Jason M.If I could give them -1 star, I would. One of the reviews suggested I should run. I should have listened. I called my American Home Shield and they wanted to dispatch T&N Plumbing, but they were not available until a week out. I requested another contractor, and they sent me All & All. I was pressed with time, and despite the terrible reviews, I reluctantly agreed. George sent his lackey who inspected and suggested I needed to replace my faucet. I said as long as AHS covers it, I'm fine with that. I asked them to get pre-authorization prior to coming back a few days later to install. They did not! To make a long story short, I recommend you do NOT engage this company. I found them to be ineffective, dishonest, and unprofessional. They caused more damage than they fixed. Then George promised to come back and fix the leak, then totally flaked and never showed up. I had to contact AHS and get a second opinion. Had I not noticed, George would have left my dishwasher hose disconnected and caused major damage. Stay away from this company at all cost.
Lorien C.George was sent out by the insurance company to look at a clog that was happening in our tub. He was scheduled to arrive at a specific time but then showed up on the doorstep far earlier without any notification saying he had a cancelation and thought he'd just come over. Fine, fortunately,? we were home. I was glad he could fit us in earlier but would have appreciated a call to let us know and make sure it was okay.
Anyway, he came into the house, looked at the drain, asked about a cleanout, said we'd need one installed, then left. He didn't even try to clear the drain. Why? Because it takes more effort to snake a drain than to do it fast with a cleanout. Ridiculous. I'm calling my insurance company and demanding my upfront payment for the service call back. He did absolutely nothing and didn't even try to do anything to get the drain serviceable in the meantime.
Highly NOT recommended. I? wish all of the people that have posted here report this to their insurance companies so that maybe they will stop using this guy. I can't even imagine what kind of work he ends up doing for the people who fall for his shenanigans.

Had him come out for a hot water heater on a Tuesday at 11:30 for a insurance claim.
It's Friday and he hasn't responded to the insurance company to provide them a diagnosis to get my hot water heater replaced.
Very poor and unprofessional.
It seems like based on reviews here it's all the same. Poor,poor!!
I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

George lied to the insurance company and told them there was no mechanical failure.

Amy R.We needed someone right away. Our home warranty said this guy would come within an hour. When we called him he said it would be the next day. The next day at 2:00 he said he would come. At 4:40 I hadn't heard anything so I called. This time he said to just find someone else. We'd have done that this morning- what a jerk!
Extremely unprofessional George! and they don't keep their commitments. DON'T USE THEM AT ALL!

Had first visit and determined he can't do the work that day, so gave another date to come in. Calls the day he had to come in that he cant make it that day. We stayed at home taking off from work for this guy who can't keep his word. He then mentioned he will come by on the weekend. Calls the day he had to come that it is wet outside so he cant come. The job to be done was inside ! Seems to love excuses and no customer empathy.
Reported this behavior to home warranty. If the home warranty is still sticking with this company and you get assigned this company, change the home warranty as well.
We are getting our job done from another plumber now.
Jasmine G.Horrible! George Arrived two hours late, didn't notify me ahead of time he would be late. Quoted my warranty company over $500 to install a toilet when no where in the state of California charges that much. Seems only to be concerned with money
Kevin L.Our garbage disposal wasn't working, so our home warranty service (Fidelity National) sent this company over. They ended up replacing the disposal unit. However, later when we went to run our dishwasher, water started dripping and leaking under the sink. We called them to come back out and investigate.
On the second visit, I started the dishwasher for them to see. However, they just waited 5-10 min, while barely checking the faucet and pipes before declaring no leak and that I just had to monitor more closely. 30 min after they left, the water was dripping again.
With some troubleshooting on my own, I found that they didn't fully tighten one component of the disposal. Rather than go through the hassle of trying to get them to come back, I tightened the component myself and noticed the dripping stopped. I'll have to monitor more closely over the next couple times the dishwasher is run, but the apathy and lack of attention to detail as well as customer service of this company is appalling. Don't use this company, even if your home warranty service sends them.
Also, they were rude to my dog.
Useless. Run the other way. Scheduling nightmare with these guys, Last minute schedule changes.
Mich P.The technician (not george) came for a warranty pipe cleaning call when our sewage pipe clogged. It took 3 days since it happened on Friday. Although the business is supposed to be open 24/7. The technician looked around the yard for a clean out drain. I pointed it out for him in the front yard. He said they will be back to clean. I didn't hear from them. I called insurance. Insurance said they marked the job as finished. I called back to George. He said I don't have a clean out drain and they will charge me $3000 to put one in. I told him to come here and look at the one I pointed out to the technician. They refused to answer my calls or messages since. I contacted insurance and they refused to provide service until I proved to them these guys did not do any work at all and they lied about the missing clean out drain to try to scam us and them. All in all it took us 7 days to get a new plumber and the drains cleaned. Good luck using this company
I was directed to this company through my home warranty company as there is something wrong with my jetted tub. I called them and booked an appointment for Saturday between 8 and 12. I called them around 9:15 to see what time I could expect them and they said it wouldn't be until 1 pm as they had an emergency. At 2:50 I called again as they hadn't shown and they then said they would be here between 4 and 6. They never showed and never called. I feel like they basically jerked me around all day and never intended on showing! If you have plumbing issue don't call them!!!
