I called 2 other plumbing companies.. whom never answered their phones, before calling All American Plumbing. They answered their phone promptly. I told them my problem and they had a technician out to my house in an hour. We thought we may have had some major damage, but it turned out to be something small. Thank God. Our technician, Kyle Climer, was very knowledgeable, fast & described our issue with our problem and got it fixed pretty fast. Great service, I highly recommend them!!!

Great service, friendly techs and they warranty their work. Their upfront pricing is nice because I knew exactly what the work would cost before any work was done. There was a diagnostic charge for them checking out my plumbing but it was waived because I had the work done. I am a repeat customer and have referred them to my friends and family.

They ripped me off. Took advantage of me cause i needed it done and they knew it. $466.00 to hook a 6 inch piece of pipe to the end of the garbage disposal and put a new basket drain on the other bowl of the sink. Thats all they DID!!! Then they wanted an additional 400. to install an new faucet! Thats when i said to go fly a kite. It took the guy about 1 hour to do the work with about 8. dollars in parts. I Will never use this guy again. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

I was a plumber by trade. The service was great. Their prices are outrageous. The part that was replaced costs around $50. I was basically charged over $135/hour. Their company are a bunch of thieves! Stay away from them if you can.

Where do I start?!? They charge a diagnostic fee...ok, but they gave me the wrong diagnosis. The wanted to charge me upward of $800 to replace a fan in my furnace, I opted not to pay that so they gave me in writing that this is what the problem was and what they recommended needed to be replaced. I bought the exact part and had it replaced for less, only to find out that they were wrong and the fan was not the problem!!!
So I have paid money to them and for a part that I should not have paid.....not good!

I was interested in doing business with this company because they had sponsored my sons soccer team some years ago.

They flaked out two separate times. Strike one and two.

I was finishing a bathroom remodel and I wanted to have two sink drain traps roughed in and a new toilet mounted. I already had most of the work completed.

As a secondary job I had purchased a set of bronze items to be installed in the shower and tub.

After consulting with his book for some time in the driveway he came back and we went over the prices he had come up with. The entire job was nearly two thousand dollars. I was concerned why it was so much money. He assured me that everything would be warrantied, etc.

Then he went into the monthly payments and financing!!

He told me that he would need to cut into a wall to replace valves etc. I felt he was trying to rip me off.

So I called Johnson Plumbing in Merced and they came out the very next day and did the entire job (which took a little over two hours). Total price was $306. He did not need to cut into the wall at all. I believe All American was just trying to do what mechanics sometimes do...extra unneeded work to get more money.

Strike three.

Of course after giving me an outrageous estimate they still wanted their $30 trip fee.

Jose from All American showed up right at the agreed upon time and when reviewing my issues he explained how I could do some of the work to save money and he explained the process needed to do the job right. I appreciated the fact that he gave me options and didn't pressure me into making a quick decision.

Good service and reliable plus the guys who they send are very polite.

But there prices are very high i believe. To fix my toilet was alot to just replace to guts in the tank. To replace my garbage disposal they charged me alot to. I could of bought 3 disposal units for what they chaarge in labor

I have used All American a couple times in past with no problems. Called yesterday for a hot water heater issue. Estimate was $ 448 to replace pips and hoses going into it, fine.....then its another issue with some safety senor , another $ 209 dollars plus and still no hot water. Now we are up to 657 dollars in repairs, and still Jose the technician couldnt get it to work. He did call GE and has another part that All American will install for a minimal charge of $ 190. on Monday. AT WHAT POINT DO YOU BE DECENT AND TELL A CUSTOMER THAT ITS GOING TO COST MORE TO REPAIR YOUR UNIT (that still IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 3 YRS) THAN KEEP ""trying"" MORE PARTS???

i TOTALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR BUSINESS OR HOME REPAIRS
