I ended up calling Rob to come out because my husband and I were getting the run around from condo HOA. He was very thorough and did everything he could to try to remedy our situation but it is a issue that the condo association will have to fix. He even went down and talked to the Association President and explained the issue and then wrote up a report and sent me a copy as well as the Association President.

Update 1/14/18 - I just called Robert with what I thought was going to be an expensive plumbing issue to schedule an appointment. Before doing that he explained to me how I might be able to fix it myself before booking an appointment. 15 minutes later and it's fixed and I've saved a couple hundred bucks. Robert is a true professional. Would give six stars if I could!!

Robert is the man. Picture this situation a tired father clogs the sink with a watermelon. Yeah bone head move but that's besides the point. After the building couldn't drain the clog then a disappointing service call from a major brand competitor with a hefty price I relied on yelp to find Robert. I call him up late on a Friday night and can I say he saved my butt. I cannot rave enough with top tier service, listened carefully, friendly and honest. What else does someone want in a moment of desperation. Highly recommended you are in safe hands.
