these guys were super helpful in dealing with my home warranty company since I can't seem to get them to work with me! In the end they declined to do the job because they said my company didn't want to do it correctly/to code! I appreciated the frank discussions and help provided.

My home warranty, First American home warranty, assigned me these guys because they were the only one that claimed that they can fix the issue with my Jacuzzi whirlpool button that stopped working.
Previously another contractor from another company came out to check my issue and basically wasted my time as the contractor said he had no clue what he needed to do and sent some false information to my home warranty. I was happy when I spoke on the phone with All American plumbing as they seemed competent and knew what they were talking about.
The day of our appointment, a contractor from All American came and was able to identify the issue right away and told me that he'll get in touch with my home warranty and get back to me. A week and a half passed and I never got any communication so I called both my warranty and All American plumbing and they both told me that they will get back to me and they never did. It's been a few weeks since the contractor came and I finally ordered my own parts and found someone else to do the job.
These guys may seem competent on the phone but they are not professional and might not be able to get the job done. There are too many options out there for yelpers to try so why take a risk and waste your time? If you're on the fence I'd suggest you try a different company.
Another slight annoyance is that the guy came to my house and walked right into my bathroom without taking off his shoes. When I asked him to do so, he told me he'll do it in a second and never did.

My home warranty company sent All American Plumbing, and I wasn't sure how quick or efficient they'd be because I've privately hired a plumber for another job previously (and this other plumber had no parts and delayed the work by over a day after he said he'd come!). Anyhow, All American Plumbing came to my rescue for my leaky food disposal. It was assessed immediately and he had a replacement in his van, he made a quick call to the home warranty company and fitted the new unit EXTREMELY quickly!
The service was far better than I'd expected. Awesome van and uniform too.

I work in real estate and work with many many vendors. This was the worse experience I have yet! All American Plumbing was sent by our home warranty company. Robert walked into our home with an arrogant, rude, and condescending tone. He looked at the many plumbing issues and kept raving about how our home inpection company did a poor job and that we need to get our money back for that inspection. He was lazy and did not do anything but give us the exact report we provided him and the home warrant company initially. A few days later we were told by our home warranty company that our plumbing issues wouldn't be repaired because the plumbing company claimed that all of these were all pre-exisitng conditions. How is a clogged shower or a loose toilet a pre-exisiting condition? Oh, and when we showed him our overflow gap issue in our sink, he told us that was a dishwasher issue. That is false! Our dishwasher technician stated this was a plumbing issue. I also had some suspicion when paying him our $60 service fee and asked if he was contracted by the home warranty company. He stated that they do work for the home warranty company, but not contracted (something felt odd about this). After reading the similiar experiences other yelpers have had with this company and technician, I wonder if this company gets paid by the home warranty company if they save them money by NOT DOING repairs that are obviously stated under the home warranty. I feel scammed! Also, I never received a quote on the items recomended to be fixed. I called the company on two occasions and the receptionist told me that the technician was out and he would give me a call with a quote as soon as possible. I have not heard back and its been a week since. What was the $60 service fee for?
THIS IS MY VERY FIRST YELP REVIEW, but I felt it was needed to write this one! My service experience was so bad with this company, I felt I should share! If you are going through your home warrant company make sure you ask which company and avoid this plumbing company at all cost. Even if the home warranty company wouldn't cover my plumbing repairs, you would think this company would provide a quote considering I paid $60 for a service fee. Maybe if they provided a quote we could use them as our plumber for this repair and future projects. Not receiving a quote tells me they had no intention to make any repairs. AWFUL!

I have a rental property and it was left in horrible shape. All American Plumbing was sent to us using our home warranty service.
Our disrespectful (that's being nice) tenants didn't tell us the master bath sinks, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal needed work. I want to thank Robert B. for his excellent service and tips. The price we paid was worth it and would recommend them for your home repairs.

If the staff that they hire to work in their office is any indication of the quality of the service with this company, run screaming. They called me late one day with a definitive appointment time for the next day. I called first thing in the morning to tell them I would make the time work. I stayed home all day (not easy to arrange) thinking that they would be here between 12-2. At 2:30, I called and spoke with someone who said that they would page the plumbers and get back to me. No one ever returned my call.
They called again the next day with a different appointment time way in the future. I called back and told them I was not happy that they completely missed their appointment time without calling. The absolutely awful woman I was speaking to said ""Well, you needed to have called us back that night or you lose your appointment time. If you didn't call us back, that's your fault."" I said, ""How was I to know that I needed to call back that night if nobody told me? That was not specified in any way on the message. I called you first thing in the morning and I got no call back after leaving 2 messages."" She said,""It's your fault. You should have just known. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about it."" Are you kidding me?? That was the moment I hung up.
I would not trust these people to do anything in my home if they hire people like this to interface with potential customers (customers that they clearly do not care anything about). How companies like this stay in business, I will never know.

SUMMARY: Robert is almost competent, but lazy and prefers to lie and convince customer they need new expensive stuff that warranty company will pay for.
Robert has done 4 jobs for me: clear upstairs shower drain, clear slow kitchen drain, check up on stalled garbage disposal unit, and replaced kitchen faucet. House is Townhome built 10 years ago. He was sent by American Home Shield warranty company.
Kitchen drain had to be cleared again by another company within the year; second guy did a more thorough job AND replaced a functional pipe (for free) that was more likely to clog again.
He told me company would pay for difference of new faucet and cheap model they would cover; also would be no new service charge. Untrue in both instances.
Shower drain had to be cleared again within the year.
Garbage disposal: told me I needed a new unit and warranty company would pay for it. They refused, saying he wrote it was broken because of foreign object stuck in blades, despite the fact that he found nothing there. I didn't want to pay $300+ to have him replace the unit & asked for second opinion as to whether unit was completely broken or had foreign object in blades. Then I loosened the nut under the disposal with an Allen wrench. It has worked perfectly ever since. Second plumber came out and checked that it was working perfectly and I did not need a new one.

Deserves no stars!!!
I usually do not write reviews but I had to on this one. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with! I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and the state board of licensing.

Robert came out told me to order parts since my water heater was under warranty and told me what to order. I called GE the manufacture to order the parts. Well they told me they needed Robert the tech to call because there was no way that I will need all of these parts. I called left almost a dozen messages with no call back and they were lying to my home warranty company stating that they called GE to order the parts and they never did. I believe he was trying to get those parts for another job! Committing fraud! Complete lier's! I will not recommend this company to anyone!

I was very concerned by the reviews I read on Yelp when I was assigned to All American by my warranty American Home Shield. I called All American and asked who the technician would be in my area, and I said I did not feel that Robert would be who I would want to come to my home. Right now my home is rented and I did not want someone impolite to harry the residents. The woman at All American who answered the phone was familiar with the reviews and she told me Robert is very polite and a good plumber. So I agreed to allow him to visit but I asked my residents to let me know if he is not polite and we would request another plumber. It turns out he was polite as promised and he did a good job of diagnosing the drain problem. He had the right camera equipment to explore the drain and was able to offer service advice that will be reviewed by the warranty company. I would not hesitate to have Robert back again to handle future plumbing repairs. This was after already waiting on two occasions for another plumbing company that never arrived in very long time slots; All American gave a more reasonable (narrower) time slot and arrived as promised ready to do the job.

I had amazing service today from All American Plumbing. (and I never YELP) Did you notice - YELP has shoved all of the positive review to the end? Something fishy here with the negative comments - sounds like a personal vendetta, especially clear when you receive their service. Fast, clean, friendly, smart - even showed me what to look out for so I can save money and not have to call a plumber in the future! These negative reviews HAVE to be fake. Happens all the time. I like a tech who is professional and explains things to me. This company does and they know what they're doing.
