Very unprofessional. They told me that they were unable to run a camera through my pipes for fear of damaging their equipment and they still charged $30 to come out and inspect when they didn't even look at the pipes. They then proceeded to quoting me $360 for running a snake and said if it doesn't work then they would still charge me the full amount. I'm sorry but almost $400 for a clogged drain? Get real. That's the price of a new water heater.

Steer clear of their services. Price gouging right from the start. Called for a plumbing issue. First was the dispatch fee of $29, then after the person arrived they attempted to raise it to $39. They snaked the pipe outside, did nothing. Ended up paying over $100 for the whole thing, and the problem wasn't even resolved. If you're looking to sink your money into services rendered with no results, be my guest, but we're never calling All American Plumbing again.

What started out as a quick and inexpensive (I thought) 30-45 minute shower faucet replacement, turned into a 5-1/2 hour VERY expensive wall-cutting, water-dripping, pipe-soldering, patching, and caulking extravaganza! Through it all, Jose was a beacon of good humor, kindness, and all-around professionalism. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and got right to work. After evaluating the situation at hand, and discovering it would not be a 'simple' job, he spent a good amount of time informing us of each issue he ran into. He gave us all of our options for the dilemmas as they arose, and never tried to sway us into 'just doing the service.' He worked steadily, efficiently, and was very thorough. He left no stone un-turned, so to speak, making sure every problem was resolved before finishing the job. Even though the final price-tag was pretty painful, I was more than happy to pay for the phenomenal customer service and superior plumbing skills that Jose brought to the job. I will, without hesitation, request his service every time I need a Plumbing, Heating, and/or AC job done. Thanks, Jose, for all your hard work! And we would have been happy to have you for dinner ;)

How is this place in business? Talk about sticking it to the customer. Called because I had a leak under the sink. Should've known better when I was told there was a $29 charge just for a visual inspection. Then after the inspection comes the ""options"" all more costly than the first. But hey, you can save 20% if you purchase a membership for $15 a month, for 6 month minimum. Are you kidding me? So here comes the climax. $929 for replacing two water faucet lines and one to the dishwasher. Yeah, guess what my answer was? Their vans look nice and the name is very patriotic but I would recommend scrolling down the plumber listings past A for other options even if it's only one.

Plugged sink ugh, the worse and on a Friday afternoon!!! We Called All American and they came out that same day.
On a Friday afternoon, when everyone wants to hurry and go home and start their weekend it was not that way once Stephen M. got to my house he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what was wrong right away and took care of it. Because of him we will call All American Plumbing again when in need of a plumber. I hope All American Plumbing know just what kind of a worker they have with Stephen M. You can't find people like him. I hope Stephen M. is being paid for what he is worth!!

A couple of weeks ago, we had a plumbing leak in our house. I called All American Plumbing and was told that they would charge me $29.00 to come to my house and give me a quote to fix the leak. Once out at my house, I was told they had to use a ""special tool"" to find the leak. We already knew approximately where the leak was and we even had our carpet pulled out of the way. I was then told it would be a little over $800 dollars for a QUOTE, not fixing anything. Just for the quote. I asked for a ballpark figure and was told that they couldn't give me a ballpark figure. I called the office to complain and was told they would give me a discount. They told me it would be $700 to give me just a quote. They did not spend that much time at my house. In fact, most of the time was spent in their truck, writing the estimate. I was desperate and agreed to the $700 because of course, we needed to use our water. Needless to say, I called other places and was told that they charge $340 to quote if they used the ""special tool"". Stay away from All American Plumbing unless you want to be ripped off.

My mom and my grandma have been using them for years and said they were great. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I told them to go ahead and have them come over for an estimate and then call me to double check and make sure they weren't getting ripped off. The plumber came out and uncloged a sink at my grandmas and a sink at my moms for only $98 each and did a great job. The air conditioning guy spent a while addressing all the problems that were wrong with my moms Air-conditioner and then gave me a few options to fix it completely or just fix the parts that were broken at the time. They also offered to warranty everything for two years and if the other parts failed then they wouldn't charge extra for the parts they had already fixed. All in all they did a great job and we will be using them again if there's ever any more plumbing or air-conditioning problems

I guess they only take advantage of the elderly! This guy is a crook! My 97 year old aunt! They show her a $1,000 faucet, and two others, and to give the pretense of helping her ""save money"", advise of the mid-price. They did not call her daughters or ask for authorization. We would have told them the faucet was only 4 years old. Was only the hose leaking and WE could have replaced the hose. Not to disrespect an older adult, but don't you have a polite way of asking to speak to ""your son or daughter""? I am not dropping this. going to make an Elder Abuse report.

Worse place to do business with! If your AC breaks down stand in line & suffer for a week to get help! They we're rude & didn't care I had medical issues that I couldn't wait. Their message when on hold states you will get an appointment set on this phone call & you won't need to wait for a call back. Wrong misleading they take your number & tell u a dispatcher will call u back! The dispatcher is rude & acts like they don't care if you use them or not! I've also heard & read they overcharged customers. So glad after several attempts for help I didn't use them! They also state they charge extract for after hours! I called ""Young's AC"" they came out after hours 8pm @ night & didn't charge extra! ""Young's"" AC company in town bc they care & don't over charge like this company! Guess they pay a lot in their commercials.
