I wanted to spend a minute and document my experience with Robert Mills from A.M. South Plumbing Inc. Right before the Holidays we had a leak in our walls behind the kitchen sink. It was so bad we needed to call a remediation company. That company recommended a plumber that had an amazing reputation, hard working, diligent and fairly priced. That recommendation was for Robert Mills and we are so happy we found him! He performed a leak search and determined that an old copper drain line was cracked. Robert came in and Demo the concrete wall outside the kitchen to expose the copper sink arm. He removed the damaged sink arm and installed new PVS waste arm and new P-trap with trap adapter. He left the damaged pipe for insurance purposes but cleaned up the concrete debris from the demo to where you had no idea what was done! He is now our go to plumber for all of our needs!

I ended up calling Rob to come out because my husband and I were getting the run around from condo HOA. He was very thorough and did everything he could to try to remedy our situation but it is a issue that the condo association will have to fix. He even went down and talked to the Association President and explained the issue and then wrote up a report and sent me a copy as well as the Association President.

Early on in the construction of our dream pool we hit a major snag. Both sewer and water lines running straight through our pool. DISASTER...so I thought. After one conversation on the phone I knew I had found the right company. Eddie and his team were knowledgeable, professional, communicative, friendly , fast, efficient and fair. Robert is great. Excellent service, super fast response, answers all questions and explains everything, great prices and and an all around nice guy. Can't recommend him enough! Update 1/14/18 - I just called Robert with what I thought was going to be an expensive plumbing issue to schedule an appointment. Before doing that he explained to me how I might be able to fix it myself before booking an appointment. 15 minutes later and it's fixed and I've saved a couple hundred bucks. Robert is a true professional. Would give six stars if I could!!

I called him, we had a bathroom leak that i couldn't see where the water coming from, he scheduled an appointment with us twice, and yes I;m very disappointing he never show up for both appointment. It said a lot from AM South Plumbing.
