New home owners, our home warranty-First American Home Solutions, assigned All American Plumbing out to investigate a probably leak that we weren't sure was active or inactive. Robert showed up and quickly discovered that there was a inconspicuous leak under the dishwasher along with mold and water damage in the cabinets. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful. Very satisfied with his assessment and we have a appliance serviceman coming out Thursday for the repair as well as having the other issues addressed. Will definitely be requesting for All American Plumbing first if any other issues arise. Thanks for taking care of us new home owners!

My home warranty sent All American Plumbing out to repair my garbage disposal. They called the week prior to set up an appointment window which was between 9 and 11- which to me is a decent time window to block out of my day. About 15 minutes before his arrival, Robert called to let me know he would arrive shortly. He was very professional, but also took the time to chat with my kids. He walked me through our issue and replaced our disposal vey quickly, all while showing my little guy what he was doing because he was very curious with the work being done. I'd definitely ask our home warranty to send All American Plumbing out for our next issue!

Arrived in time window. The Plumber was pleasant, experienced and knew his stuff and explained things well. I would call them again.

No call, no show to appointed time. Wasted my time waiting for them to show up. Then their office guaranteed that he would show up at a certain time, of course 2 hrs after no show and no call, I call back and they say they don't know when he'll be by. They're liars and can't even show up on time. I guess it's asking too much for a plumber who values their customers time and respects them. This is the company that my house warranty pick, and I'd rather us my own plumber that I trust and know will do a top notch job.

these guys were super helpful in dealing with my home warranty company since I can't seem to get them to work with me! In the end they declined to do the job because they said my company didn't want to do it correctly/to code! I appreciated the frank discussions and help provided.

My home warranty, First American home warranty, assigned me these guys because they were the only one that claimed that they can fix the issue with my Jacuzzi whirlpool button that stopped working.

Previously another contractor from another company came out to check my issue and basically wasted my time as the contractor said he had no clue what he needed to do and sent some false information to my home warranty. I was happy when I spoke on the phone with All American plumbing as they seemed competent and knew what they were talking about.

The day of our appointment, a contractor from All American came and was able to identify the issue right away and told me that he'll get in touch with my home warranty and get back to me. A week and a half passed and I never got any communication so I called both my warranty and All American plumbing and they both told me that they will get back to me and they never did. It's been a few weeks since the contractor came and I finally ordered my own parts and found someone else to do the job.

These guys may seem competent on the phone but they are not professional and might not be able to get the job done. There are too many options out there for yelpers to try so why take a risk and waste your time? If you're on the fence I'd suggest you try a different company.

Another slight annoyance is that the guy came to my house and walked right into my bathroom without taking off his shoes. When I asked him to do so, he told me he'll do it in a second and never did.

My home warranty company sent All American Plumbing, and I wasn't sure how quick or efficient they'd be because I've privately hired a plumber for another job previously (and this other plumber had no parts and delayed the work by over a day after he said he'd come!). Anyhow, All American Plumbing came to my rescue for my leaky food disposal. It was assessed immediately and he had a replacement in his van, he made a quick call to the home warranty company and fitted the new unit EXTREMELY quickly!
The service was far better than I'd expected. Awesome van and uniform too.

I work in real estate and work with many many vendors. This was the worse experience I have yet! All American Plumbing was sent by our home warranty company. Robert walked into our home with an arrogant, rude, and condescending tone. He looked at the many plumbing issues and kept raving about how our home inpection company did a poor job and that we need to get our money back for that inspection. He was lazy and did not do anything but give us the exact report we provided him and the home warrant company initially. A few days later we were told by our home warranty company that our plumbing issues wouldn't be repaired because the plumbing company claimed that all of these were all pre-exisitng conditions. How is a clogged shower or a loose toilet a pre-exisiting condition? Oh, and when we showed him our overflow gap issue in our sink, he told us that was a dishwasher issue. That is false! Our dishwasher technician stated this was a plumbing issue. I also had some suspicion when paying him our $60 service fee and asked if he was contracted by the home warranty company. He stated that they do work for the home warranty company, but not contracted (something felt odd about this). After reading the similiar experiences other yelpers have had with this company and technician, I wonder if this company gets paid by the home warranty company if they save them money by NOT DOING repairs that are obviously stated under the home warranty. I feel scammed! Also, I never received a quote on the items recomended to be fixed. I called the company on two occasions and the receptionist told me that the technician was out and he would give me a call with a quote as soon as possible. I have not heard back and its been a week since. What was the $60 service fee for?

THIS IS MY VERY FIRST YELP REVIEW, but I felt it was needed to write this one! My service experience was so bad with this company, I felt I should share! If you are going through your home warrant company make sure you ask which company and avoid this plumbing company at all cost. Even if the home warranty company wouldn't cover my plumbing repairs, you would think this company would provide a quote considering I paid $60 for a service fee. Maybe if they provided a quote we could use them as our plumber for this repair and future projects. Not receiving a quote tells me they had no intention to make any repairs. AWFUL!

I have a rental property and it was left in horrible shape. All American Plumbing was sent to us using our home warranty service.

Our disrespectful (that's being nice) tenants didn't tell us the master bath sinks, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal needed work. I want to thank Robert B. for his excellent service and tips. The price we paid was worth it and would recommend them for your home repairs.
