Hi there, My name is George, the proud owner of All and All Plumbing. I established this business back in 1986. I attended school to master the installation of various plumbing systems. george is a liar and a fraud. was hired by home warranty comapny for a running toilet. called and asked me to send video of the parts. told him that the valve was bad and he said he would bring new parts with him. showed up and was in my house less than 5 min per ring video camera. soon after he left i called and texted him that the toilet is still running. after 3 days of not hearing back i reported to home warranty. found out he charged 2 hours laber and the cost of new valve and it was never installed. wish i would habe read these reviews before. unbeliveable how home warrantys keep employing this fraud. peaple please stay away, and ask for a different tech

This company was hired through my home warranty company to replace a float valve in my toilet. George is very friendly on the phone, asked for a picture of the inner workings of the toilet so he could order the replacement parts. Appointment scheduled by my home warranty company without consulting him so first appointment was missed. Not his fault.

Technician arrived and replaced the float valve with a generic one and didn't adjust the overall height of the valve. George said he'd call to set up a time. Tech didn't show or contact. I ended up fixing it myself, a week after filing the claim.

The $125 I paid for the service call was essentially wasted. I should have just fixed it myself.

Horrible customer service. They will show up hours later the given time and leave a mess for you to clean. Zero stars isn't an option but if it was.

I had a leaking water heater and my home warranty assigned All and All Plumbing to take care of it. George James called me soon after and even agreed to come in Christmas day to assess my unit. Before he even got started, he asked for the $85 fee, which I paid in cash immediately. He took a few pictures of the unit but never even looked over the whole unit to confirm where the leak was coming. I had to text and call him constantly to follow up with the home warranty so the with could get started, and he eventually just bailed on me. I couldn't believe it. He assured me he was going to do this job but then bailed. And when I asked about the money I paid him, he said nothing. I felt scammed and robbed of my time and money. I eventually went with All Star Plumbing out of Fairfield. They are legit and the best plumbing service I've ever worked with.

George James and All & All Plumbing is shady and unprofessional. I would never recommend this plumber or company to anyone.

Had the headache of dealing with All & All Plumbing twice through AHS home warranty. 1st time was a kitchen sink clog. Same as other reviews... no show, late, no calls, etc. When he showed up the day after the scheduled appt he said pipes were removed and some were missing (which didn't make sense) and said the non covered cost to replace was $400. I hired someone else and filed for reimbursement. A few months later my bathroom sink & toilet wouldn't drain. AHS assigned All & All plumbing again and George made the assumption it was linked to the kitchen sink issue and questioned me on getting the sink repaired. I was nice and answered his questions. This time he said there was an object lodge and non covered charge was $600 just to remove toilet, clear object, then put back. Called AHS for 2nd opinion. A different plumber quoted $450 to REPLACE toilet since that's where object was, therefore All & All Plumbing wouldn't have fixed the issue. I'm convinced this company is a scam. Just to be clear I hardly ever leave bad reviews but this company is awful. Be careful!

horrible. they were 8 hours late and came in with attitude. didn't know how to fix it and left with giving us no answers. Now we have to call someone else. I feel like this is a scam and they are not real plumbers, who the heck just came to my house!!!! I'm locking all doors tonight!

George refused the job over the phone, and then lied to the insurance that the problem does not exist.

American Home Shield (AHS) assigned All & All Plumbing on 20 June 2022 to finish a job that has been open since 27 April 2022, telling me that All & All Plumbing would arrive on 21 June 2022. This was after Mr. George James had initially refused the job on 25 May 2022 because he didn't want to get involved in work that another plumber had started. When I spoke with George on 20 June 2022 he still didn't want to get involved and said that he couldn't come until 1000-1200h 25 June 2022 anyway. I got back on the phone with AHS who telephoned George and in the end I had to wait for All & All Plumbing until 25 June 2022 between 1000-1400h. George James rang me in the morning of 25 June 2022 to say that he will be by at noon. Mr. George James arrived at 1215h 25 June 2022. He didn't even step inside my house, he made an excuse that he had another job with a gas leak that had just happened which he needed to attend to and could he come back another day? I said no, I had already waited the whole week for a job that has been ongoing since April. He said ""I give you my word"" that he would call AHS to get another plumber assigned. I said let's do that now on the phone together, I don't want any miscommunication. George James said no, and left. When I looked on my AHS dashboard my job was marked as closed & completed. Now I'm waiting for the next plumber AHS assigned to make an appointment. My service request has been unfinished since 30 April 2022

Home warranty sent this company, I was told i'd get an early AM call, since it was an ""emergency"", took the day off work, George apologies when he called, said he didn't know.. that's fine, it happens. Then sent out a plumber, who was on time, and nice man, but literally, took a picture, and asked to see the wall behind the shower, says they may have to break through the wall, didn't look at anything, just the picture, then, left to call his boss, gave me an invoice that said, ""shower handle broken"" and told me to call his boss and left. I had no water, nothing. Called George, he asked, if I did some sort of home repair myself, (NO!), and said he would call me when Fidelity Home Warranty approved the repair, should be Thursday. Called All and All, left a message, no return call. Called Fidelity and they couldn't reach them, said that there was no issue with them repairing it. So, I can't say there work was good or bad, because, nothing was done at all. Hey, if they didn't want to do it, they just had to say... nah.. don't want this job. I could respect that. But to just never call back? Not, ok. I agree with the other review here by Larry A. has to be some sort of scam. and yes, 1 star is too many!
