They were very easy to deal with.

Nant gave one estimate, no monkey business about negotiating a price (like some did), which I appreciated.

The price and workmanship was terrific.

Nant was very willing to answer questions and I asked many.
I even asked him more than once to come back and clarify what was to be done and how it was to be done.

I asked for a couple of changes, which they did with not problems.

And I decided to replace a hot water heater since it was already 9 years old and received a very good price, installed.

They worked clean and solved problems as they came up, with no delays.
They were finished with a complete re-pipe in one day.

After it was done, I thought I had discovered a problem with the plumbing to the water softener. Nate came right out. It turned out not to be a problem.

I had requested that the work be permitted with the city.

It passed inspection.

We needed a full-house repipe and called All American Repipe & Plumbing based on a co-worker's referral. They were thousands less than others, so I was a bit skeptical. However, at the completion I was satisfied with the decision and would use them again. It has been over a year since the work was done, and we have not had any leaks.

I was not able to give 5 stars for the overall rating, because I had to call them back too many times to get everything right. However, I would give them 5 stars for customer service (Nant, Joanne, Mark, etc.)! They never hesitated to come immediately when needed. Also, they were fantastic at coordinating the job! They took care of coordinating everything from the inspections to the drywall repair. During the installation, they never hesitated (or charged extra) to add an additional valve here or a spigot there.

I have recommended them to others since.

These guys are fantastic. The estimator, Nant came out and walked through my semi complicated situation with me and then came up with the best, simplest and most cost effective proposal. I immediately got a good vibe from him, unlike some others who clearly just wanted to sell me on the most expensive job possible. All American's pricing was very good and they were able to schedule us right away. On the day of the job (yesterday) Nant arrived ahead of the crew and then walked them through the whole job, which is a big deal to me. It seems like a small thing, but I get so frustrated having to explain the same things over and over to people who work for the same company. They covered the interior spaces in plastic like it was a Dexter kill room - floors, walls, cabinets. Obviously, holes needed to be cut in some walls and ceilings and since I'm patching them myself, I was bracing myself for how much work they would make for me. I'm shocked at how little I'll have to do. The holes were very strategically placed, relatively small, cut in nearly perfect rectangles (easier patches), and far fewer than I expected. They even rerouted and insulated some oddly configured pipes that weren't being replaced and installed fresh earthquake straps on the WH, neither of which were stated on the contract. They completed the entire job in one day. In fact, they were done and gone before 4pm and left things cleaner than I could possibly have expected and did extremely professional work. I hate dealing with any sort of contractors, but these guys were a pleasure. If you need a repipe, call these guys!

UPDATE: After the work was done, our kitchen faucet was still running slow. I knew it was probably because of debris from the old epoxy pipe lining clogging up the faucet itself and had nothing to do with the repipe work. I tool the faucet apart and cleaned out everything (or so I thought). When that didn't solve the issue, I got in touch with All American to see if they had any ideas. Their technician came back out right away to investigate the problem. It turned out that there was a part of the faucet that I had missed that still needed cleaning out. He took care of it and our issue was solved. No charge. I was already super impressed with these guys, but now I'd give 6 stars if I could!

These guys were awesome...came in with a reasonable bid, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves & were professional. Lincoln (in the front office) probably talked to me more than anyone in my family leading up to job, while in progress & afterwards. He was always very helpful & had a definite ""can do"" attitude. More importantly, he always put my mind at ease. Mickey, the job foreman was so accommodating, friendly & always did what he said he would do - no excuses! He went above & beyond the call of duty...stopping by a couple of times (after his work hours) to explain things to me or tweak something. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend for a repipe!

I called All American Repipe and Nant came out to give me an estimate the next day. He was on time and his quote was by far the lowest. I scheduled for the work and they confirmed the day before. Mark showed up right on time and then 4-5 other guys to follow. They set up and covered everything. They worked fast and efficient. When they were done they cleaned up everything nicely. All the guys were professional and friendly. I'm so happy with this company and would definitely referred them to everybody. Thanks Nant and Mark!!!!

Nant helped us had copper repipe done within less than one day in November 2019!!! I know this review came really late but it stuck in my mind that I have to give a review no matter how late it is!! Nant was very helpful and honest. The repipe team was very polite and efficient. They covered the floor, removed the old ones and put in the new pipes quickly, and clean up afterwards. Also, office lady Joanne was very nice and gave a lot of tips for first time repipe. Thank you so much to all!! It's really lucky to have them. I recommend to have them to repipe!!!

All American Repipe & Plumbing replaced our water pressure regulator in October 2019. They were fast, cleaned up the work area afterwards, and provided high quality work. The price was also extremely reasonable and better than other quotes I received. Everything still works great!

A month ago, one of our toilets started to slowly leak water. I identified the problem as the flapper valve but could not find a replacement that worked (because I'm not a plumber, of course). I asked for a quote from All American Repipe & Plumbing through Yelp and accidentally had Yelp also send the request to other plumbers. The competitors mostly gave me inadequate responses ($400 for a new toilet?!) or asked to come to the house to examine the toilet, not ideal during the pandemic. All American Repipe & Plumbing asked to connect by telephone, and Nant said to send him a picture of the tank components. With their superior communication and expertise the problem was solved in the quickest and least invasive way.

I will definitely continue to go with All American Repipte & Plumbing for all of my needs.

After getting some outrageous bids, I called All American and they gave us a price that we could live with, and that was half of some. They did a really great job on the repipe. The install looks fantastic. A total of 6 hours, granted we didn't have a difficult property to work on but they made the day go easy.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to say something about this company. I had a complete water repipe done and loved the work they did so much, my wife and I decided to have all our drain pipes replaced as well. Nick was awesome, this company went above and beyond their call of duty. If you are looking for a good company, stop looking because this is not a good company, this is a GREAT company! So glad I found All Amercian Repipe & Plumbing.....
