terrible idea). Humorous side note..one of the guys didn't know which way to turn the valve to open it. It's to the left, dude. I personally removed the toilet after they left and saw this..after he told me it looked like a perfectly functioning toilet. He made $75 in the FOUR minutes they were in my house.
