Completely incompetent. Avoid at all costs, Robert's diagnosis of my broken faucet was totally wrong. I called another plumber and they had it fixed and resolved in a few minutes. If you are an American Home Shield customer, ask for an alternative. Zero stars is what they deserve.
I would not even give this company one star except that I had to in order to write this review. I contacted First American Home Warranty regarding a plumbing issue. They contacted All American Plumbing and an appointment was made. When I called to confirm the appt. they did not have me on their list of appointments. I had to contact the Warranty company again to re-initiate the work order. On the second attempt, the technician was incorrectly diagnosing the plumbing problem. When I informed him it was the valve that needed replacement, he said he would have to get authorization to replace it. The Warranty company called me and denied the claim indicating that the technician had verbally informed them that it was an unrelated reason for the problem. However, in the work order, he wrote that the valve needed to be replaced. Needless to say, he wasted my time. He did not know what he was talking about and none of it had any relevance to the plumbing issue. I contacted another plumber, not through my Home Warranty and he replaced the valve and problem solved.
All American Plumbing gets and F from me.
A g.Our warranty company dispatched All American and they sent Robert. He arrived 20 mins prior to the 11-1pm arrival window and upon my arriving to the location I apologized for my tardiness as I thought the appointment was for 11am. His flat and dry response was, ""Well I'm punctual."" He's walking around the house instead of following me to the problem, looking inside of bedrooms and not saying a word. I show him the problem area, he let's me know the water damage downstairs has to be cleaned first in order for them to do anything upstairs. He barely nudges the toilet and says it's not secured to the floor. I said well it came like this so ok we can get that fixed but what about the leak. There is nothing leaking upstairs. He doesn't lift a finger! He was a complete a**hole for lack of an appropriate term because there is none to properly describe his disgusting attitude. I told him just tell me what I need to do to get you out of my house since I need to go back to work and he did. If the warranty company ever needs to send this company out again let him take a sick day that day.
Unprofessional and rude!
Jeff R.They were dispatched to us by our home warranty company. Robert was professional and on-time. That is when the professional good service ended. This review is not a reflection on Robert but the company themselves. They called our home warranty for authorization and the claim was declined because they said there may be tree roots affecting our main sewer line. After numerous phone calls to all American plumbing for days afterwords no return calls at all about an explanation of why it was declined or if they even wanted to do the job outside of the home warranty.
Very unprofessional in our opinion.
Peyman H.I had a horrible experience with All American Plumbing.
I had a clogged in toilet and bath plumbing and they came in and asked for installing ground leveling clean out from another contractor (Roto-Rooter) since they couldn't cover this service then they can come back and continue the job.
They said we may need go to the roof and send the snake from there.
Roto-Rooter came and passed me a quote for 1200$ for installation of clean out.
But they found the clean out in 5 minutes which was already in my home.
Roto Rooter said that it's just a clogged and you don't need a clean out and they were able to get the job done in less than one hour.
I agreed to pass the job to Roto-Rooter since I had 3 days without toilet and bath in my home although I was covered for this service from First American Warranty.
I paid 241$ to Roto-Rooter to get rid of the issue in 1 hour.
According to me the All American Plumbing service was horrible.
Sorry for my warranty company which use such an unprofessional company for service.
They just asked for my credit card information before inspection and they charged me 75$ as service fee without any help.
They guided me to install plumbing for 1200$ which was already installed in my home and basically I didn't need that installment since it was just a clogged.
I don't know how they survive with that much knowledge!
I'm reading the reviews and looks looks a lot of people had same issue!!!
This company was sent by our home warranty company for a blocked shower drain. The tech came to the door, did not introduce himself, and just asked what's the problem. Without fully listening to me or doing any kind of inspection, he said we needed a hydrojet from the roof. This is not covered by the warranty. He did not try to snake the drain or anything. We called another plumber who successfully snaked the drain. I would never recommend this company, due both to its lack of expertise and its poor social skills.
Manish S.Had issues with the garbage disposal and my home warranty company sent Robert Bench from All American Plumbing. He was the best plumber ever. He put brand new garbage disposal and cleared water line for the dish washer and made it all work like nothing ever happened. Excellent customer service and the guy is full of information.
Sandy L.New home owners, our home warranty-First American Home Solutions, assigned All American Plumbing out to investigate a probably leak that we weren't sure was active or inactive. Robert showed up and quickly discovered that there was a inconspicuous leak under the dishwasher along with mold and water damage in the cabinets. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful. Very satisfied with his assessment and we have a appliance serviceman coming out Thursday for the repair as well as having the other issues addressed. Will definitely be requesting for All American Plumbing first if any other issues arise. Thanks for taking care of us new home owners!
Kym P.My home warranty sent All American Plumbing out to repair my garbage disposal. They called the week prior to set up an appointment window which was between 9 and 11- which to me is a decent time window to block out of my day. About 15 minutes before his arrival, Robert called to let me know he would arrive shortly. He was very professional, but also took the time to chat with my kids. He walked me through our issue and replaced our disposal vey quickly, all while showing my little guy what he was doing because he was very curious with the work being done. I'd definitely ask our home warranty to send All American Plumbing out for our next issue!
Arrived in time window. The Plumber was pleasant, experienced and knew his stuff and explained things well. I would call them again.
