Great experience with All American! We had the company repipe our house with pex and move our water heater from the house into the garage. Nant was great and went above and beyond to fix an issue that ended up being my general contractors problem. Pong was very good at asking me questions when something came up that he didn't think he would want in his home like where to put the exhaust for the water heater. Very happy with the work they did and the service I received.

I recently did copper re-piping my townhouse. AARP is very professional expert. I think they have many experiences and all crew members enjoy to work. I got a quotation from them in November 2015. That went ok although my questions about water softeners and tankless water heaters weren't answered well. I didn't hold that against them since they bill themselves as a quick repipe place. Great service would have helped me find a good solution for our needs. It wasn't the right time but now it is.

Fast forward to April 2016 and I called to ask if they'd like to requote the job now that we are ready to go with our tax refund in hand (since the 30 days was up.) They wanted another look at the home (nothing changed, but that was fair) and a rep came out and said we'd have a quote in 2-3 days. 2.5 weeks later, after an email and voicemail to the rep as well as a voicemail and email to the main office I haven't heard a word--yet alone received what should have been the simple requote. They lost a job. It's a shame because my neighbor had been pleased with them. Maybe they are too busy to care, but it was poor form. The courtesy of ""We're booked 3 months out"" (if that is the excuse) is a must for true professionals. Others have done well with them clearly, but they were flakes for me.

All American Repipe just repiped my house and I was very happy with the whole process. I had a few companies give me estimates and AAR were very competitive. Based on that and their Yelp rating, I scheduled them. It's a messy job and my house was turned into Swiss cheese for a few days, but I was so impressed with how quickly and how well the crew cleaned up each day. I'm not sure who they partner with for the patching but I would give them 5 stars also. The whole process was seamless. I would definitely recommend them!

All American Repipe did a fantastic job on our house yesterday. They came in and covered all the floors and furniture and then hung plastic to control all of the dust. At the end of the day we had new PEX pipes throughout the entire house. There was no change to our water pressure, but the water appears to get hot faster using the new PEX pipes than the old copper pipes we had before. I highly recommend these guys if you need your house repipe'd in a single day!

Called in a few days ago and scheduled an appointment for Thursday 9-10am , then a person name Julie called back 1 day before try to push the schedule time to 10-11am because the person who suppose to come has a same time appointment 9-10am with someone else . After I called back and talked to her and she confirmed with me that the schedule time will stay at 9-10am. Then Julie called me on Thursday morning 8:33am telling me they are not going to come, and need to reschedule.

I called this company because of the rating. but if a company can not even keep with their advance scheduled appoints time, then they are not trustworthy to do a good job and follow up with service in the future.

I will pass on this company and look for someone else.

Anyone who use them, take the risk yourselves.

The ladies and gentlemen at All American turned an unpleasant situation (hot water slab leak) into a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to my close friends and family. The owner Nick was professional and trustworthy and gave us a very good quote for a total repipe. Then Pong, Omar and the rest of the crew came out worked hard all day, did a great job and cleaned up. All American subcontracts the drywall work and those gentlemen also worked very hard and did a great job with drywall and texture. The entire process only took three days. It was also great dealing with Julie she scheduled everything including city inspection and a few follow up items. Julie was very knowledgeable and always kept me informed. Okay, so I'm a condo owner in South County, and unfortunately, have been affected by the ""copper-pipe -pinhole leak-water"" issue that's plagued SO MANY home owners in South County. So, recently, I find out that my hot water line has ""sprung a leak"" somewhere in the common wall. This makes water issue #4 since I've owned my home! Not wanting to risk my home ower's insurance policy getting canceled, I had no choice but to re-pipe!

Needless to say, this was an HUGE expense with bad timing! And to top it off, I was worried about who would do the re-pipe job.

I read All American's Yelp reviews and was pleased with the comments; especially about the neatness of the job (see photos). I also noted that they're an Angie's List company. My condo isn't magazine quality, but it's still my home and important to me.

I initially contacted Nant in December for an estimate, but had to cancel (didn't have a leak at the time). Needless to say, when I called in January (now WITH a leak and no hot water), Nant was still willing to come out QUICKLY, provide an estimate, and squeeze me in with a quick start date!

Nant and the ""guys"" (Omar, Santiago, Augustin, and Temilio) arrived early and jumped right in. ALL, were very professional, had GREAT attitudes, and a wonderful work ethic. And Nant was VERY patient with me and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions (yeah, I'm one of THOSE people!).

The job was finished in one day, as advertised; and was done quickly with great clean up! They even re-routed my washer/dryer lines, since the original placement was in an inconvenient location. I so didn't expect that! All American was great, in terms of contacting the City for the permit and both inspections.

So, the ""patcher"" (Victor), arrived the next day, and closed the MINIMAL number of holes inside my home; as well as the stucco wall on the building's exterior. All texturing matched the original ones! And being in an HOA, they're very picky about how the outside of the building looks. Victor did it all by himself! He's truly a master at his craft, because other than the slight difference in color (my walls/ceiling are white -patch color is very white when dry), I don't even notice that work was done! And the outer stucco is a PERFECT match!!

I can't thank All American enough for the awesome job they did! It's a great relief to have such a thorough job done; not to mention the warranty on their work! It makes the cost less traumatic! And my water pressure is excellent, and hot!

I highly recommend All American, and will DEFINITELY refer them to other owners who need to re-pipe!
